Kann aber auch wieder ein -W- werden.

Vergleicht das mal bitte mit dem unteren Chart. In der Mitte des Charts gut zu erkennen, hat ein -M- die LS Telcom zu Fall gebracht.






Hier auch zu sehen. Daher immer mit dem -W- und -M- auf und abschwingen. Fünf bis 10% leicht verdientes Geld, wenn man der Linie folgt! Ab 5000 bis 1000 Euro macht es schon Sinn mit der Linie auf und abzusteigen. So könnt Ihr es mit allen Werten die es gibt halten. Selbst unser ganzen Leben ist eine auf und abwärts Welle. und warum bist du dir da so sicher

Diese Firma wurde über 12 jahre sugsessive aufgebaut um ein fundament ( staatlich ) in die privatwirtschaft zu integrieren . man kann es daher schon ersehen mit den aufträgen von flugzeugbasen in den usa. desweiteren werden von den ausstehenden lois mindestens die hälfte noch unterschrieben und das sind 20 mio usd . geht man von einer kapitalisierung von momentan ca.3 mio aus , wären es mit den aufträgen im mindestens 40-50 mio usd.
somit ergiebt sich ein kurs von 40-50 cents usd.würde man es richtig rechnen ( umsatz mal 5 = 100 mio usd ) ergäbe es einen kurs von ca 1.00 usd .

MSSI kann bis zu 300.000.000 Aktien herausgeben, bisher lediglich die Hälfte, solange sie schneller herausgeben als sie Umsatz generieren, wird der Kurs nicht in die Höhe kommen. Und was in einem halben oder ganzen Jahr ist bleibt eben spekulativ. Daher halte ich nicht sehr viel davon, solche Rechnungen aufzustellen. Ich selbst glaube an MSSI, den ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass Öffentliche Aufträge an ein unseriöses Unternehmen gegeben wird. Die Frage bleibt daher, ob der CEO seine Expansion auch gesund fortsetzt und sich nicht übernimmt. Cornell hat ja keinen guten Ruf!

Ihr müsst euch nur mal den verlauf der letzten und dieser woche anschauen. die angst geht um das der kurs steigt . alleine gestern abend kurz vor schluss wechselten im ask 2 pakete zu 150000 den besitzer. aktuell .048 plus 12 %

eine firma die staatlich war und jetzt privat wirtschaften muss , hat seine beziehungen und ein know how, das eine "normale" firma nicht hat.
Das news kommen werden mit einer übernahme oder einer der 2 lois ( wert 20 mio ) die unterzeichnet wurden , ist "fast" sicher.
Schau dir mal die umsätze an der letzten 3 wochen ( Tg ca. 2 mio , letzten freitag 5 mio) , es tut sich was und das im grösseren rahmen.Es bekommen langsahm aber sicher alle die short sind kalte füsse . Es verkauft kaum mehr jemand unter .038!!! Wenn es am montag und dienstag noch so ist , wird der kurs auf .05 hochgehen und dann noch ne news !!! Du kannst dir vorstellen was passiert mit einer news von einer übernahme oder eines auftrages von 20 mio.
Jeder muss es selber wissen ob er warten will oder nicht, jedenfalls einer der in eine otc aktie investiert und mit 20-30% zufrieden ist , sollte besser in blue chips investieren um nicht so ein risiko einzugehen.
mssi bringt mehr als 20-30% mit einem jetzigen kurs vo .04usd und das um ei vielfaches. in mehreren bords wird ein kurs von 30-50 cents erwartet und noch in diesem jahr.

PROSPECTUS SUMMARY




INTRODUCTION

Medical Staffing was a developmental stage business and generated no revenue from its inception, in June 2001, until it acquired its subsidiary, TeleScience International, Inc., ("TeleScience") in September 2003. Under the terms of the share exchange agreement, Medical Staffing acquired 100% of the stock of TeleScience, in exchange for 80% of the outstanding shares of Medical Staffing. Control of Medical Staffing was transferred to TeleScience and the current President and Chief Executive Officer of TeleScience has become the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Staffing.

We have now become a small government contracting firm which provides, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, TeleScience, services such as long-term staffing of professionals to government clients in the medical and information technology areas and anticipates making sales of products in the medical and homeland security areas, also primarily to government clients.

