1. BUSINESS ACQUISITION

The Company has entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% interest
in Global Doctor Ltd, trading as Global Medical Communications
("GMC"). GMC intends to participate in the medical industry through
the provision of Internet communication services to link medical
services users with providers. GMC will facilitate this through its
own specifically designed, Java based software and third party
state-of-the-art video conferencing systems that will permit the
confidential transfer of a range of medical information via the
Internet.

GMC will provide western world standard consultations to business and
tourist travellers, expatriates and other markets in developing
countries. The software technology developed by GMC, which is not yet
fully operational, is designed to permit the real time transfer of
detailed medical data across the Internet at a relatively low cost.
GMC plans to commence an initial trial of its products and services
within the next two months, to be followed by the establishment of
service centres in key target markets. Initially, GMC`s services will
include general consultations and cardiology, pathology and
pharmaceutical advice and will be directed through a centralised
control centre in Perth.

The principal vendor of GMC is Kevin Scott, the designer of GMC`s
Java based software. Mr Scott has a Masters degree in Computer
Science from the University of Illinois, USA. He has had a
distinguished career of 15 years managing IT projects across the
software cycle and has received national recognition in the USA as an
expert in data communications over the Internet. Based in the USA,
Mr Scott is a published Java programmer and has received numerous
awards for his work including NASA`s Software of the Year Award,
presented for Internet data distribution software used in the Space
Shuttle.

Gavin Argyle has recently been appointed CEO of GMC and is
responsible for the commercialisation of GMC`s business. Mr Argyle,
who is based in Perth, has 9 years experience in investment banking
and stockbroking in Australia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of Western Australia and an MBA from the Wharton Business
School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Although it is currently in the business development phase, Terrex
believes GMC has in place the key elements of software technology,
management expertise and a strategic plan focused on an
under serviced market to successfully commercialise its business.

* Global Doctor Limited`s web site is under construction and is due
to be completed by the end of February.

* Facilities have been completed in Perth and in the city of Chengdu,
the capital of Sichuan, China, with further clinics being planned
for development in the short term within China and Asia.

* Several successful technical trials have been completed of its
video conferencing and telemedicine equipment from its first clinic
in Chengdu.

MINERAL EXPLORATION

* Formal agreement to farm-out the Company`s mineral interests in
Thailand in exchange for a carried interest through to a decision to
mine.

* Discussions are well advanced to exchange the Company`s 100%
interest in the Southdown magnetite deposit in exchange for a
royalty interest.

OPTIONS ISSUE

* Completion of an underwritten pro-rata non renounceable rights
issue of options which raised a total of $950,449.

ACQUISITION OF INTEREST IN GLOBAL DOCTOR LTD

In August 1999 the company announced the acquisition of a 60%
interest in the capital of Global Doctor Limited ("GDL"), a company
which intends to participate in the medical industry through the
provision of internet communication services to link medical services
users with providers. The principal terms of the acquisition require
the company to issue 26.25 million fully paid ordinary shares
("Vendor Shares") and to fund the first $450,000 of expenditure to
develop the business.
Additional terms include:-

(i) A two year option to acquire an additional 20% of the issued
capital of GDL. The consideration for this additional interest shall
be based on an independent valuation of GDL at the time the option is
exercised.

(ii) A first right of refusal over the remaining 20% of GDL shares.

(iii) The Vendor Shares will be subject to a voluntary
escrow period of 12 months.

(iv) If the software acquired by the Company pursuant to the
agreement is not operating satisfactorily within 6 months, then one
third of the Vendor Shares will be cancelled. In addition, if trials
at two overseas sites are not satisfactorily completed within 12
months, then one third of the Vendor Shares will be cancelled (a
total of two thirds of the Vendor Shares therefore being
cancellable).

During the quarter senior executives of the Global Doctor team have
visited a number of Asian capital cities and tourist destinations to
assess the market potential for the Global Doctor medical service. In
addition, licences have been negotiated and the clinic fitout
completed for the company`s Chengdu clinic. This was followed by
successful technical trials of its video conferencing and
telemedicine equipment from its first clinic in Chengdu, the capital
of Sichuan, China. GDL has recently appointed Dr Mike Galvin as a
director of the company who has been appointed Chief Medical Officer
of GDL. Senior medical staff have been engaged for its Perth base
which will enable delivery of a western general practice service with
Australian based doctors. GDL has made progress in seeking the
necessary approvals from the Chinese government for the Chengdu
clinic. GDL proposes to set up further clinics in Asia and GDL is in
the process of seeking the necessary government approvals, staff and
offices.

