Acquisition of Hera strengthens Nocom`s
competitiveness in market communication and
electronic business

Nocom AB (publ) has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire all the
shares of Hera AB, one of Sweden`s oldest and most well known
marketing communications firms. The acquisition will provide
Nocom with complementary expertise, making it one of the few
consulting companies that will master the whole complex process
involved in an e-commerce project - from market analysis,
communication and project planning to the development and
deployment of systems. The acquisition will create one of the
market`s strongest e-commerce partners for Swedish industry.
Hera helps, among others, SAS, SSAB, Avesta Sheffield, Nordic
Timber Council, Fresenius Kabi, Svensk Exportkredit and
Länsförsäkringar to develop and refine their business activities
using both digital and traditional communication, in Sweden and
internationally. The company, which is based in Uppsala,
Sweden, has a staff of 23 and an annual turnover of 25 million
Swedish kronor. Hera will continue to operate as an independent
company in the Nocom group, in close collaboration with Nocom
Integration. The acquisition will be financed by a new issue of
187.000 B-shares in Nocom.

Es geht doch... die guten Meldungen häufen sich..

Ich möcht übrigens einem Vorredner widersprechen. Er hat behauptet,
WAP setzt sich nicht durch, da es bald schon Geräte mit "normalem"
Browser geben wird.
Ich denke, daß wir auf solche Geräte(mit Farbdisplay) etc. noch mindestens
5 Jahre warten müssen. Akku-Laufzeiten müssen hier erstmal die
2-Tage-Grenze überschreiten und eine schnellere Datenübertragung
ist ebenso Pflicht.
UMTS wird erst in 3 Jahren halbwegs gut nutzbar sein.
Da UMTS aber ein neues Netz ist, wird es
auch wesentlich teurer sein als D2 oder D1. Auch deshalb werden sich
hier anfangs nur Profis treffen, aber nicht die Masse des Volkes....

von einer zusammenarbeit mit sun microsystems weiss ich nichts. trotzdem erstaunlich, dass der kurs um magere 5-6% gestiegen ist. aber lieber so ein scheibchenweiser ansteig, als ein grosser sprung , wie im dezember, und dann wieder um den selben betrag abstürzen.

in den neuesten Tips von Harmon wurde auch Icon empfohlen. Wie
siehst du die Chancen, dass dann Nocom mitzieht. Wuerde mich auch
interessieren, wie du eigentlich auf Nocom gekommen bist? Hast du
verschiedene Zeitungen durchgewälzt (Connect etc.) oder auf schwedischen Boards nachgeschaut??? Wie machst du deinen Research,
schliesslich hast du ja NOCOM schon letztes Jahr empfohlen. Bis dahin habe ich diesen Namen nur ein einziges Mal gesehen. Dann spaeter noch
im Aktinär. Ich habe ein schwedisches Board gefunden und dort wurde Nocom zusammen mit HiQ empfohlen. Leider ist mein Schwedisch aber auch
nicht besser als deines.

Mal sehen was aus Nocom wird, hoffentlich was gutes bald.

und dafuer braucht es keine ueppigen Bandbreiten a la UMTS.
WAP hat seine Anwendungen und auch den Markt (zumindest bis UMTS marktreif ist).

Bei aller WAP Distanz darf man eines nicht vergessen: UMTS ist kein eingefuerhtes Produkt. Da wird momentan heftigst dran geforscht (ich weiss, wovon ich hier rede). Bis UMTS den Kinderschuhen entwachsen ist und eine Marktverbreitung hat die dem von GSM 900 / 1800 bzw. PCS in USA hat vergeht noch eine ganze Weile.
Bis dahin wird WAP den Firmen gute Gewinne bringen. Macht Euch doch nur mal die Muehe und schaut euch an, wie die Kiddies heute mit SMS Nachrichten um sich schmeissen. Wenn die erst mal aelter sind und WAP in den Fingern haben kann ich jedem Elternteil nur empfehlen ein dickes Finanzpolster anzulegen.
Die Verbreitung von WAP kommt mit den Anwendungen (siehe obiges Posting).

