The Company has a history of efficient management and improved operating results. For the nine months ended September 1999, the
Company`s revenues increased 31% to $1,381,257, compared to the same period of 1998. Concentrating on its premier product, the
Lasette®, and supported by distribution channels of industry leaders in this area, Cell Robotics is well positioned to penetrate both the
home-use and clinical capillary blood collection markets, especially considering that several insurance companies recently started providing
coverage for the purchase of the Lasette. With penetration of just 1% in the home-use market of 4.7 million diagnosed diabetics in the U.S.
alone, the Company`s sales could yield approximately $47 million, exclusive of all other sources. In addition, as the Lasette becomes a
widely recognized alternative to current blood collection methods, the Company will benefit from a base of repeated revenue derived from
disposable shields, required by the Lasettes each time the laser is used. Finally, the Company`s marketing and manufacturing collaborations
in other product line areas will allow the management to focus on the Lasette operations and reduce overhead expense. Assuming
reasonable success of the Lasette, the Company could achieve significant profitability within the next 18 months, which may propel the
shares to new highs. In this scenario, the stock at the current price levels represents an excellent buy opportunity for aggressive long-term
investors.