GOING CONCERN

As reflected in Medical Staffing`s financial statements for the twelve months ended December 31, 2004, Medical Staffing`s accumulated deficit of $5,428,529 and its working capital deficiency of $869,038 raise doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The ability of Medical Staffing to continue as a going concern is dependent on Medical Staffing`s ability to raise additional debt or capital, including the ability to raise capital under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement. The financial statements for December 31, 2004 do not include any adjustments that might be necessary if Medical Staffing is unable to continue as a going concern.

THE OFFERING

This offering relates to the sale of common stock by certain persons who are stockholders of Medical Staffing. Cornell Capital Partners is a stockholder of Medical Staffing who intends to sell up to 100,000,000 shares of common stock under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement. Fitzgerald is a stockholder of the Company who intends to sell up to 2,000,000 shares of common stock, 1,000,000 of which were issued to Fitzgerald pursuant to a Consulting Services Contract dated April 8, 2005 and the remaining 1,000,000 shares were placed in an escrow account and will be received by Fitzgerald in the beginning of July 2005 upon the completion of consulting services to be provided to the Company and at the conclusion of the 90-day contract expiration period..

On March 11, 2004, Medical Staffing entered into a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with Cornell Capital Partners. Under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, Medical Staffing may issue and sell to Cornell Capital Partners common stock for a total purchase price of up to $15,000,000. The purchase price for the shares is equal to their market price, which is defined in the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement as the lowest volume weighted average price of the common stock during the five trading days following the notice date. The amount of each advance is subject to an aggregate maximum advance amount of $250,000, with no advance occurring within seven trading days of a prior advance. On March 11, 2004, Cornell Capital Partners received a one-time commitment fee of 750,000 shares of the Company`s common stock. Cornell Capital Partners is paid a fee equal to 5% of each advance, which is retained by Cornell Capital Partners from each advance. Prior to this registration statement, Medical Staffing previously made draws totaling $2,215,000 under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, in accordance with a registration statement declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 14, 2004. i`m accumulating MSSI - Cornell Capital stock which has been recently selling off and near 52 week lows. I believe this has the potential to eventually be a big runner once Cornell decides to jump on this stock. So far Cornell has been jumping on each stock they have a deal with and has run them one by one. I think MSSI could be one of the next ones they decide to do and it being near 52 week lows, provides very little risk.

We so far have seen SMTR, NEOM, MOBL, SNRN, and so many other Cornell stocks go up huge so I think this one is worth a shot here with the downside risk involved being very minimal since it has sold off so much recently.

Here is a link to the Cornell Capital PArtners website and as you can see the stock can be found at the bottom of the list. They have a $15,000,000 equity commitment.

Kohle Kies hat das Kursziel wahrlscheinlich vom RB Board genommen. Sprechen Sie auch immer von 0,30 bis 0,50.

Fakt ist aber das Sie, wenn auch kleine Aufträge, aber jede Woche Aufträge melden. Der CEO hat ein Umsatzvol. von über 10 Mio. in Aussicht gestellt. Wäre ein Zuwachs von über 100%. Verträge gehen immer oder meistens über 5 Jahre.

Die meisten Verträge sind mit der Regierung was ja nicht das Schlechteste ist.

Das interesante ist aber das Sie eine große Fa. übernehmen wollen. Dort ist ein unverbindl. LOI gezeichnet worden.

Außerdem stehen noch einige andere Aquisitionen an.

Alles in allem sind Kurse bis 0,1 möglich. Ich werde mich aber bei 0,06 verabschieden. Ausser es passiert etwas aussergewöhnliches.

Garantieren kann ich leider nichts und was den Kurs angeht kann man nur vermuten das etwas im kommen ist,wohin er geht hängt von den News ab die kommen werden,es kann bis ende des Jahres zwichen 10 cent oder 1 Euro liegen aber wehr weiss das denn schon genau

Du scheinst aber immerhin noch daran zu glauben. In Frankfurt siehts momentan nicht unbedingt danach aus. Bin mal gespannt und bleib sicherlich mal dabei. Gruss 360

Ich bin im momment sehr mit meiner arbeit angaschiert und komme im momment nur sehr selten nach hause. bin jedoch über meine freundin immer auf dem laufenden und kaufe nach , denn diese aktie hat potenzial nach oben . ich bin immer noch überzeugt das sie ende jahr zwischen 30-50 cent stehen wird. die aufträge werden erst ersichtlich in den quartalsberichten im herbst und winter. ein grossauftrag oder übernahme stehen immer noch aus. ich jedenfals steige nicht aus sondern kaufe bei diesen kursen nach.
