CARSON CITY, NEVADA, Aug 12, 2002 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Caring Products
International, Inc. (OTCBB: CPRD) announced today that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, USDR Global Aerospace Ltd., is developing products for a broad range
of applications based upon its proprietary nano-denier G-Lam(TM) ultra light
weight anti-ballistic material. G-lam material has excellent dielectric
properties and unlike Aramid fibers such as Kevlar has very low moisture regain.
Applications include direct replacement fairings for helicopters that provide
high levels of ballistic protection with no weight penalty, anti-ballistic
radomes for airborne, military and law enforcement applications that offer radar
transmission transparency and ballistic protection, light weight XO skeletal
body armor for the future soldier initiative, portable blast containment units,
turbine engine containment systems, and anti-ballistic enhanced aircraft
thermal/acoustical insulation blankets.
"We have only scratched the surface of the possible applications for G-Lam(TM)
and its derivative products. Our engineers continue to find new and novel ways
to assemble the materials, modify the surface chemistry, and enhance the
materials` capabilities for performance-specific applications. This type of
flexibility is a testament of the advancements yet to be realized through our
application of the nano sciences to material development." said John Robinson,
chief executive officer of Caring Products International, Inc. and USDR Global
Aerospace Ltd.
USDR Global Aerospace, Ltd. developed G-Lam(TM) as an ultra lightweight
ballisitic impact resistant moldable panel material for initial use in the
Company`s Guardian(TM) Anti-Ballistic Panel Cockpit Security Door. The
Guardian(TM) Door maintains a weight of less than 50 lbs., is designed to
prevent forced entry into the cockpit, is extremely thin, protects against small
arms fire, maintains projectile capturing anti-ballistic characteristics and is
non-flammable and non-toxic when exposed to open flame. The Guardian(TM)
prevents forced cockpit entry through an electronically controlled locking
system and includes access system options of keypads, electronic exit controls,
audible alert system, biometrics keypad, CCCTV video camera and an
anti-ballistic wide-angle viewer.
The Guardian(TM) Anti-Ballistic Panel Cockpit Security Door is currently in its
final stages of FAA testing and approval, positioning itself to be one of the
first cockpit security doors to receive FAA approval. USDR Global Aerospace
recently received certification satisfying FAA Decompression (Windshield-Bird
Strike) regulations, giving USDR Global a substantial lead in obtaining STC
certification from the FAA.

Viel Erfolg uns allen !

Warum ?

serious is a good description, look at this (10K):
On May 15, 2002, the Company entered into various consulting agreements for services in exchange for 5,000,000 shares
of the Company`s common stock, which were issued under the 2001 Employee Stock Compensation Plan. However, in
August 2002, the Company and certain of the consultants mutually agreed to terminate their respective consulting
agreements and 3,187,500 shares that had been issued were returned to the Company and cancelled. Accordingly, the

and later:
On August 15, 2002, the Company issued 562,500 restricted common shares to a consultant in conjunction with the
consulting agreements described in note 8. The shares vest over a two-year period for which the Company will incur
non-cash expense of approximately $568,000 for the fair value of these shares.
so mgmt acted to stop the stock decline and changed 3,187,500 free shares into 562,500 restricted.
this gives us 22,565,881 outstanding with at least 20,562,500 restricted as of 8/17

Nichts neues. Warten auf die Zulassung. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich mal Herrn Robinson vom Vorstand gefragt was Herrn
Ian Rice betrifft, einfach mal so, weil ich will schon genau

Also it´s up to you.

nicht immer Zeit nachzufragen... good luck !

Was ist an CPRD besonders interessant ?

2002 share exchange with USDR Global Aerospace, Ltd. ("USDRGA") and the shareholders of USDRGA, pursuant to
which USDRGA became CPI`s wholly owned subsidiary and its sole operating business.

CARSON CITY, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2002--US Global Aerospace, Inc. (formerly Caring Products International, Inc. (OTCBB: USGA) ("USGA") announced its acquisition of the Nanosil(TM)treatment technology through an exclusive license agreement with Moose River Consulting, Inc. Nanosil(TM) is a proprietary super hydrophobic surface modification process that produces surfaces that are designed to repel water completely.
Nanosil(TM) actually modifies the chemical structure of the polymer surface on a nano-scale (molecular level). Atoms of silicon are incorporated into the molecular structure at key points to change the electrical nature of the polymer material. Using this method, the water repellancy can be "tuned" for optimum performance.
Super hydrophobic surfaces are highly sought-after and have numerous commercial and military applications. A super hydrophobic surface has natural anti-icing and/or anti-fogging properties that make it highly desirable for airborne and ground borne vehicle applications.
Future applications for Nanosil(TM) super hydrophobic technologies include sports goggles, glasses, automotive windshields, aircraft flight surfaces, satellite antennas, radomes and advanced materials such as nano-fibers where super-hydrophobicity can enhance fiber properties particularly in wet conditions where performance is generally degraded.
Current industry estimates value the barrier films and coatings market at $5 billion or more. USGA believes the market potential for the Nanosil(TM) process will be in excess of $50 million per year.

