      BroadVision, Inc. Announces 3-for-1 Common Stock Split

      REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb 9, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- BroadVision, Inc.
      (Nasdaq: BVSN), a leading worldwide supplier of personalized e-business
      applications, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 3-for-1
      split of its common shares, in the form of a stock dividend. The record date of
      this stock split is February 21, 2000. The stock split will increase the number
      of shares of common stock outstanding from approximately 82 million shares as of
      February 8, 2000 to approximately 246 million shares.

      The shares resulting from the split are expected to be distributed the transfer
      agent on or about March 13, 2000.

      na und warum steht sie dann in keiner headline?

      nicht alle leute können ständig online sein und vielleicht geht es ja noch dem/der einen oder anderen so, dass er/sie auch mal gerne auf solche neuigkeiten aufmerksam gemacht werden und nicht in älteren threads rumgraben müssen.
