Fortel ist mit wieder da.... das war erst ein kleiner Vorgeschmack auf das was noch kommt.

Endlich bewegt sich mal wieder was bei Fortel.

hier in D ist ja tote Hose.
Ich kaufe zur Zeit in Amerika. Hier hat sich das Klima zu Fortel gebessert. Die Zahlen kamen auch gut an.

Leider ist in D kein kaufen/verkaufen möglich, und wenn wird es in kleinen Stückzahlen ausgeführt. Nicht rentabel.

Hoffentlich auf bessere Zeiten hier in D.

im Prinzip kann ich dir nur zustimmen. Immer das gleiche Spiel: der Umsatz fällt von Quartal zu Quartal und das Unternehmen kommt immer mit denselben Sprüchen: wirtschaftliches Umfeld schlecht, Kunden sind begeistert vom Produkt, verschieben aber Beschaffungen, managen unsere Kosten, sind zuversichtlich, bald den Break even zu schaffen, blah, blah, blah, ....

Aber die Börse sieht das wohl nicht alles negativ. Heute ging es bei hohen Umsätzen auf 0,11 US$ (+15%) hoch. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass das mit dem hohen Zuwachs an `deferred revenue` zusammen hängt, der im letzten Quartal um 88% auf über 5 Mil $ gewachsen ist. Das zeigt zumindest, dass es tatsächlich gute Verkäufe gibt und ein gewisser Basisumsatz damit gesichert ist. Mal sehen, wie es weitergeht, der Gewinn von heute kann morgen schon wieder Geschichte sein ...

Fortel ist ja nach wie vor nicht gerade der Hit, aber sie leben immmer noch. Hier mal eine news, die zwar schon 3 Woche alt ist, aber immerhin. Einen Termin für die Bekanntgabe der Zahlen zum 4.Quartal sowie Gesamtjahr für Fortel gibt es übrigens noch nicht.

FORTEL Inc. Files Voluntary Chapter 11 to Facilitate Sale

FREMONT, Calif., Mar 18, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- FORTEL Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FRTL) today announced that it has reached agreement with DivestCap Management Corporation (DivestCap) whereby DivestCap intends to acquire substantially all of the assets of FORTEL Inc for approximately $1.7M in cash and the assumption of approximately $8.6M of FORTEL`s liabilities. DivestCap is an investment firm specializing in acquiring and growing established information technology companies. In order to facilitate the sale, FORTEL Inc voluntarily filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California after close of the markets on March 17, 2003. FORTEL will seek approval from the Bankruptcy Court for this transaction.