TERREX PROJECTS - ASIA
Putao, Kawttabun and Mt Loimye Prospecting Licences, Myanmar
(Terrex Resources Limited 51%)

Fieldwork recommenced late in the quarter following the end of the
heavy rains which affects all of the licence areas. Limited further
stream sediment sampling will be undertaken in areas showing
geological interest.

Samples from the last field season are in Yangon awaiting dispatch to
Perth. An application for an export permit has been applied for.

Compilation of all field data and mapping has been completed and once
assay results are available an appropriate detailed follow up
programme will be developed.

THAILAND

One granted SPL and three SPL applications in Central Thailand.
Terrex his a carried 5 - 10% indirect interest

No Fieldwork was undertaken during the current quarter pending the
end of the wet season. An agreement was reached on 31 December 1999
with a Thai company to farm-out the company`s mineral interests in
Thailand. In exchange, the Thai company will continue to carry on
active exploration work on the tenements at no cost to Terrex and,
should such exploration work locate a mineral resource, the Company
may elect to participate in the development of the resource with a
contributing interest of between 5% and 10%.

Your Directors consider this agreement will give the company
excellent exposure to extensions to the Chatree deposit which is
contiguous to some of Terrex`s SPL applications. Kingsgate has
recently published a final, very positive, feasibility study on the
Chatree gold deposit and has secured development finance for
construction of the mine.

TERREX PROJECTS - AUSTRALIA
SOUTHDOWN MAGNETITE - WA M70/718, M70/719, M70/433, R70/21
(Terrex Resources Limited 100%)

Discussions are well advanced to exchange the Company`s 100% interest
in the Southdown magnetite deposit for a royalty interest.

KAISER PROJECT - N.S.W.

Terrex has transferred its registered interest in two PL`s in this
project to its operating joint venture partners Ajax and Compass.
Terrex holds no direct interest in the two PL`s, and continues to
retain its entitlement to a $100,000 payment in the event of future
production.

INVESTMENTS - OMAX RESOURCES LTD, listed in Vancouver

Terrex owns 2.5 million Omax shares comprising 13.1% of the capital,
with a present market value of approximately $360,000.

Omax is presently drilling several hydrocarbon wells at projects
located in Ontario and Southern Alberta, Canada. Omax has between 10%
and 100% interest in the projects. Several gas and condensate
discoveries have been made and recent gas flows, following fracturing
and completion work, have been encouraging. Testing is continuing and
additional wells are planned under the current programs. Omax
presently has approximately C$2 million working capital and no debt.

CORPORATE

Changes to Board of Directors

On 5 October 1999 the Company announced the appointment of Mr Klaus
Eckhof to the Board. Mr Eckhof replaced Mr David Benham who retired
from the Company`s Board of Directors.

Options Issue

In December 1999 the company granted 200,089,786 options pursuant to
an underwritten pro-rata non renounceable rights issue. The options,
which were issued at a price of half a cent each, may be exercised at
any time on or before 31 December 2002 by payment of 20 cents each.
The issue raised $950,449 which will be used to assist with
development of the Company`s medical communications business and
existing mineral properties and for working capital. The issue was
underwritten for a fee comprising $5,000 in cash and the issue of 10
million options.

Share Issues

The company issued 26.25 million ordinary fully paid shares to the
vendor of Global Doctor Limited pursuant to the terms of the share
purchase agreement under which the company acquired its 60% interest.

1.5 million ordinary fully paid shares were issued to the vendors of
the company`s interest in the Myanmar mineral properties. These
shares were issued pursuant to the terms of the Heads of Agreement
dated 27th October 1998 following completion of certain conditions
precedent.

Change of Company Status

During the quarter the Company changed its status from a "no
liability" company to a "company limited by shares" and is now known
by its new name of Terrex Resources Limited.

APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROPOSED PLACEMENT

The Board of Terrex Resources Limited ("Terrex") is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr Hans Reudi Moser as a director of the
Company.

Mr Moser is a resident of Switzerland with over 20 years` experience
in the Swiss banking and finance industry. He is currently a
principal of a large European portfolio manager and is a director of
Access1 Limited, AdultShop.com Limited, Grange Resources Limited,
Pulsat Communications Limited, Shield Equities Limited, Spinifex Gold
NL and Union Capital Limited. Mr Moser has historically been an
active investor in Australian gold exploration companies, and in more
recent times an active investor in technology based companies.