US Global Aerospace, Inc. --Formerly Caring Products International, Inc.-- Developing Super Radome
Wednesday October 30, 8:06 am ET
Using Proprietary G-Lam(TM) Nano-Fiber Technology and Nanosil(TM) Super-Hydrophobic Surface Modification Process
CARSON CITY, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 2002-- US Global Aerospace, Inc. (formerly Caring Products International, Inc.) (OTCBB:USGA - News; "USGA") announced today that it is developing a super radome initially focused on both the commercial and military aircraft markets.
The goal of the super radome is to join the superior durability and strength of USGA`s proprietary G-Lam(TM) derived nano-fiber technology with the super-hydrophobic surface modification properties derived from USGA`s nano-scale surface modification process ("Nanosil(TM)").
The super radome is expected to be bird and impact resistant while also providing superior radar transmissivity. Nanosil(TM) is designed to reduce or eliminate rain sheeting which can virtually blind today`s advanced weather radar systems.
USGA is developing ballistic resistant versions of the super radome for military applications. These radomes are expected to provide integral armor protection to the aircraft`s fragile nose mounted radar equipment and reduce the threat of ballistic penetration of the flight deck area. Several military transport aircraft are the immediate focus for this application.
G-Lam(TM) is USGA`s proprietary lightweight ballistic resistant product. It is produced by joining nano-fibers with other nano-scale composite yarns as determined through a combination of analysis and testing for specific threat characterizations. USGA`s proprietary computational models are used to perform the finite element analyses of projectile/fragment impact simulations.
The Company projects that G-Lam will be used in a variety of military applications including body armor and helmets, ground vehicles, helicopters, military shelters, fuel tanks, and cargo containers. USGA is currently using the material in its Guardian(TM) Anti-Ballistic Panel Cockpit Security Door enhanced security cockpit door.
Nanosil(TM) is a proprietary super hydrophobic treatment process that produces surfaces that are expected to repel water completely. To produce these useful properties, the chemical structure of the polymer surface is modified on a nanoscale level by the Nanosil(TM) process. Atoms of silicon are incorporated into the molecular structure at key points to change the electrical nature of the polymer material.
The water repellancy of the surface can be "tuned" using this method. Nanosil(TM) can be applied to surfaces in many configurations ranging from fibers to large shaped panels.

US Global Aerospace, Inc.`s Guardian(TM) Anti-Ballistic Cockpit Security Door Installed in Final STC Test Conformation on Airbus A320
Tuesday March 4, 8:01 am ET
CARSON CITY, Nev., March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- US Global Aerospace, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: USGA - News) announced today that its Guardian(TM) Anti-Ballistic Cockpit Security Door ("Guardian(TM) Door") has been installed on an Airbus A320 in Denver, Colorado as part of the final phase of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration`s Supplemental Type Certification process.
The complete installation was accomplished in under 8 hours -- less than one shift -- on an Airbus A320 owned by Ryan Air and was validated by Future Jet Aerospace Inc., an independent aviation consulting firm located in Dallas, Texas. The Guardian(TM) Door combines USGA`s kinetic energy absorbers, lightweight G-Lam(TM) anti-ballistic material and a proprietary passive vent system to provide access security and ballistic and decompression protection to the flight crew while eliminating the need for costly and time consuming airframe structural enhancements common on alternative cockpit security solutions.
"Other doors on the market take over 200 labor hours and more than four days to install. Taking an aircraft out of service for such an extended period could potentially cost an aircraft operator millions of dollars in lost revenue. Our Guardian(TM) Door is not only secure and robust; we believe it also presents the most expedient and cost-effective cockpit fortification solution available," said John Robinson, CEO of USGA. "The light weight of our door, less than 50 pounds compared to 85 to 120 pounds for others, results in additional fuel savings over the long-term. In addition, the Guardian(TM) Door design has only 14 parts, which equates to lower potential component failure rates than competitive designs, which have in excess of 80 different parts."
The FAA grants a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) when an applicant has received FAA approval to modify an aircraft from its original design. USGA`s Guardian(TM) Door was developed specifically to comply with FAA regulations promulgated after September 11, 2002 requiring that all U.S.-registered commercial transport airlines and all foreign air carriers operating within the United States install a reinforced cockpit door to prevent unauthorized access to the cockpit. International counterparts to the FAA are also requiring the installation of secure cockpit doors in the worlds` fleets by November 2003.
USGA has also made significant progress in developing commercial construction wall panels that integrate the anti-ballistic qualities of USGA`s proprietary G-Lam(TM) material with blast mitigation and fire suppression technologies. These lightweight panels are designed to be compatible with current construction techniques and easily retrofitted to existing facilities. USGA is currently exploring a wide variety of domestic security and military defense applications for its products. USGA is seeking to address the broad range of product requirements identified in the recently published U.S. Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria document establishing Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. USGA expects to continue to expand upon the infinite number of applications that will benefit from its unique material sciences portfolio.
USGA also announced that the Company`s Board of Directors has declared a 3-for-1 forward stock split, which will be distributed on March 5, 2003 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 24, 2003. The stock split is expected to increase the total number of shares available for trading. On March 6, 2003, USGA`s stock is scheduled to begin trading at the adjusted price.
US Global Aerospace, Inc. is a leading development stage material sciences company developing anti-ballistic materials and products for security, airborne and defense applications based upon USGA`s proprietary nanotechnology and photo chemistry expertise. USGA is working with manufacturers to integrate the company`s proprietary G-Lam(TM) anti-ballistic material into new designs for building materials, shaped body armor, vehicle and aircraft protective panels, shelters, fuel tanks, cargo containers, munitions cases and mailboxes world wide. More information is available at http://www.usglobalaero.com.
