Das kann im Xetra ohne Umsatz eigentlich nicht passieren. Auf dem
Parkett legt wohl der Makler den Kurs fest, aber wonach es dabei geht,
habe ich auch noch nicht herausgefunden.
Manchmal letztes Bid, manchmal Ask, manchmal irgendwas. Da müßte es
doch auch Regeln geben!? Kennt die jemand?

meine Fragen, warum so wenig public relation betrieben wird.
Eines vorab:
Ich habe Ihm auf diese Antwort (die eigentlich meine
Fragen nicht richtig beantwortet..) eine nicht ganz
freundliche Antwort geschickt und werde auch diese
(wenn ich eine erhalte) veröffentlichen..

Dear Mr.xx ,

Thanks for taking the time to write to us.

We are also concerned about share price performance. We do believe that our
primary focus should be to succeed with the operations of the company but in
parallel our responsibility is to manage the information and the
relationship with the capital market for the benefit of our shareholders.

Unfortunately, these days are quite difficult in the capital market and
Visionix is also affected. Although we continuously try to raise the
attention of financial institutions, get independent coverage and reviewed
by newspapers and magazines (we employ an Investor Relation advisor in
Frankfurt), it seems like the negative atmosphere in general, and towards
the Neuer Markt in specific, creates low level of interest.

In the last quarters, Visionix is showing a steady growth trend (increase
sales, lower expenses). We have already introduced one new product at the
beginning of the year and another one is coming up in the forth quarter. We
believe that as we will show improvement in our business we will get the
appropriate attention and recognition that would also be reflected in higher
share price and tradability.
