Der führende Anbieter von sogenannter ERM-Software (Enterprise Relationship Management) Kana Communications (Nasdaq: KANA) geht eine strategische Allianz mit dem Computerkonzern IBM (NYSE: IBM) ein.

Dabei sollen Kana´s webbasierte Softwareapplikationen künftig in IBM´s Middleware Produkten integriert und mit der IBM-Hardware vermarktet werden. Über finanzielle Details der Vertragsvereinbarung beider Unternehmen wurde nichts bekannt.

Kana notierten zuletzt mit über 6 Prozent im Minus bei 32-1/2 Dollar. Im frühen Instinet-Handel werden aber bereits wieder Kurse von etwa 35 Dollar bezahlt.

Denke schon, dass der Kurs sich positiv entwickeln wird.
Zum einen gibt es wohl in nächster Zeit Meldungen von zwei neuen Großkunden und zum anderen ist eRM ein boomender Sektor, der noch dazu nicht von dot-com Firmen abhängig ist.

Wenn die Nasdaq nicht allgemein in die Knie geht, dürfte Kana meiner Meinung nach einen guten Zug nach oben (Richtung 60$) entwickeln.

Hallo,

der Kursverfall hat wohl mit Insider-Verkäufen zu tun. Das hab ich im Yahoo-Board gelesen. Leider bekommt man soetwas erst nach den Empfehlungen gesagt. Ich weiss auch nicht, wohin der Kurs noch gehen kann, langfristig denke ich aber ist man mit kana gut gestellt. Ich wäre froh, im März 2001 wieder bei 30 Dollar zu sein.

Übrigens, gleiches ist mir bei Nuance passiert, hat an einem Tag über 30% verloren. Solange die Insider weiter in fallende Kurse verkaufen, kann ich nicht einsehen, warum ich dann kaufen sollte. Damit verliert man das Vertrauen.

kana hat heute vermeldet, daß sie MAN als neuen kunden gewonnen haben und damit gehört kana heute zu den gewinnern an der nasdaq (ca. +18%)!
