entered into a merger agreement with PLUS SOLUTIONS, INC. of Addison, Texas.

Plus Solutions is a privately held company focused on developing and implementing
BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS E-COMMERCE solutions to reduce transaction and
administrative costs for client companies. Plus Solutions plans to offer outsourced turnkey
services and solutions under the brand name ExpressOrder. Plus Solutions has no

Die Firma vergibt Lizenzen für ein 3D - Stereo Effekt für alle Konsumradiohersteller z.B.
Sony, Hitachi, Goldstar alle namenhafte Hersteller und auch PC-Hersteller.
Mir erscheint es eine Revolution im Akustikbereich zu sein.(Besonders bei Autoradios und DVD-Player)
Nachzulesen im Internet bei WWW.BigCharts.com und Quicken.com
Das Hoch lag 1995 bei 6 $ das Tief bei 0,08 $. Derzeit nach der Info Hitachi und Goldstar und Apple kaufen die Lizenz und daß die Fa. seit März 1999 schwarze Zahlen schreibt, liegt der Kurs bei 2$.(Jahreshoch im Januar 2,6$)
Seit Juli 1999 ist auch Fa.Samsung „im Boot" und den 3 D Stereo-Effekt kann man mit Beyond.com im Internet ausprobieren.
Ich glaube das die alten Hochs von 6 $ in Kürze zu erreichen sind es fehlt der Aktie nur der Bekanntheitsgrad sowie die Zahlen (Mitte März 2000) wo evtl. ein KGV von „1" errechnet wird.(Neuer Markt- Durchschnitts-KGV liegt bei 30 ) hier sieht man das Potential von Spatializer A.L.
Zur Erinnerung fast alle Internetfirmen erwirtschaften noch Verluste oder als Vergleich Yahoo hat ein KGV von 288 bei einem Kurs von 323 $
Bei diesem weltweit einmaligen Produkt sollte wirklich nur noch der Bekanntheitsgrad „Schuld" sein, warum die Aktie bei 2 $ steht.

Was ich aber zu Spatializer noch loswerden will. Es wäre doch auch denkbar, daß Henry auf der HV (....die spekulationen waren immer ein (BIG)Deal..)evt. eine Kapitalerhöhung bekannt gibt. Wer viel leisten will, braucht Geld.

Was meint ihr?

Das wurde doch mit der Mitteilung am 03.01.00 schon bekanntgegeben.

Heute konnten wir uns in Amerika dem allgemeinem Marktsog nicht entziehen.

1,9$ Schlußstand sind in 3 Tagen von 2,5$ eine Korrektur von 24 Prozent !

Das sollte nun reichen.
Nach einem Tief kommt ein Hoch.

Sollte bald mal wieder eine POSITIVE MELDUNG von H.Mandell kommen.(Oder er hällt es sich auf bis zur HV)
Er muß den Aktionären den Kursanstieg begründen.

Vielleicht reicht ja auch eine Empfehlung in EINE der oben genannten Zeitungen.

Leider nichts mit dem schnellen Sprung

Es sieht so aus als würden wir noch eine Zeit konsolidieren.

Ich sgae Dir mal warum ich diese Millionärssache abgefahren hatte:
Du mußt Dir einen NAMEN machen ob GUT oder SCHLECHT ist egal die Leute müssen Dich in
Erinnerung behalten (genau wie eine Aktie).
Das größte Gift für eine Aktie ist es: "vergessen" zu werden, weil Sie dann nur vor sich her
dümpelt! Wo keine Käufer sind,sind auch keine steigenden Kurse!


Also wenn ich "Negativ" bin sollten sich die Jungs den Thread einfach nicht ansehen.
Oder mich sogar als "Kontraindikator" sehen !!!

In Deutschlan liegen z.B. viele STOPS unter 2 Euro
Wenn ich nun 5 Käufe mit volgendem Limit eingebe

1,76
1,51
1,26
1,01
kann es sein das in einer Stunde der Kurs bis 1,01 durchsagt!
Danach kommen wieder Käufer und es geht in einer Stunde wieder bis auf 1,91 hoch und um
15.30 Uhr (als Krönung)USA startet im Plus und geht über den kompleten Handelstag bis auf
2,5$!
Wenn man sich den Deutschen Chart ansieht ist es auch so.
Wir haben ständig GAB`S(Lücken)

Wenn Ihr raus wollt dann mit einem Limit verkaufen!

Hi Spazy,

ich glaube das gute Stocks auch ohne ständige Erinnerung daran ihren Weg machen. Schau Dir z. B. Evotec an. Ich habe diesen Wert vor nicht mal zwei Wochen, ich glaube im Consors-Board, bei einem Kurs von um die 32 empfohlen. Sonst habe ich nicht viel dazu gelesen. Wo sind die jetzt? Es gibt genügend weitere Beispiele. Und wenn du hier im Board so einen Tamtam machst, ändert es doch nichts daran das der Kurs in den USA gemacht wird. (Dort leider immer noch abwärts)

2.Die Zahlen kamen immer vom 09. bis 13. des dritten darauffolgenden Monats
Vielleicht also kurz nach der HV
Wenn nicht dann sind noch nicht alle Zahlen der Lizenznehmer da.
