Hi all,
betrachtet doch mal diesen Fallen Angel !
Konjunktur
Also dann.....seht euch diesen Wert mal wider an
cu
und viel ERFOLG

@DARC:

hi 1953,
also fuer mich zaehlt folgendes:

Hi all,
5,35 Euro/10= 0,535 Euro. Its a long way to...

Hi Jungs,
muss mich nochmal melden.

Bin schon seit längerem in BVSN investiert.
in Richtung Norden bewegen.
Alles andere sind Seifenblasen!
Ich glaube trotzdem weiterhin an diesen Wert.
Das Produkt ist ok!

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadVision, Inc. , a leading provider of enterprise portal applications, today announced that it will release its third quarter 2003 results on October 22, 2003 at 4:05 p.m. ET. A conference call to discuss the press release and related matters will be held following the release of results at 5:00 pm ET. The call, open to the public and hosted by Dr. Pehong Chen, president and CEO of BroadVision, can be accessed live and thereafter by going to the investor relations section of the company``s website at http://www.broadvision.com/ir.
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadVision, Inc. , the leading provider of enterprise portal applications, is celebrating its tenth year as an e-commerce innovator. Founded in 1993 by e-business visionary Dr. Pehong Chen, BroadVision was instrumental in accelerating mainstream adoption of e-commerce by enabling major retailers to rapidly deploy sophisticated e-commerce sites that provide personalized self-service access to goods and information, leverage their brands and integrate seamlessly with complex enterprise business systems. Today, BroadVision(R) applications help to power e-commerce sites for some of the world``s leading retailers, including Wal-Mart, The Home Depot, Sears and Circuit City.
Forrester predicts that 63 million U.S. households will be shopping online by 2008 and that e-commerce will grow at a 19 percent compound annual growth rate over the next five years. They predict that online retail sales will approach $230 billion and account for 10 percent of total U.S. retail sales by 2008. Unlike the early days of e-commerce, this growth won``t be based on dot-com hype or fear of disintermediation, but on solid business value.
-- Toshiba, one of the world``s leading high-tech companies, estimates that its BroadVision powered commerce site resulted in $110 million in cost savings and incremental sales in 18 months. -- The Home Depot, a BroadVision customer since 1999, is generating $16.50 in net profit for every dollar invested in e-commerce. -- Following the launch of Rand McNally``s BroadVision-powered site, holiday sales increased 64 percent and the average sale amount increased 60 percent. This year the site was named to Time Magazine``s 50 Best Websites.
Originally focused on business-to-consumer commerce, BroadVision also powers some of the world``s most successful business-to-business commerce sites.
Aviall, the world``s largest independent distributor of new aviation parts with annual revenue of approximately $1 billion, offers 300,000 different items from 215 different manufacturers through http://www.aviall.com/." target="_blank" rel="nofollow ugc noopener">http://www.aviall.com/. The site offers over 20,000 unique customer pricing matrices and employs first-of-its-kind multiple-item ordering functionality that allows customers to copy and paste large parts orders directly into the site for instant pricing and availability information. As a result of these and other e-commerce innovations, annual online sales increased from $23.2 million to approximately $62 million in just over two years. Aviall has witnessed double- to triple-growth in all market segments and saves $6 per transaction compared to orders placed via the call center. In 2003, http://www.aviall.com/ was named to ComputerWorld``s Premier 100 Best in Class.
"Our goal was to make it easier and more valuable to use our website than to use other channels," says Daryl Hackbarth, manager, eCommerce & Marketing, Aviall. "BroadVision helped us achieve that by creating a ``customer rep on the web`` -- a perfect, real-time rep who``s available 24/7 anywhere in the world. We``ve also found that everyday services -- our unique multi-item order functionality, automated RFQ ability, easy-to-use e-catalog and reports -- are the stickiest things you can provide."
BroadVision``s current commerce offering is the seventh major release of the product. In addition to expanding the core functionality of the product, BroadVision``s full commerce suite includes e-marketing for closed loop campaign management and real-time business intelligence analytics and reporting capability. (See http://www.broadvision.com/commerce7. )
"E-Commerce has come a long way in the past ten years and I``m very proud of the role BroadVision and BroadVision customers have played in that dramatic evolution," said Dr. Pehong Chen, founder, CEO and president, BroadVision. "Personalization is still at the core of everything we do and it``s the key to providing a compelling online experience that builds customer loyalty in both B2C and B2B environments."