Sehe ich auch so. Und wenn sich WAP durchgesetzt hat, wird es schwierig für neue Technologien ( auch wenn sie evtl. besser sind).
Siehe den MiniDisc, der kleiner und effizienter ist als ein CD-Player, aber ausser mir scheint wohl kein anderer MD`s zu haben.
Ich muss CDs kaufen und dann auf MD aufnehmen, echt mühsam.

wie ich auf der Nocom.se Seite ersehen konnte, kommen die
Zahlen gleichzeitig mit Nokia am 3.02.2000. Die Zahlen werden
sicher gut ausfallen, allerdings ist das zur Zeit ja nicht
mehr ausschlaggebend. Wichtig ist nur, ob Nocom gleichzeitig
vielleicht auch weitere Aktivitaeten ankuendigt.

Nocom signs contract with Utfors to expand
broadband network services

Utfors AB has chosen Nocom AB (publ) to supply technology,
consulting services, products and support for the expansion of
Utfors’s communication platform for 75,000 of its 250,000 users.
Nocom’s solution is based on products for e-mail management
and catalogue services from the Sun–Netscape alliance. The
order is worth SKr 7.5m.

Utfors is building one of the most complete broadband networks
in the Nordic region, and is currently in a very expansive phase.
The company is focussing on becoming a complete Internet
service provider, with an integrated communications platform.
Nocom’s solution also forms the basis for the expansion of
Utfors’s broadband network services to both the company and
private markets.

important to choose the correct technology and long-term
partners who can build this type of system, right from the

Wie siehst Du die weitere Entwicklung ? Welches Rückschlagpotential ist noch drin und wo denkst Du wird der Kurs in 12 bis 15 Monaten sein ?

Nocom scheint ja langsam wieder entdeckt zu werden. Hat sicherlich
mit der Meldung zu tun, dass Erricson, Nokia und AOL-Europe
zusammen mit WAP entwickeln wollen. Leider ist ja Ikarus nicht
mehr hier im Board, der verdient bestimmt jetzt ne Menge Kohle
bei seinem neuen Arbeitgeber.

An Ikarus: Wenn du dich unter neuem Namen versteckt hast, gib
uns doch mal bitte einen Tip wie es mit Nocom weitergehen
koennte und wo du deine Infos her hast.

Natürlich bin ich noch im Board. Bei CSFB beginne ich erst im Sommer.

Zu Nocom die Zahlen kamen am Donnerstag, der Umsatz lag bei 187SKR.
Holdipoldi und ich schätzten etwa 160. Dies ist aber ohne Bizit und
Nocomnet ( sollen bis zu 100% im Jahr wachsen) und da spielt die grosse WAP-Fantasie. Solange die detailierten Zahlen noch nicht zu haben sind kann man wenig sagen
Jedenfalls stimmt das Kerngeschäft. Ich bin natürlich noch drin und die Umsätze vom WAP beginnen erst zu fliessen.

die umsätze sind wirklich mager. aber habt ihr das interview auf auf n24 mit aol-boss schmitt gesehen??? hat gemeint, dass europa im bereich des mobilen internets via handy den amis um 2 jahre voraus ist. durch die kooperation mit nokia und erricson wird hier ein wap-standard aufgebaut, bis es neuere, schnellere technologien gibt. als nokia-partner wird nocom da ganz sicher von profitieren können.

habt ihr nicht schon gemerkt, dass die Amis bezueglich Wap-Handys
eigentlich gar nicht "der" Markt sind, sondern Europa, Japan und
China. Jawohl, Europa ist am interessantesten (Italien und Finnland
waren bei Handys schon immer der Vorreiter), sowieso denke ich dass
der NM die Nasdaq outperformen wird. Wir sollten uns deshalb hier
nicht immer mit den Amis messen. Wir machen hier den Markt fuer
Wap-Handys und wir brauchen nicht darauf zu warten, bis Nocom von
den Amis entdeckt wird. Wuerde mich nicht wundern, wenn andere Wap-
Firmen langsam auch mit Patenten nach dem Motto Geoworks rauskommen.
Sollte da Nocom mit dabei sein, wird der Wert ganz klar outperformen.
Das ist nur Spekulation, dafuer braucht man Speziis wie Ikarus, die
das vielleicht schon vorher ahnen oder mehr Ahnung haben. Auf weitere schoene Kursteigerungen!

