Belenos Selects USinternetworking to Deliver eNiku Professional Services Solution
Network Consulting Services Firm Cites USi`s End-to-End Capabilities, Scalability and SLA-Backed Availability as Key Benefits

(NASDAQ: USIX), the leading Application Service Provider (ASP), and Belenos, an emerging leader of fixed price consulting services to the service provider industry, today announced that Belenos has signed a three-year contract for USi`s Professional Services Automation iMAPSM Solution powered by Niku. USi`s full service solution will enable Belenos to benefit from eNiku for a flat monthly fee without having to build the technological infrastructure or hire additional IT staff to manage the solution.

As a fast-growing company, Belenos identified USi`s end-to-end solution, scalability and guaranteed availability as key to its decision to contract with the ASP. USinternetworking and AT&T Announce Strategic Alliance to Deliver ASP Services

Market Leaders Can Now Leverage Strengths to Offer Customers Best-of-Breed Solutions and Connectivity
ANNAPOLIS, Md. and NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 18, 2000-- USinternetworking, Inc. (USi, Nasdaq: USIX), a leading Application Service Provider (ASP), and AT&T (NYSE: T - news) today announced a strategic alliance to jointly market and deliver ASP services to ``dotcoms,`` mid-market and high-growth companies.

Through the agreement, USi has been named the first ``Platinum Member`` of AT&T`s recently announced Ecosystem for ASPs. Through the alliance, AT&T sales channels will refer to USi those customers seeking to leverage USi`s applications and services, expanding the sales channel for all USi`s iMAP offerings.

Also, USi has named AT&T its ``Preferred Data Network Services Provider,`` whereby AT&T becomes the recommended network provider to USi clients for Frame, ATM and IP connectivity requirements.
