Habe mich bis jetzt aus allen Diskussionen rausgehalten, aber viele sind dem nicht bewußt, welch Maskerade hinter FECC steckt. Hier ein bericht von Anxious Bear aus den USA:

I think I finally got aboard, early, on a hot stock that`s going where Yahoo blazed the trail!
I won`t have to chase it, trade it, worry about it! The more I think about FECC the more I think we will all be millionaires in 12 months or so.
People will say "you bought FECC for WHAT!? When did you get in?" and I`ll tell them, "oh, about _ _ months ago BEFORE the Nasdaq listing when it was still on the OTC BB!!
You all may think I am crazy, but I see this stock with the potential to behave like CommerceOne, which (split adjusted) went from $8 in August99 to $325 in December99, a 4100% gain in 4 months.
With upcoming news regarding more Memorandums of Understanding (MOU`s) with banks (as in Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Japan, Germany etc), Partnerships with companies (like Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, FedEx) and Private Placements with big new nvestors (But a name, say`s FECC IR folks "that we will recognize and jump for joy when we hear it") well, is the picture taking shape now?
So far, as others here have pointed out, we have new support with a new high average volume at that support in the $13-14 range at 200,000 shares or so. Technically speaking, this means that we have a smooth and even trading market in a range between 13 1/2 and 15 1/2, at higher than previous volumes at previous support levels. This means that FECC is definitly building a base of trading here.
The fact that the price doesn`t go lower on high volume confirms that longs are comfortable with their shares at the price they bought in at.
Looking at the chart (http://www.clearstation.com) in a larger sense, you can see a broad saucer formed by the highs of $12 at April`99 and $12 (6 days ago) in February.
Bullish interpretation has our current action forming either a handle (completing a cup and handle, with the lows of the handle filling in the fap just below 12), or a point, (aka flag, pennant, triangle) at the previous unfilled gap 5 days ago just below $12.
A point, symmetrical flag, pennant or triangle is formed by consecutive and increasingly tighter "inside" days, which are consecutive days of lower highs and higher lows, thus forming the triangle. at that point of the triagle, usually a week or more, sometimes longer, the stock breaks out.
Now FECC usually forms the cup and handle, so the former is what I would expect. But a point would be nice too! I see the potential of a tight point forming right now.
For a good example of a point, look at WRLS (Tellular) between December and January, 2000. If you draw a line along the highs, and a line along the lows, they form a triangle. And look what happened next---A 300% gain 1 month (9-27).
Now, the bearish interpretation, which I don`t think will happen here at all, would be similar to what happened to FECC after the consecutive flagpoles (also known as expansion days) in early April`99.
The stock pulled back from then until October`99 ($12 - 8, a consolidation of 23%). This occured, probably, due to the larger action of the tech market, which overall dipped into the summer/fall of `99 and then took off like a shot after October 26th. The tech take-off gave a boost to our FECC and helped form the other side of the saucer or cup formation.
If the tech market goes into a slump, similiar to the Summer/fall of 99, this could happen to FECC: that is, a 23% retracement from the average highs (resistance) of around 15 1/2 (here I am throwing out the intraday high of 19 because it`s not statistically significant) giving us about 12 as the new problable bottom, before heading up, (tech market permitting).
But to finish on my headline theme, remember Yahoo advanced and retraced many many times, in significantly large enough swings (in fact, it really set the standard for the term "roller coaster ride") to shake out all but the most faithful longs along the way. I dare say that there are probably no original holders of Yahoo left from just 3 3/4 years ago (IPO April 1996).
Let us be so lucky with FECC, and hang on for the entire roller coaster ride. It promises to end with a huge reward. Remember, only sell if you NEED the money or if the story has changed!
When in this early, the shares are always going to be worth more than what you paid for them.
Good luck to all FECC longs. I am looking forward to a volatile week ahead in the markets. This could test your stomachs, as I said, because we still have a gap there to fill at around 11 3/4 - 12. If we DO dip to fill, then lets hope it`s momentary, and smart longs see this as a buying opportunity. Remember, many gaps go unfilled, too.

Sind schon länger der Meinung, daß mehr drin steckt, aber Firstecom scheint nicht auf die schnelle nach oben zu wollen sondern bauen den Aufstieg langsam auf, um nicht auf halbem Wege den Einbruch zu erleben. Es sieht schon professionel aus, was die Firma derzeit bietet. Weiter so!!
Der Einstieg wird sich für mich hoffentlich auch noch lohnen, auch wenn ich so spät mich über die Fa. kundig gemacht habe, sie müssen nur das Listing durchbekommen an der Nasdaq bis März, vielleicht auch schon früher, dann werden alle ein Auge aufmachen und sich wundern, diese Goldgrube nicht schon vorher erkannt zu haben.
Das Listing an der Nasdaq ist alleine nicht entscheident, sondern auch die Grundlage und das Vertrauen der Aktienbesitzer und das bestärkt FECC eindrucksvoll mit dieser aktuellen Nachricht von heute:

Das sieht gut aus, besonders für die Zukunft gesehen. Wenn Firtsecom schon jetzt einer der Besten in seinen Sektor gehört, wird es nicht mehr allzulange Dauer, bis sie den westlichen Raum überrollen. Und natürlich den Europäischen. So langsam gehört FECC nicht mehr in den Freiverkehr, wie man so sagt, sondern zu den Besten der Liga, wie Du schon sagtest. Das Nasdaq-Listing müßte auch bald geschafft sein.

