Stereo Vision`s First Original Album Starring Eric Clapton and Vince Gill Under Production in Nashville

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2002--Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:SVED) in association with Jamo Productions, announces its tribute to Tulsa album tentatively titled `Mad Dogs and Okies` has begun production in Nashville. The album is being co-produced by Jamie Oldaker, President of Jamo Productions, and Herky Williams Stereo Vision`s Principal Financial Officer, and Director of Music Operations.

"Two tracks have been cut and are in the can," says Williams. "The first song is Eric Clapton singing and playing guitar on a number he selected titled `Positively.` The second is a song written and performed by country music superstar Vince Gill titled, `Wait Til Your Daddy Gets Home.`

Jamie is from Tulsa, and his list of accomplishments include percussionist on eleven Eric Clapton albums," Williams continues, "as well as performing with Bob Segar, on his `Silver Bullet Tour` He also performed on Peter Frampton`s `Where I Should Be` album and toured with Frampton (another Tulsa native) for six years. With so many great artists coming from Tulsa, and so many others that have been inspired by the Tulsa sound, Jamie and I decided to get some of our friends together for the production of this tribute album. We expect the production to be completed in about six months," concludes Williams. "With the long list of recording stars slated to perform, and the legendary record seller, and creator of the Billboard charts, Tom Noonan as Stereo Vision`s Chairman, we expect to sell many copies this album," added Stereo Vision`s CEO Jack Honour.

Stereo Vision To Acquire Blossom Gap Records

LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Jan. 9, 2002--Stereo Vision Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:SVED) and Blossom Gap Records Inc. reached terms yesterday in Nashville. The agreement calls for Blossom Gap Records, a private Tennessee corporation in good standing, to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Stereo Vision in a stock and cash deal.

The masters in Blossom Gaps catalog include ten No. 1 George Jones hits, thirty two Willie Nelson tracks, twenty two B.J. Thomas cuts, ten Kenny Rodgers songs, (including Ruby), ten memorable numbers by Jimmy Dean, ten of Ann Murray`s best, Roy Drusky`s live gospel double album, ten Isley Brother tunes, ten works by Faron Young, ten from the late great Carl Perkins, and others. "These songs will enable us to release at least thirteen albums," says Stereo Vision`s Director of Music Operations Herky Williams. "We expect to sell an average of 50,000 units per album. With a $2.00 per unit profit, our gross profit target is $1.3 mil. For a cost of 100,000 rule 144 shares, and $10,000.00 in cash, the shareholders of Stereo Vision will realize a substantial boost in revenues," Williams concludes.

(OTCBB:SVED) announces it`s 49% owned Korean 3-D animation and video game company Z1 International Ltd., and Sam Mi Inc., a major Korean vending operator have reached terms for the franchising of 500 to 1000 locations. Each location will have 25 to 40 of the `Horse King` video games. The franchise contract calls for an initial payment by Sam Mi Inc. of $500,000.00.(US) Z-1 will then be paid $150,000.00(US) set up and license costs per location. Z-1 expects approximately one third of the cost to be profit. Z-1 has sold more than 5000 units of `Horse King` in Korea to date. The average per unit selling price has been over $3000.00. Z-1 expects to have the formal contracts signed with Sam Mi Inc. in less than thirty days. More news on the Z-1 front soon.

JLM Inc. President Jack Bodziak Jr. has reported to the SVE Inc. Board of Directors he expects the band Cake to sellout the 1600 person venue this Sunday. He anticipates the Nelly Furtado concert March 19th, to be a sellout as well.

Bodziak also reported brisk sales for the Dennis Quaid concert. Quaid will be performing with his band "Sharks" March 3rd.