Hi,
Siehe z.B. hier:
http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=000…

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — October 22, 2003 — BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), a global provider of enterprise self-service web applications, today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2003. Revenues for the third quarter of 2003 were $18.6 million, compared with revenues of $21.8 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2003 and $27.2 million for the third quarter of 2002. License revenue for the quarter totaled $5.1 million versus $6.8 million in the second quarter of 2003.
In the third quarter, BroadVision posted a net loss on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis of $10.3 million, or $0.31 per share, which included a restructuring charge of $4.5 million attributable to excess facilities and severance costs and a one-time charge of $4.2 million for the settlement of pending litigation. The GAAP net loss for the quarter compares with a GAAP net loss of $7.6 million, or $0.23 per share, for the second quarter of 2003, and a GAAP net loss of $67.7 million, or $2.11 per share, in the third quarter of 2002.
Including the $4.2 million one-time litigation settlement charge, pro forma net loss for the third quarter of 2003 was $5.5 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, compared with pro forma net income of $222,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2003 and a pro forma net loss of $2.3 million, or $0.07 per share, in the third quarter of 2002. Pro forma results exclude certain restructuring and non-cash charges that totaled $4.8 million in the third quarter of 2003, $7.8 million in the second quarter of 2003 and $65.4 million in the third quarter of 2002. A reconciliation of pro forma results to GAAP results is provided in the financial information attached to this press release. The Company believes its pro forma results provide useful information because they reflect the Company`s financial performance excluding certain charges and restructuring expenses that the Company believes are not indicative of its ongoing operations.
“Although disappointed by the revenues that we recorded for the quarter, we generated important account wins,” commented Dr. Pehong Chen, BroadVision’s president and CEO. “Our Q3 revenues do not include a several-million dollar license transaction that was completed during the quarter, but which was not recorded as revenue until after quarter-end. Overall, we are starting to see a shift in our business as customers look to extend their investment in BroadVision to maximize their e-business success. Our operational plan remains on track and we continue to improve efficiencies and effectively manage our expenses. I am encouraged about our progress and optimistic about our future success.”
During the third quarter of 2003, BroadVision closed new and repeat business with companies such as Bear Stearns, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, CTBR, Telecom Italia, Renault, Rothschild Bank, the U.S. Intelligence Community and Vodafone Japan.

Hallo,
was soll man von Broadvision halten?
Gruss

Hallo,
ach was soll`s.

Was bringt die Zeit?

BroadVision, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2004 Results
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadVision, Inc.(NASDAQ-NMS:BVSN) (Nasdaq: BVSN), a global provider of self-service web applications, today reported financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2004. Revenues for the first quarter of 2004 were $20.9 million, compared with revenues of $23.3 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003 and $24.5 million for the first quarter of 2003. License revenue for the quarter totaled $7.8 million versus $10.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2003 and $8.0 million in the comparable quarter of 2003.
In the first quarter, BroadVision(NASDAQ-NMS:BVSN) posted a net loss on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis of $867,000, or $0.03 per share, which included a restructuring charge of $570,000 attributable to severance and excess facilities. The GAAP net loss for the quarter compares with a GAAP net loss of $18.9 million, or $0.57 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2003, and GAAP net income of $1.3 million, or $0.04 per share, in the first quarter of 2003.
Pro forma net loss for the first quarter of 2004 was $297,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, compared with pro forma net income of $3.0 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2003 and pro forma net income of $3.3 million, or $0.09 per share, in the first quarter of 2003. Pro forma results exclude certain restructuring and non-cash charges that totalled $570,000 in the first quarter of 2004, $22.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2003 and $1.9 million in the first quarter of 2003. A reconciliation of pro forma results to GAAP results is provided in the financial information attached to this press release. The Company believes its pro forma results provide useful information because they reflect the Company`s financial performance excluding certain charges and restructuring expenses that the Company believes are not indicative of its ongoing operations.
"We generated first quarter revenue at the low end of guidance, missing pro forma profitability by a narrow margin," said Dr. Pehong Chen, Chairman and CEO. "While our financial results were somewhat disappointing, we executed on the important commitments we made regarding our product roadmap. To our highly competitive product portfolio, we`ve added broad new functionality that is designed to drive compelling business value for our customers. Industry analysts and customers and prospects alike have expressed significant interest, and we are poised to capitalize on the market opportunities."
During the first quarter of 2004, BroadVision(NASDAQ-NMS:BVSN) released one new product and two product upgrades:
-- BroadVision(NASDAQ-NMS:BVSN)

rapidly model and deploy self-service web applications. In addition to
accelerating development of web applications, BroadVision(NASDAQ-NMS:BVSN)

a variety of back-end systems.

proposed, refined and ratified the JSR 168 standard, and is among the
first portal vendors to implement the new standard in their portal

Was meint ihr?

