VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2001-- Digital media company MCY (MCY.com, Inc.) (OTCBB: MCYC) has acquired Carter Hill Venture Ltd., an international technology resource firm with offices in Vancouver, Geneva and Beijing, which specializes in the introduction of new technology to the People`s Republic of China and other Asian countries.
Pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization executed between the parties (the "Agreement"), MCY acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding common stock of Carter Hill, in exchange for an aggregate of 30,000,000 shares of MCY`s common stock. As a result, Carter Hill becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCY. Simultaneously with the execution of the Agreement between the parties, and effective November 16, 2001, the officers and directors of MCY resigned, and members of Carter Hill`s management team were appointed as officers and directors of MCY and will serve until their successors are duly elected at the next annual shareholders` meeting of MCY. New management plans to immediately focus on exploring new strategic business opportunities for MCY in Asia, with an emphasis on mainland China, as well as Europe and other countries.
Michael A.J. Harrop, the new Chairman and a director of MCY remarked, "We are excited by the opportunity to apply MCY`s digital encryption and delivery technologies to solve international copyright protection and other e-commerce challenges posed by China`s entry into the World Trade Organization, and to meet technology requirements related to the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing."

So viel weiß ich auch wieder nicht! Ich weiß nur das er bei ziemlich vielen OTCBB Firmen die Finger drinnen hat ohne das die meisten es mitbekommen!
Bei anderen tritt er in Erscheinung!
Forlink (FRLK) war ein Glanzstück von ihm! Bei Kolorfusion war oder ist er immer noch engagiert! Er agiert aber relativ öffentlich und hat auch einen Yahoo Club!
