Besonders im Zahntechnischen Bereich werden ihm grosse Erfolgschancen eingeräumt.
Aber auch für andere Anwendungsgebiete ist dieser Kunststoff interessant. Wegen seiner leichten Formbarkeit und seiner grossen Aushärtung.

Schaue mir die Aktie schon einige Tage an, in der Erwartung, dass sie noch einiges
billiger wird. Pustekuchen. Mit einer Halbierung des Wertes nach dem OTC BB-Listing hat sie
sich sehr gut geschlagen. Steckt aber auch unwahrscheinlich viel Phantasie in dem Papier,
wenn man sieht, wofür dieser Kunststoff angeblich so alles taugt.
Inzwischen hat man auch einen sehr starken Distributionspartner gefunden: "Zahn Dental",
Tochter der "Henry Schein, Inc." (Nasdaq HSIC), welche mit 1,73 Mrd. Umsatz in den ersten
9 Monaten des Jahres aufwarten kann.

Was mir noch sehr gut gefällt: bislang erst 17.338.164 outstandig shares. Die können sich seit
dem letzten Filing aber erhöht haben (Stand 18.08.). Wie hoch die authorized shares sind, weiß ich
nicht - für mich ein entscheidender Faktor, da viele OTC-gelistete Unternehmen im Laufe der Zeit soviele
Aktien auf den Markt werfen, dass man sich am Ende bei der tollsten Success-Story über Penny-Preise
nicht mehr wundern darf (Paradebeispiel für mich AMJY). Trotz sehr geringer Umsätze bleiben die
Quartalsverluste im Rahmen (zuletzt 88.610 $) - noch kein großer administrativer overhead. Sehr geringer
Cash-Bestand (1.879 $).

As announced earlier, BITEM Dental Materials meet the CE (European Union standard) requirements for sale in the European Union and will be ready for shipping to countries that require CE in July 2001. BITEM Dental Materials for the European market are being produced and shipped to GARRECO (TMRO`s packager and distributor) by ESSCHEM (TMRO`s manufacturer of the BITEM material) in June 2001. GARRECO will package and ship BITEM to dealers in Europe and the Middle East in July 2001.
ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc. recently retained RMS (Regulatory & Marketing Services, Inc.) of New Port Richey, Florida to complete the additional testing required by the FDA for the 510K approval (expedited approval process) of the Dental uses of BITEM in the United States. The Company expects to have the new 510K applications ready for RMS to submit in July 2001 and as we are now producing product we will be ready to ship in the United States as soon as we achieve the FDA approvals for all of the Dental uses of BITEM for which FDA approval has been sought.
The laboratory tests required for DISIFIN Hard Surface Disinfecting Products to achieve approval for sale in the United Sates and Canada from the FDA and EPA in the United States and from HPB in Canada are being prepared in Germany by the manufacturer of DISIFIN, RMP chem.-techn. Spezialprodukte GmbH & Co.KG. Upon the completion of these tests ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc., guided by its consultants will submit DISIFIN Hard Surface Disinfecting Products for FDA, EPA, and HPB approval for sale.

Thermoelastic weitet die Distribution für seine dentalen BITEM-Produkte jetzt auf 12 Länder aus mit 8 Distributeuren. Das FDA-Approval läßt wahrscheinlich nur noch ca 3,5 Monate auf sich warten. Und in Europa beginnen diesen Monat die ersten Auslieferungen.

TORONTO, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- ThermoElastic Technologies, Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: TMRO) is pleased to announce that the European developer of DISIFIN has advised TMRO that current testing of DISIFIN confirms that solutions as low as 0.05% of DISIFIN kills ANTHRAX active status bacteria as well as all other gram positive and gram negative bacteria found on hard surfaces such as those found in hospital, health care facilities, food processing plants, animal farms, health clubs hotels and homes. Bin draussen seit vorgestern at 0.16! hätte vielleicht noch 1 tag warten sollen. höchst war heute 0.20! aber bin zufrieden und den idealen punkt erwischt man selten. werde an der seitenlinie bleiben. falls der kurs nochmals unter 0.10 gehen sollte, steige ich wieder ein..

Wow, hatte ich dussel. war mal vor paar monaten bei 0.10 eingestiegen, ging dann runter auf 0.06 und ich hatte schon muffensausen. Dann kam ein Push wegen dem Anthrax und die aktie ging auf ca. 0.20! ich konnte grad noch bei 0.16 verkaufen... :-)
so, und nun sind wir bei 0.005 (hab ich genügend nullen?). Nach dem Filing der Fa. gings bergab. Ich rühre die Aktie auch nicht mehr an. Habt ihr das Filing angeschaut? Die Fa. mach Riesen-Millionen-Verluste bei Verkäufen von ein paar Tausend Dollar. Ein Witz.
Langsam glaube ich, das Material, das sie herstellen ist nur schwer verkäuflich.
