beim zwooten mal dachte ich noch, irgendwie war das doch gestern fast das selbe,
beim dritten wusste ich`s und nun nervts ohne Ende. Da wird in reinrassiger Verarschungstechnik
`ne Telefonnummer eingeblendet und die Hampelmänner und Hampelfrau haben doch tatsächlich jeden tag die gleichen Anrufer dran mit den gleichen dämliche Fragen.

Sieht echt live aus und ist live beknackt. Für wie blöd halten die einen eigentlich ???

Wer einmal nen ganzen Tag Maxdata und dingens Direkt Werbung mitgemacht hat ist eh schon so raderdoll im Kopp dass er völlig schmerzfrei ist.
Kann man für penetrante bescheuerte Werbung auch Schmerzensgeld verlangen?

Die Konkurrenz schläft nicht! Viele sind bereits im Bereich Internet-Telefonie tätig und Trius muß erst den amerikanischen Markt aufrollen, während die Amerikaner bereits versuchen, in Europa Fuß zu fassen.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (February 15, 2000) -- 8x8, Inc. (Nasdaq: EGHT) - a
leading supplier of multimedia communication technology and systems -
today announced that 8x8`s Audacity IP Telephone Processor chip is used in
a new IP phone developed by Philips Business Communications, one of the
Philips group of companies. The Philips IP phone will be shown at the
CeBIT2000 show in Hanover (Feb 24th to March 1st) as part of a
demonstration of Philips` iS3000/IP PBX solution.

The Philips IP phone uses the Audacity ITP chip running 8x8`s H.323 version 2
compliant software. It will be used in conjunction with Philips` iS3000/IP PBX,
which extends the complete PBX functionality offered by Philips` current ISDN
product into the IP space, taking advantage of the network utilization and
wiring efficiencies offered by IP technology.

Communication has an excellent grasp of the PBX market, particularly in
Europe. This design is an important milestone in establishing 8x8`s Audacity

About the Audacity ITP
The Audacity Internet Telephony Processor is the only processor that provides
network protocol management and audio compression on a single chip. This
capability derives from the processor`s unique dual-programmable architecture,
which combines a high-performance reduced instruction set computing (RISC)
microprocessor with a single instruction, multiple data (SIMD) digital signal
processing (DSP) engine. In a typical IP telephony application, the RISC
microprocessor executes the network communication protocols as well as call
management functions. The DSP engine performs the complex mathematical
computations required to process audio data, such as compression and
decompression, DTMF tone detection and generation, and full-duplex echo
cancellation. The integration of the RISC and DSP engines onto a single
Audacity chip eliminates the need for the external microcontroller that is
typically required when using conventional DSP solutions for IP telephony.

Both the RISC and DSP engines are fully programmable, allowing the
Audacity ITP to support multiple IP telephony protocols like MGCP and H.323,
as well as multiple audio codecs. The Audacity ITP currently supports the
industry standard codecs G.711, G.722, G.723.1 and G.728. The Audacity
ITP can simultaneously run up to eight G.711 or G.722 codecs, four G.723
codecs, or two G.728 codecs.
