Hallo Freunde von Teltran

Teltran International (TLTG) wird in den USA als Pink Sheet gehandelt. Die alten Hasen hier wissen es und erinnern sich gerne an den Frühling 1998 zurück. Teltran startete damals seinen Run von $0.40 bis zu sagenhaften $15.90. Von da an ging es leider nur noch bergab. Nach dem delisting am OTCBB erreichte der Stock seinen Tiefststand im Dezember 00. Mit $0.03 war dieser dann erreicht. Heute, vier Wochen später wird Teltran wieder für $0.50 gehandelt und hat somit eine Steigerung von ca. 1700% hinter sich.

Die Infos zu TLTG sind sehr spärlich und mit Vorsicht zu geniesen.

Fazit:
TLTG muß in jeder Watchlist seinen Platz finden. Wenn der Stock an der OTC relisted wird ist viel Platz nach oben. Interessant scheint mir das steigende Volumen in der letzten Zeit.

(OTCBB:NCTI), announced that it has licensed marketing and sales rights to its MidPoint(R) Internet software to Teltran International Group, Ltd. ("Teltran"; Pink Sheets: TLTG) on a non-exclusive basis.
In consideration for this license, Midcore has received Teltran securities with a current net market value of approximately $3.7 million. The transaction consists of 2.8 million shares of Teltran common stock and a warrant for 6.0 million shares at $0.125 per share. Teltran has granted Midcore registration rights providing for registration of the Teltran common stock by June 2001.
Teltran will offer MidPoint with its Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) and other broadband offerings. Teltran is a provider of international telecommunications services, including voice over Internet Protocol ("IP"), domestic and international long distance, web portal and hosting, fax broadcast services and calling card programs.

na entweder gilt doch hier ex und oder hopp, oder ?

Bei einem durchschnittlichen Einstand von mittlerweile 3,30 Euro kann man doch auf jeden Fall noch mal nen Tausender mehr in den Sand setzen. Spielt nun keine Rolle mehr.

Aber für den Tausender bekommt man halt für Preise zweischen 20 und 60 Cent jede Menge Stücke und wenn dann mal wieder .......usw.usw.

Also in den USA hat die Meldung nicht unbedingt für Furore gesorgt. Kaum mehr Umsatz als sonst die letzte Zeit.

Aber mir gibts wieder Hoffnung, daß vielleicht doch noch nicht alles verschütt ist.

Was mich erstaunt, ist die Tatsache, daß man zur Zeit in D billiger als in USA an die Aktien kommt. Normalerweise ist es doch immer umgekehrt.

Allerdings sind natürlich die Umsätze sowohl bei uns als auch in den Staaten sehr gering.

Jetzt wirds mal Zeit, daß eine RICHTIG positive Meldung kommt.

Teltran: Schiffbruch 2000
Trotz wachsender Umsätze: Der Internet-Telefonie-Anbieter verbrennt weiter Geld. Auch nach den ersten neuen Monaten des Jahres 2000 war der Cash-Flow negativ. Deswegen scheint auch ein Strategiewechsel stattzufinden: Das Internet-Telefonie-Geschäft soll auf Großhandelsbasis verlagert werden, dafür will man zusätzliche Dienstleistungen im Web-Portal anbieten und das Wiederverkaufsgeschäft im Telefonmarkt ankurbeln.
Vor allem aber hat man bereits die erst 1999 und 2000 erworbenen englischen Töchter wieder abstoßen - war wohl nichts! Vorher müssen aber noch die Kaufpreise und andere Gelder vollständig bezahlt werden: insgesamt 2,965 Mio. $ - fast der Umsatz der ersten neun Monate des Jahres 2000. Gleichzeitig hat man den Direktvertreib für Call-by-Call-Minuten, SavonCalling.com, in den Sand gesetzt: Ursprünglich war man mit zwei Dritteln beteiligt. Es fehlte Teltran aber an Geld und so sank die Beteiligung auf 20%. Auch die kann mangels Cash nicht aufrecht erhalten werden - Teltran braucht das Geld anderswo und SavOnCalling verbrennt es. Dass in dem Geschäft nichts zu verdienen ist, hatten wir schon im August gesagt.

Fazit: Zukunftsperspektiven fehlen, Konkurs nicht ausgeschlossen. Mehr zu Teltran im Porträt.
