des Mediengeschäftes in Verhandlungen. Eine Übernahme
der TV-Produktionsfirma Me,Myself and Eye(MME) wäre in
diesem Zusammenhang durchaus möglich. Greifen Sie zu,

MME has acquired several new TV formats, and two new reality shows are due to go on air by the end of January. One promising programme is Girlscamp, a reality format similar to Big Brother. Given the company`s new programmes we expect significant news flow in the coming weeks and more attention on MME and its projects. MME is well positioned as a leading TV producer of reality and music formats in Germany. However, we are aware of increasing competition, especially in the reality segment Additional revenues from new projects could provide upside potential for investors, as we have not yet included them in our forecasts. We are initiating coverage on MME with an ACCUMULATE recommendation and a share price target of €9.
• On 26 January, Girlscamp, MME`s latest project, will go on air. The format is similar to Big Brother: 10 girls spend seven weeks in a bungalow in Spain and it is up to the audience to decide which girls have to leave. Given the great success of Big Brother (Endemol), and similar formats such as Island Duel (MME) in Germany and Europe, we believe that Girlscamp has a good chance of succeeding. Reality formats still enjoy popularity and MME should benefit from the positive sentiment in the German TV market.
• Since the IPO, MME has acquired several new TV projects. From January onwards, MME will produce MAX, a lifestyle format for Pro7. Given its success, the company has been asked to produce further episodes of Island Duel for Sat1 and Bibi & Rolli for RTL. Both formats achieved a market share of 23%-24% among the relevant target group of the 14 to 49-year olds. In addition, MME has acquired further projects for arte and MTV.
• New TV projects could generate about €10m in sales in 2001. We regard these extra sales as a cushion to our estimates and are therefore not increasing our forecasts. It is critical that MME be able to acquire further long-term projects and exploit auxiliary rights efficiently in order to create long-term value.