Hewlett Packard, IBM and Nocom collaborate with Nokia to facilitate over-the-air programming of WAP-enabled devices


(February 9, 2000) - Nokia announced today that it is developing a solution that enables easy and immediate access to mobile commerce sites via a WAP-enabled phone. The technology partners in this initiative, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Nocom, will collaborate with Nokia to bring the new over-the-air WAP solution to market during the first half of 2000. Nokia`s initiative is the latest step towards the Mobile Information Society through the development of easy-to-use WAP services for mobile commerce customers.

Consumers expect mobile Internet services to be as easy to access as the Internet itself -- just a few clicks away. Similarly, service providers expect to be able to provide a smooth transition to the mobile Internet to keep up with the increased demand of Internet services via mobile devices. Now, consumers will find it easy to access mobile commerce sites wirelessly.

For example, a mobile user browses the Internet on a PC and finds an e-commerce site that is mobile enabled. The user simply clicks on a designated icon on the web page, inputs the applicable mobile phone number, and settings are automatically programmed over-the-air to the WAP-enabled phone. This programming allows the user to directly access this e-commerce site wirelessly, without any additional input or programming to the phone.

"This technology is a crucial function in the Mobile Internet," says Pertti Lounamaa, Vice President, Nokia Internet Communications. Habe die Aktie am Montag zu 17,50 Euro abgestossen.
War erst mein 3 Depotverkauf in diesem Jahr.
Fazit : Alle Aktien sind nach meinen Verkäufen zwischen 30 und 70 %
gestiegen.

Da sieht man wieder mal ganz deutlich was passiert wenn die Fonds noch nicht investiert (oder nur gering investiert sind).Das braucht halt seine Zeit bis die Fonds die Meldung mit Nokia auseinandergeplückt haben.Was die großen Fonds noch stört ist die geringe Marktkap. von cirka 130Mill.Euro,die steigen erst bei 3-5mal höherer Bewertung ein.Kaufen und wie Kostolany 1 Jahr schlafen.Danach geht es in die Karibik mit Badehose und Laptop.

Die100 % hab ich noch nicht ganz, aber bald (bin bei 22 rein). Hab mir die Augen gerieben, wie dieser Wert plötzlich - nach grösserem Sinkflug kurz vorher - nach oben schiesst. SW von CNTR in ihre mysap.com SW auf. Heisst das nicht das indirekt
die NOCOM-SW auch bei mysap eingesetzt wird?

es gibt 4.6 (jahresendbericht) millionen aktien und eine aktie kostet so um die 32 euro => eine marktkapitalisierung von 147.2 millionen euro?

da 8,547 sk 1 euro sind.

187 millionen sk umsatz durch 8.547 wechselkurs = 21 millionen euro umsatz.

markkapitalisierung / umatz = 147.2/21=7

also das unternehmen hat tatsächlich ein sehr niedrige umsatz marktapaliesierungs verhältnis.

aber was bringt das, wenn das unternehmen im letzten jahr um lächerliche 17 prozent gewachsen ist??

weiters ist es bei so einen kleinen wert ja wirklch nicht schwer den preis pro aktie zu pushen!!

und was ich auch nicht verstehe, ist das ja unternehmne wie pixelpark, razorfish, icon medialab also alle grossen multimedietelekommunikations diensleiter ja eigene wap enticklungs abteilungen haben? und sie somit ja das gleiche wie nocom anbieten und noch dazu sind die von mir zuvor genannte unternehmen wirklich international ausgerichtet und haben weitaus stärker umsatzzuwächse im letzten jahr gehabt? (was sich auch in deren aktienentwicklung wiederspiegelt)

ich hab mir die homepage von nocom angesehen und so wie ich dass sehe sind die ein klassischer telekommunikations dienstleister und kennt jemand von euch software von denen mit der sie lizenzeinnahwemn haben könnten???
und dann würd mich noch sehr interessieren inwieweit die umsatzprognosen dieses unternehmens aussehen???

ich habe eigentlich das gefühl das nocom ein recht solider wert ist, der seinen weg mache könnte. aber ich glaube nicht das dieser wert das potential zu einen echten highflyer hat. weil das umsatzwachstum zu niedrig ist, bis jetzt. da dienstleisungen sehr kostenspielig sind und man dazu viel geld brauch, hierzu scheint mir nocom zu klein.

anhand der zahlen gebe ich dir recht,aber umsätze mit der WAP-Technologie kommen erst noch, so das ein umsatz von cirka 100Mill.Euro machbar wäre.bei so einen Investment spekuliert man immer auf die zukunft(was auch schief gehen kann).Deshalb zur Sicherheit nur einen kleinen Betrag investieren.Nocom ist aber weltweit der erste der die WAP-Technologie zum Einsatz gebracht hat, mit einer Hotelgruppe.Dazu das starke Bündniss mit Nokia,die Nocom zum WAP-Partner Nr.1 gemacht haben.