Subject to shareholder approval, the Company will issue 15,000,000
fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 12 cents per share
and 15,000,000 free attaching options to clients of European fund
managers. The options will be exercisable at 20 cents on or before 31
December 2002 and will have the same terms and conditions as the
existing options expiring on that date.

The issue will raise $1,800,000 and the Company will not accept
oversubscriptions.

Funds raised by the proposed share issue will be used as follows:

(i) to fund ongoing development of the Company`s medical
communications business, Global Doctor Limited ("GDL").

Terrex recently completed its obligations to expend the first
$450,000 to develop the GDL business pursuant to the acquisition
agreement and has increased its interest in GDT to 60%.

To date, GDL has appointed key medical, technical and administrative
staff to faciliate development of the business, successfully
conducted technical trials of its video conferencing and telemedicine
equipment from its first clinic in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan,
China, and established formal procedures and medical protocols to
ensure the highest standard of patient confidentiality and medical
diagnosis are carried out.

GDL will expend further funds on:

* commissioning the commencement of operations at the Chengdu clinic,
which is scheduled for March 2000;

* researching and developing further clinics in Asia. A number of
potential sites have been identified and GDL is in the process of
seeking the necessary government approvals, staff and offices; and

* continuing to refine its medical systems and procedures.

(ii) to fund exploration of the Company`s existing mineral properties

Terrex`s main exploration focus is on the Putao, Kawttabun and Mt
Loimye Prospecting Licences in Myanmar, in which Terrex is earning
51%. Terrex has completed an initial stream sediment and rock chip
sampling programme and is awaiting granting of an export permit to
dispatch the samples to Perth for analysis.

Terrex plans to establish a detailed grid over anomalous areas and
conduct a soil sampling programme, and if warranted follow up
identified targets with a RAB drilling programme.

Terrex is also negotiating the farm-out of its interest in the
Southdown magnetite deposit.

(iii) to fund new business opportunities and to provide working
capital

Terrex continues consider new opportunities in both the resources and
technology sectors.

sites dieser art) , ähnlich onvista im finanzbereich
2. txr/gdl installiert mal so nebenbei videokonferenzsysteme in chinesischen kliniken um
dann in konkurrenz zu netdoktor.com zu treten und chinesischen bauern informationen über die errungschaften der westlichen medizin näherzubringen, die das dann auch noch finanzkräftig wie es die chinesen sind bezahlen, irgendetwas stört mich an diesem gedankengang

So wie ich die Info verstehe, kauft sich Terrex in eine australische Rechtsfirma mit einem weitverzweigten Netz in ganz Australien ein.

Je nach Lage der Ambitionen, sicherlich eine hoch interessante Geschichte. Rechtsberatung unter Auflage von einem hohen Grad an Sicherheit via Net mit einem namentlich etablierten Unternehmen in Australien könnte eine weitere gute Zukunftspositionierung von Terrex sein.

So das konzept steht, ich rechne aber trotzdem mit einer baldigen Kursaussetzung, "offiziell" muss dass Konzept ja der ASX gegenüber noch bekannt gegeben werden... Ich denke das ganze nimmt immer mehr Gestalt an, die börse könnte bald ein wenig reagieren

ich glaube nicht das es zu einer längeren aussetzung a` la abador kommt. wenn ich die vergangenen wochen betrachte, denke ich das man wohl so ähnlich wie bei Union Capital(identikey,radiocity,namenswechsel) verfahren wird.
eine kurzfristige aussetzung halte ich für denkbar da das neue konzept noch nicht offiziell ist
und in den australischen boards scheint niemand etwas von dieser demosite zu wissen.

Es scheint, dass unsere Pusher derzeit alle schlafen, oder wie kann es ansonsten zu so einem Kurssturz kommen????
Mir tuen nur die armen Anleger leid, die wieder einmal blind um die 0,15 Euro gekauft haben.
Ich werde einmal versuchen bei 0,05 bis 0,06 Euro noch ein paar Stück einzusammeln im Vertrauen auf die Pusher von Terrex.
Was ist eigentlich mit babbage und SRG los?? die sind sicher schon ausgestiegen, schlau!!
Die Homepage ist wirklich vielversprechend, starke Leistung!!! (für einen Bäcker)
Es scheint mir, dass sich bei Terrex in den letzten 6 Jahren noch nichts geändert hat, immer nur viel pla pla und nichts dahinter.

Mein Tipp, kauft Euch ein paar Grange Aktien und legt Euch schlafen.
