      Beitrag Nr. 1 ()

Man will wachsen, speziell in Asien.

Quartal 2000 an die NASDAQ wechseln will.

      3. Charttechnik

      4. Zahlen und "Kursziele"

      Herausgegebene Aktien: 18.263.000 Aktien
      Marktkapitalisierung aktueller Kurs (4,68 US$): 85.500.000 US$

      Stockreporter (www.stockreporter.de) schätzt folgende Zahlen:

      2000: Umsatz 21 Millionen US$, Gewinn 60000 US$
      2001: Umsatz 67 Millionen US%, Gewinn 7.2 Millionen US$, 0,39 US$ pro Aktie
      2002: Umsatz 137 Millionen US$, Gewinn 18 Millionen US$, 0,99 US$ pro Aktie

      Kursziele von Stockreporter:
      2000: 18 US$ pro Aktie
      2001: 44 US$ pro Aktie

Review of the Satellite Telecom Communications Sector of 1999 and the Outlook for the New Millennium 2000 and beyond.

As we rapidly approach the end of the year we felt it was an opportune time to reflect on 1999 and offer a brief outlook for 2000 for the satellite telecommunications sector as preface to much more detailed piece to be published in the first quarter. Clearly the stars of 1999 were the stocks in Satellite Communications sector. The (Satellite Communications) companies provide hundreds of digital video/audio signals directly to TV households via 18-inch satellite dishes. Shares in these companies rose approximately 340% in 1999 (equal weighted share price performance.) From an operational/share price performance perspective and a willingness by investors to incur higher risk (given the current record market index levels) drove investors into satellite telecommunication sector. Other beneficiaries of the favorable trend toward satellite telecom.

Satellite Telecommuncations Share Price Performance (Ranked by 1999 % change)
Top-Three Investment Themes for the Sector in 1999/2000:
      1) Satellite Telecom Sector Generates Tremendous Subscriber Momentum in 1999 that should
      continue into 2000.
In the satellite sector U.S. subscriber results have been outstanding, and the industry should finish 1999 with 11.5M subscribers to its service. Next year’s subscriber results should be even stronger as industry consolidation has resulted in two markedly stronger players, that can offer 300+ channels including local channels into local markets for the first time (due to recently passed congressional legislation.)

I forecast that 2000 will be the peak year in regards to net new subscriber additions for the Satellite Telecom Industry adding 3.5 million subscribers in 2000, an approximate 30% gain over 1999’s result. The key focus for these stocks during the year will continue to be on subscriber results, which are released on a monthly basis, although toward the end of the year we believe that the market will increasingly focus on interactive and Internet applications. Ultimately, we forecast that by 2004, Satellite Telecom will have a 23% share of U.S. TV households, implying 25M subscribers.

      2) Satellite Telecom, implementation!

Execution was a big theme in 1999 and continues into 2000 as satellite operators attempt to turn their constellations into sustainable business models. Those companies that execute on their business plans and offer the marketplace a product that is comparable or better than existing terrestrial alternatives have and should continue to be rewarded by the market. Communication/Internet sector is the best example of a successful satellite service. This success is evidenced by an approximate 2000% rise in the Satellite Telecom companies share prices since the end of 1997.

      3) Internet and data via satellite gain increasing visibility.

In 1999, Internet/data via satellite began to move into the forefront of the industry as such savvy satellite operators have invested large sums of capital into the satellite industry. A next generation Internet via satellite constellation to have access to high bandwidth alternatives in the next five years. In the view of Internet and data applications will eventually be the driver for the entire sector.