Du hast Dich nicht sehr mit dem Titel beschäftigt. Die Umsatzahlen waren super, weil das die reinen Umsatzahlen aus dem Stammgeschät sind (IT-Breich).
Die Wap Fantasie spielt bei Bizit und nocom.net.
Bizit wurde erst im Sommer akquiriert und erscheint daher noch nicht in der Jahresrechnung.

med WAP

Nocom har tillsammans med NetManages
nordeuropeiska avdelning utvecklat en demotjänst
som på en WAP-terminal i realtid visar information
från en AS/400 eller stordator. Tjänsten bygger på
NetManages produkt Rumba Express Control
installerad på en Nokia WAP Server och är driftsatt
på Nocoms infrastruktur WAP Direct® för snabb,

nödvändiga WML-koden har asp (active server

Zunächst mal danke für den "Affen". Ich denke, ein Kommentar erübrigt sich.
Und nun zu einem (meinem) Problem:

Nach der heutigen Hype habe ich gegen 15 Uhr versucht, einen Teil meiner Bestände zu 59 E abzubauen um später nochmals nachzukaufen. Mein telefonischer Auftrag an die Sparkasse ging gegen 15 Uhr raus. Um kurz vor 18 Uhr wurde ich angerufen und man teilte mir mit, die WestLB habe es nicht geschafft, die Stücke in Stuttgart abzusetzen, da der Wert nur noch in Stockholm gehandelt würde. Bei Comdirekt (Internet) habe ich aber gesehen, daß sehr wohl genügend Umsätze an allen Börsenplätzen stattfanden.

1. Hat jemand heute ähnliches erlebt?
2. Wer würde für möglicherweise entgangenen Gewinn aufkommen? (Schadensersatz) Mal angenommen, morgen ginge es runter.

Ich denke mal, da hat jemand bei der WestLB gepennt.

Salve!

Schade daß mir keiner helfen kann (bitte 2 Postings zurück lesen!!). Bin mal gespannt, wie ich mit der Bank morgen klar komme.

Zum Kursverlauf allgemein scheint mir ein Aufkäufer am Werke zu sein. Die geringe Bandbreite des heutigen Tages kann ich mir sonst nicht erklären. Innerhalb weniger Tage ist der Wert nun um über 200% gestiegen. Alles was heute auf 56/58 kam, wurde gekauft, mehr als 61 wurde aber nicht bezahlt. Und das, obwohl genug Verkäufer darüber da gewesen wären. Ominös. Wie dem auch sei, WAP kommt gerade so richtig ins rollen, koste es, was es wolle. 100% halte ich für die nächsten 2-3 Wochen nochmals für realistisch, auch, wenn wir nochmal auf 40 E zurück kommen könnten.

Heute morgen wurden in Srockholm ca. 500000 Aktien im Wert von 444 Kronen/Stk
vorbörslich in den Markt gelegt. Spinnt die Datenübertragung aus Schweden oder hat Nocom eine
Kapitalerhöhung durchgeführt? Wenn das so ist, zeigt Nocom eine bei Kapitalerhöhungen unuebliche Stärke- zumindest um diese Uhrzeit.
Mal sehen wie es weitergeht.

Nocom completes new share issue to international institutions

In order to accelerate the development of our mobile Internet solutions and Nocom`s international expansion, Nocom AB has completed a new share issue corresponding to 240 MSEK. The issue, which comprises 540.000 shares of series B, has been subscribed by Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission AB for further allocation to Swedish and foreign institutional investors. Approximately 75% of the issue has been allocated to well reputed US and European institutions.

The decision to complete the share issue is based on the authorisation given to the Board on the Extra General Meeting held on December 9, 1999. The issue price is 444 SEK.

