Forlink Receives Final Level of Approvals from Chinese Administration,
Further US$10 million Tranche of Venture Funding Released from European
Private Placement
BEIJING and GENEVA, Jan 28, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Forlink Software
Corporation Inc., Beijing (OTCBB: FRLK) respectfully informs its
esteemed shareholders that it today received the final level of
Administration approval and its Full Operating License. The license
triggers transfer to the Company of a new US$10 million tranche from
its European Private Placement, specifically reserved for activation of
its development plan in China. The Company will spare no effort to
justify the opportunity that is being given to it by the authorities.
The Company`s President Zhao Xiaoxia, already quite a rle-model for
younger digital entrepreneurs, will be welcoming calls and visits from
future members of the New Revolution (as the Chinese knowledge economy
