Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. Signs Research and Development Agreement with the University of California
TUSTIN, Calif., Aug. 22, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. (OTCBB:PFCE - news) is pleased to announce today that it has signed an agreement with the University of California to do research and build a fuel cell prototype based upon PFCE`s proprietary carbon nano-technology.
A major purpose of the project is to sharply reduce the amount of platinum needed for the fuel cell`s operation.
Matching funds will be provided by the State of California.
George Suzuki, PFCE President, stated: ``This research is planned as the first step in an aggressive plan to position PFCE in the forefront of a tidal wave that will carry fuel cells to prominence as the major, non-polluting, energy source.``
Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. is an emerging Fuel Cell technology company aggressively developing low cost fuel cells for production, using proprietary technology to severely reduce or eliminate the need for platinum as a catalyst. PFCE is actively pursuing the acquisition of related intellectual property to further establish its position in the Fuel Cell Industry. The company is executing its plan to carve out a major position in this exciting and lucrative industry.

Ein anderer spekulativer Wert ist Rhombic (NUKE):
Last Sale $ 0.023
52 Week High / Low $ 0.16 $ 0.016
TSO 28,697,000
Market Cap $ 660,031
Aus dem Filing vom 14.8.2002:
The Company is currently in discussions with potential acquisition candidates that are revenue producing that would bring value to the shareholders.
Kleiner Vorteil: Auch in Deutschland (z.B. in Frankfurt) handelbar! WKN 919335

Know How" an Unis abzugeben.

@Morchel,

Internes Know-How ... ? Eine noch zu prüfende/erteilende Patentanmeldung ... ?
Also ca. 1,167 Mio. pro Kopf ;-).

This is a very long shot at best....
A dream. There is no fuel cell yet... the license was impaired.
"Note 3. Impairment of License
The Company signed a licensing agreement on August 28, 2001 with Fullerene USA, Inc. (Fullerene) for an exclusive worldwide license (excluding Japan) to make, use, and sell fuel cells solely for use in transportation applications. The licensing agreement expires upon the expiration of the underlying patent application, which is 17 years upon the approval of the patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which is pending. In exchange, the Company issued 30,100,000 shares of common stock to Fullerene. The asset was recorded at the fair market value of the shares of $451,500.
During the quarter ended June 30, 2002 management determined that the asset was impaired and, accordingly, has recorded a loss on impairment of $451,000. The
Company based their decision on the uncertainty of being able to raise sufficient capital in a timely manner to develop the fuel cell technology.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They issued 30,100,000 shares for a license that now is flawed. And have recorded a LOSS of $451,000.00!!! Thus, they have nothing right now... only expenses and R & D....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"...Our licensed fuel cell technology gives us exclusive worldwide rights (except Japan) for all
transportation uses. Our intention is to build a prototype which, if it meets expectations, will be placed in production. This will require additional
capital...."
They got some sort of license but if its the last one... it is flawed and they took a loss on it... and they intend to build a proto type... which means they DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING right now at present....
So in essence, you are buying a dream. Because they do not have a product yet to sell... nor a working model. They cannot build one without funding.
Good luck....

10Q, liest denn hier keiner SEC-Filings ?
"...upon the approval of the patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which is pending. In exchange, the Company issued 30,100,000 shares of common stock to Fullerene. The asset was recorded at the fair market value of the shares of $451,500.

In der neuen PR steht ja auch "PFCE is actively pursuing the acquisition of related intellectual property to further establish its position in the Fuel Cell Industry."
Ergo: >>> Pump&Dump Stock

Letztens Wort, ehrlich

Nächste Frage: Wer/wo/was ist Fullerene USA Inc. ;-)

Techseeker,

(wieder was dazugelernt)

"two in one" sozusagen, "Wash and go".