Nocom hat insgesamt 540000 neue Aktien (KE) herausgegeben. Davon sind 75% fuer institutionelle Anleger gedacht (405000). Wenn Fidelity sich jetzt schon 286000 (ca. 70%) davon unter den Nagel gerissen hat, bleibt fuer die anderen ja wohl nicht mehr so viel uebrig .

Gestern erlebten wir ja einen schönen intraday-reversal. VOn 365 SKR auf
405 SKr (dort liegt einen kleine Unterstützung). Was danach passierte
war auf eine Kooperation zurückzuführen. Offzielle news gab es zwar noch
nicht, aber anscheinend soll nocom und arrowhead zusammen arbeiten.

Irgend ein schwedischer Broker gab heute eine Kaufempfehlung für
Nocom ab. Da der Kurs die 421 durchbrochen hat sollte das Mindest-
kursziel 483 sein. Die Aktie hat, laut dem Broker, ein kurzfristiges
Potential von 590.

Hi Nocom Fans,

ist Euch schon aufgefallen, dass der Markt für Nocom in D fast tot ist. Die tägl. Umsätze sind >2000 St. da muß man bei grossen Paketen
wie ich eines habe (2000 St zu 22 €) ja fast in Schweden verkaufen.

Ich denke mal, dass kurzfristig die Luft in Nocom raus ist. Der Wert bewegt sich einfach nicht.

Das selbe gilt für meine PINE 931045 da ist zur Zeit auch tote Hose.
Da sollte man jetzt besser auch Gewinne mitnehmen.

Mach Dich doch mal schlau was Du da überhaupt im Gepäck hast, und Deine Frage erübrigt sich von alleine. Wenn Du Geld brauchst musst Du natürlich verkaufen. Wenn Du mehr Geld haben willst, leg dich schlafen mit dem Wert. Ausserdem ist es doch nur gut, wenn wir uns alle einig sind und unsere Papiere nicht hergeben.

Der WAP Zug faengt erst an zu fahren.
Ich persoenlich bin der Meinung dass nach der derzeitigen Stabilisierungsphase ein weiterer Anstieg auf 70 drin ist.
Wenn Du allerdings ein Auto kaufen willst (habe ich auch eben gemacht) wuerde ich nicht auf Sand bauen, sondern bei einem guten Kurs verkaufen. An mitgenommenen Gewinnen ist noch keiner arm geworden. Meine Lehre aus der letzten Zeit ist nie zu gierig zu sein. (Daher habe ich auch einen Teil bei 55 verkauft).

Du hast schon einen satten Gewinn gemacht. Wenn Du in absehbarer Zeit Geld brauchst, dann solltest Du an einem guten Tag verkaufen. Die neuen WAP - Handys von der CEBIT sind noch nicht zu haben und der Bedarf nach WAP - fähigen Seiten steigt erst dann rapide, wenn auch die Pageviews anziehen. Das kann noch 2 bis 3 Monate dauern. Mit dem großen Knall rechne ich erst im Sommer.
Das alles sind natürlich nur Vermutungen, aber wenn es crasht, dann mußt Du sonst halt weiter Ente fahren ...

Also kurz und knapp; wer weis etwas über den Aktiensplitt bei Nocom
von 4:1 ? Wenn wir er effektiv und was wurde sonst noch auf der HV am 11.4. beschlossen ??

Kann jemand bestätigen, ob das Gerücht stimmt, dass Fidelity Investments sind bei Nocom eingekauft hat ? Ich hatte das mal irgendwo

ich bin auch noch einer der scheinbar wenigen nocomaktionäre. bin allerdings nicht auf dem neuesten stand und weiss von keinem split (das mit fidelity ist schon etwas länger her,siehe alte nocom threads).
hab mich vor dem kauf intensiver mit nocom beschäftigt und sehe es als langfristanlage, lass sie also länger als ein jahr ligen, weil die ganze sache mit wap und mobilem internet erst in den kinderschuhen steckt.

interested parties, develop prototypes and reference systems for

compatible with WAP.

Membership is open to any company in the telecommunications
industry and associated sectors that is expected to contribute to
technological development. The Bazaar already has many members, of

Zudem eine Erlaubnis für eine erneute Ausgabe von 25000000 AKtien, könnte evtl. auf den Kursdrücken. Doch ist das ja
