American Energy Services Inc. Forms Advisory Board to Complete $7.5 Million Debt Restructure
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 29, 2002--American Energy Services Inc. (OTCBB:AEYS - News) announced today the formation of an Advisory Board to complete the ongoing debt restructure. The Advisory Board will be led by Mr. Roy W. Hill of Oil and Gas Properties, in Fairfield, Texas. The other two members will be announced at a later date. Mr. Hill and Mr. Elliott are selecting the additional members for their strengths in the financial markets as they relate to future acquisitions and capital raises. "As core business shows signs of recovery, the new Advisory Board will concentrate on major project financing, relationship building with the major oil and gas companies and shareholder value (for AEYS)," said Mr. Hill.

"The new challenges for the global sector, as the international crises continue to flare up, present numerous opportunities, as all three major hemispheric markets strategize for more self sufficiency," said Pat Elliott.