Der 2. März wird ein wichtiger Tag für FECC werden. Wenn einige der Nominierungen gewonnen werden, könnte schon ein Vergleich mit Yahoo gewagt werden. Investoren und neue Verträge würden dadurch herauskommen. Eine Basis wurde geschaffen und die Gefahr bei dem Einstieg in einen OTC-Wert ist schon gar nicht mehr vorhanden.
Sollte das Listing an der Nasdaq bald geschehen, werden wir auch einen tieferen Einblick, hinsichtlich der finanziellen Situation, bekommen.
Für mich ist Firstecom ein Spitzenwert und auf die Zukunft gesehen ein echter Gewinn für jeden Anleger.

OTC-Werte sind eh nicht gern gesehene Werte, daher liegt es FECC sicherlich nahe, besonders schnell an die Nasdaq gelistet zu werden. Somit erlangt die Fa. ein erheblich größeres Ansehen, auch für Investoren.
Hier ein paar aktuelle Zahlen. Obwohl wenig Verkehr war stieg der Wert an.

Firtsecom überrascht mich immer wieder aufs Neue. Mach weiter so.................!
Neueinsteigern ist es nur zu empfehlen es auch bald zu tun. Ich habe meine Hausaufgaben schon gemacht. Also nicht wie ran und schnell ein paar Aktien sichern.
Mit dieser Nachricht werden sie auf jedenfall die 20 morgen überspringen und einen neuen Rekord verzeichnen. FECC ist einfach eine Goldgrube.

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 2000--First Ecom.com (NASD OTC BB: FECC), a global leader in Internet payment processing services, and the Bank of Bermuda, today announced the formation of First Ecommerce Data Services Limited (FEDS), a new joint venture company that will provide a comprehensive suite of global credit card payment processing services to banks and their merchants -- both online and brick and mortar.
Subject to the finalization of relevant regulatory approvals, First Ecom.com and Bank of Bermuda have created FEDS to provide banks and their merchants the FEDS Processing Solution, which includes online and batch transaction processing for Visa, MasterCard, credit and debit cards. The FEDS Processing Solution includes authorization, electronic data transmission for settlement, and full transaction reporting.
FEDS will grant banks the authority to give their merchants access to the FEDS Processing Solution, which provides a wide range of new services for researching, retrieving and archiving the data associated with the transactions processed on behalf of the banks and their merchants.
The Bank of Bermuda will provide the card processing systems, staff, data processing center and other supporting features, including formal authorization and licenses with regard to the processing of credit card transactions by holders of VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

was für Leute decken sich so extrem mit Fecc ein ??? Was meint Ihr sind da noch viele Zocker am Werk ??
Viele sahen den Wert schon als Versenkung an. Doch seit sie das E losgeworden sind, weisen sie ein gutes Konzep auf. Ihre Kooperationen sind auf Dauer echte Investitionen und zudem bieten sie sich zugleich weiteren Investoren an.
Ich denke das viele, die Aktie bei einem zwischenzeitlichem Hoch abgegeben haben und sich jetzt ärgern, es getan zu haben. Der Wert hat Zukunft und stellt auch kein Zockerwert mehr da.

Elskea geh jetzt mit 50 % deiner Investmentsumme rein und beobachte denn Kursverlauf bei der Preformance ist ne Konsolidierung immer möglich aber eventuell nur kurz.
Auf 1 Jahres Sicht kann man jetzt immer noch gut rein, da FECC ja noch ein OTC Wert ist wollen oder dürfen viele Investoren jetzt noch gar nicht rein.

Support? Resistance? In a Mania these are hard to predict. I`ll answer as usual, by giving the Bullish and Bearish scenarios.
Bullish? No Resistance. Support somewhere into the future I`m simply guessing around 40.
Bearish? Resistance right here at 30. Support, hold on now, support is where we have a sizable gap back at 20, just yesterday!
But the Dow and Nasdaq are tanking while we make all-time highs. FECC is simply disconnected from the indices and it has a life of it`s own.
We are the most undervalued high-potential growth stock in the entire markeplace. So upside resistance is minimal.
If FECC does what it has been doing especially on weak days such as today, we will continue our astronomic rally for an unprecedented 5 day streak or more.
Cautious investors may take some money off the table today to reduce their worries, if any, over the long President`s Day weekend (here in the USA, Monday is a national Holday and the market is closed) but I am remaining long, because I know how tough it is to chase this stock.
Even in a sizable correction, our first level of support is 20, next level is 15.

Ich habs mir bei 17.90 Euro auch überlegt "ob die nochmal billiger werden ?" zum Glück hab ich gekauft !!
Gestern hat mans schön gesehen sobald der Kurs etwas runterkommt finden sich wieder neue Käufer die ja nur darauf gewartet haben.

Vielleicht auch zum richtigem Zeitpunkt. Wie weit er jedoch fallen wird der Kurs, wag ich nicht anzunehmen. Warte noch morgen ab und werde dann vielleicht mein Depot aufstocken. Was meinst Du Consox?

es sieht so aus, als wäre 25$ eine sehr fest Marke. Ich denke, wir werden in der nächsten Zeit gute Meldungen bekommen. Dann sollte es wieder verstärkt nach oben gehen. Bedenkt aber, der Kurs geht vor der Bekanntgabe einer Meldung nach oben. Schauen wir uns erst einmal die nächsten zwei Tage an. Die Festigkeit unserer Aktie wird sicherlich unter Beweis gestellt.
