16:13 CASH (1049) $100 M venture capital established in 6 months

(Infocast News) Ken Khoo, Managing Director of Celestial Asia Securities Holdings (CASH)(1049), expressed after a press conference this afternoon that the $1 billion technology venture capital of the company would be established in 3 to 6 months. Now the company is raising the capital. With regard to the CASTD CASH Financial Consultants Company Limited (CCFC) jointly formed by China Academy of Science and Technology Development (CASTD), it offers several projects for CASH to consider and to work in with, but Khoo claimed that the company is selecting the suitable one.

Concerning the time of listing of CCFC`s subsidary technology company, Khoo predicted that the company would list in 1 or 2 years, and will be listed on GEM.

CASH today announced to work in with SmarTone (0315) so as to launch the very first mobile phone futures and options trading services in the whole Asia through the SmarTrade platform of CASH.

The present futures and options services of SmarTrade include HSI Futures and Options, Hang Seng 100 Futures and Options, Hang Seng China-Affiliated Corporations Index Futures and Options, Hang Seng Properties Sub-index Futures and Options, Stock Futures and Options etc. However, Khoo said that HSI Futures and Options cannot be traded directly until the launch of the ATS service in the first half of this year by the Futures Exchange, while the other three index futures and options can be traded directly.

The commission charges for day-trade per side of HSI futures and options is $60 while that for over-night trade per side is $100. The present number of clients in SmarTrade is 100, most of whom are engaged in futures trading, whereas the number of clients of SmarTrade in SmarTone accounts for 800 and that of In-Trade 8000.

interpretieren, ob es vor oder nach Börsenschluß war.

Die News stammt von einer Pressekonferenz vom 27.01.00 nach Börsenschluß um 16:13 Uhr HongKong-Zeit, d.h. um 9:13 Uhr unserer Zeit.

In Deutschland ist CASH nach 2 Stunden Handel schon um über 9% gestiegen.

Da die von Wallstreet eingeblendeten Kurse teilweise veraltet sind, hier die genauen Zahlen:

CASH 10:14 Uhr in Berlin.....: Kurs: 0,12 Tendenz: + Vol: 205.775
CASH 10:29 Uhr in München: Kurs: 0,12 Tendenz: + Vol: 230.000

Ich glaube, die Zahlen sprechen für sich selbst.