BroadVision, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2004 Results
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), a global provider of self-service web applications, today reported financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2004. Revenues for the second quarter of 2004 were $20.1 million, compared with revenues of $20.9 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004 and $21.8 million for the second quarter of 2003. License revenue for the quarter totaled $7.1 million versus $7.8 million in the first quarter of 2004 and $6.8 million in the comparable quarter of 2003.
In the second quarter, BroadVision posted a net loss on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis of $1.5 million, or $0.04 per share, which included a restructuring charge of $679,000 attributable to severance and excess facilities. The GAAP net loss for the quarter compares with a GAAP net loss of $867,000, or $0.03 per share, for the first quarter of 2004, and GAAP net loss of $7.6 million, or $0.23 per share, in the second quarter of 2003.
Pro forma net loss for the second quarter of 2004 was $813,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, compared with pro forma net loss of $297,000, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2004 and pro forma net income of $222,000, or $0.01 per share, in the second quarter of 2003. Pro forma results exclude certain restructuring and non-cash charges that totaled $679,000 in the second quarter of 2004, $570,000 in the first quarter of 2004 and $7.8 million in the second quarter of 2003. A reconciliation of pro forma results to GAAP results is provided in the financial information attached to this press release. The Company believes its pro forma results provide useful information because they reflect the Company`s financial performance excluding certain charges and restructuring expenses that the Company believes are not indicative of its ongoing operations.
During the second quarter of 2004, BroadVision closed 31 license transactions including three licenses of its new product, BroadVision(R) Process(TM). BroadVision Process enables organizations to transform offline, people-intensive processes and collaborations into web-based self-service processes and deploy them into existing websites.
"Our second quarter revenue, in the middle of our range of guidance, is indicative of a sales environment that continues to be challenging -- particularly in North America," said Dr. Pehong Chen, BroadVision president and CEO. "IT investment is picking up, but not at the pace we`d like to see. However, we were able to close new product revenue and to build our BroadVision Process pipeline. We had capacity attendance throughout our 12- city world tour to launch BroadVision Process. Our Energizing e-Business message is resonating with customers who are looking for cost-effective ways to move their business to agile self-service. And we have reorganized our global field operations to better serve customers with a solutions approach that delivers fast time to lasting business value. These initiatives make us well positioned to execute in the second half of 2004."
During the second quarter of 2004, BroadVision closed new and repeat business in all key vertical markets with companies such as Air Miles, Azlan Group, Citibank, Dixons, Infineon, NETVALOR, SAC (a division of Baxter), TeliaSonera, and Xerox.

ANKLAGE GEGEN BROADVISION
Dollar. Die Lizenzeinnahmen stiegen allerdings von 6,8 auf 7,1 Mio. Dollar an.

Gute Nacht, broady!
Woher nimmst du denn bitte schön diesen optimismuss?

man solle nie schlechtem geld gutes hinterherwerfen.
warum sollte man jetzt verbilligen?

BroadVision recognized revenue on a software license agreement in the third quarter of 2001. But later, it determined that the revenue should be prorated over the four-year span of the agreement, and has been doing so in every quarter since.
The SEC handed BroadVision a "Wells Notice," indicating that the commission`s staff will recommend that the commission bring a civil action against the company.
BroadVision said it is continuing to cooperate fully with the SEC.

BroadVision, Inc. Announces Preliminary Third Quarter Revenue Results
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), a global provider of personalized self-service web applications, today announced preliminary revenue results for the third quarter of fiscal 2004. The Company expects to report total revenue between $16.9 million and $17.2 million. Previous guidance for total revenue for the third quarter was $18.0 to $20.0 million . As announced in August, the Company anticipates recording a one-time gain of approximately $24 million in the third quarter, reflecting a reduction in its restructuring accrual related to the extinguishment of certain real estate obligations.
"We are disappointed with the decrease in revenue for our third quarter," said Dr. Pehong Chen, chairman and CEO of BroadVision. "Business volume is seasonally low in the third quarter, although we also experienced unanticipated customer purchase delays in the most recent quarter due to several factors, including a North American sales force reorganization and increased customer controls over the purchasing approval processes. We are optimistic that we will close certain of these delayed transactions in the fourth quarter."
Fiscal Q4 Revenue Outlook
Management anticipates that revenue in the fourth fiscal quarter will be in the range of $18.0 to $20.0 million.
Fiscal Q3 Results Announcement
BroadVision will release its third quarter 2004 results on October 20, 2004 at approximately 4:05 p.m. ET. A conference call to discuss the press release and related matters will be held following the release of results at 5:00 p.m. ET. The call, open to the public and hosted by Dr. Pehong Chen, president and CEO of BroadVision, will be accessible live and thereafter through the investor relations section of the company`s website at www.broadvision.com.
