At present, Yuxing is wording jointly with Microsoft and other companies on aspects such as technology, marketing and products in relation to the Venus Project. Negotiation is under way between Microsoft and Yuxing on the terms and conditions of the cooperation arrangements in relation to the Group¡¯s participation in the Venus Project.

The strength of Yuxing is in its ability to develop various kinds of application software based on the Windows CE platform and other information appliances platforms, including software for education, games, household management and Internet. The strategic alliance with Microsoft will be beneficial in its development of more varieties of software including Windows CE based applications and products with enhanced computing power and enhanced audio-visual functions.

Yuxing not only puts emphasis on developing its own products but also on establishing technology partnership with leading IT hardware and software providers:

Established long-term technology partnership with Surplus Technology of Taiwan;
Signed a Letter of Intent with C-Cube Microsystems of U.S.A. in October 1999 to jointly develop broad band set-top box and VOC and DVD hardware solution to Chinese market;
Established alliance with 9 domestic software developers to develop VCD software including Hanlin Hui, Zhijia Multimedia and Founder Electronic Publishing. Many multimedia software development houses began to convert their own personal computer software compatible to Yuxing¡¯s computer VCD.
The first computer VCD and the first information appliance multimedia software development platform;
The first domestic video game manufacturer to be granted patent;
The first supplier to transplant PC101 keyboard to educational computer;
The first to produce compatible PC word processing on education computer;
The first to develop mouse for the use of educational computer;
The first to enable educational computer to have web browsing capacity.

viele Leute wünschen immer eine Top-Übersetzung auf in die deutsche Sprache. Überlege doch mal bitte wie lange es dauert, bis man so einen Text (in ein einigermaßen gutes Deutsch) übersetzt!? Das beste ist, wenn ihr euer Schulenglisch so gut wie es nur geht einsetzt, und die Wörter die ihr nicht kennt im Wörterbuch nachschlagt.
