Chadmoore Wireless Group, Inc. (MOOR: OTCBB)
Corporate Web site: http://www.chadmoore.com
Estimated Shares Outstanding: 40.6 million
Estimated Public Float: 35.3 million
Insider Ownership: 13%
Estimated Market Capitalization: $30 million
Closing Price Friday: $0.75
MOOR (OTC:BB) - Chadmoore Wireless Group, Inc. is the second largest holder of FCC spectrum licenses in the 800 MHz and 900 MHz frequency bands for commercial mobile radio. The company owns or manages 4,800 licenses in 180 markets in 41 states covering a population base of 53 million people. MOOR has focused on the secondary and tertiary markets throughout the United States, and even though Chadmoore Wireless has licenses which are concentrated away from the big urban population centers, their network covers a very large segment of the U.S. population which needs to be served. MOOR is currently a provider of non-digital or analog voice communication services to companies with mobile work forces… speculation, however, is rampant that plans are in the works to build out the current service to digital… and to expand services to include the transfer of data/information of all types which their current licenses would permit. The buzz here is far bigger than Chadmoore`s revenue doubling each quarter in 1999 over the previous quarters in 1998… Stockprowler is hearing that MOOR has assets that the big players want… the spectrum licenses for the aforementioned reasons, not the least of which is the burgeoning Internet wireless sector which is just in its infancy… Logic dictates, and there is speculation that MOOR is a likely buyout target… if the takeover company is not the biggest holder of licenses, Nextel… then any other new carrier that wants to compete with Nextel would have to start by buying up Chadmoore Wireless` licenses. The bottom line is that Stockprowler.com readers have a ground floor opportunity to invest in a penny stock that in all likelihood will soon be worth $7 - $10 a share conservatively based on the value of the licenses alone… never mind the expanding technology and the wireless Internet need for almost non existent valuable spectrum space. Go check out another company in the same sector… Metrocall (MCLL) which this past week went from $2 to $14 a share in just two days.
MOOR (OTC:BB) closed up 25% Friday at 75 cents on 5 times normal volume. Stockprowler expects a small gap on Monday morning… possibly opening as high as 7/8. We expect that when the Stockprowler Report is released, and more informatiom about this company becomes known, this could become a runaway train… it is the opinion of Stockprowler.com that this could easily hit $3 - $4 intraweek, and our 6 month target is $7 - $15.

Schlusskurs 1.98$: 1.98/0.75 = 164 % ??? Nicht schlecht?
Sehr interessant, das Papier scheint sich sehr gut zu halten.
Holt wahrscheinlich Schwung für die nächste Verdoppelung.
Woll´n wir´s hoffen.
