      More bad news for Starnet!

In the $ 1 Billion dollars lawsuit, Starnet tried to argue for nearly a year, that under the license agreement, nobody could be sued, apart from Softec Systems Caribbean, Inc. and that arbitration was the only remedy.

They were wrong, totally wrong, Meldon Ellis should go back to law school, he can probably do a course in jail.

The court in Vancouver decided that Softec Systems Caribbean, Inc. will go to arbitration, which is a good thing, but all the other parties listed below will be sued straight in court for their fraudulent and criminal roles in the Starnet scam. There are now two court cases instead of one. A major defeat for Starnet and Meldon Ellis.

Meldon Ellis will also be forced to join the list of crooks at the next hearing in court in late August.

      Starnet Communications International Inc.
      Starnet Communications Canada Inc.
      EFS Caribbean Inc.
      EFS USA Inc.

Benjamin Wong, Vice president finance, and accountant.
      Jason King, Chief operations officer.
Michael Hiebert, President software development, programmer.
      Adrian Miller, financial programmer.
      Chaz Green, Manager.
      Derek Ferguson, Systems engineer.
      Martin Glaeser, Director.
      Colin Fox, senior engineer
Not long ago, Derek Ferguson tried to get himself off the hook, and he applied to the court to try to get the case dropped against him personally. The court refused. Peculiar guy that Derek, he was in charge of all the systems administrators, and the servers that were used to cheat the licensees and the players, and he wants to be dropped from the case, very funny!

      Press Release
Starnet Continuing Action Against Claude Levy and Gambling Magazine in Belgium
Company has Obtained Judgment in Jurisdiction of Levy`s Residence
ST. JOHNS, Antigua--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2000--Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTCBB:SNMM - news; ``Starnet``), an online provider of interactive media and information systems and a recognized leader in Internet gaming, confirmed today that it is continuing to pursue an action against Claude Levy and Gambling Magazine in Belgium, where Mr. Levy apparently resides.

``We are making significant progress in our actions against Mr. Levy and Gambling Magazine,`` said President and Chief Executive Officer Meldon Ellis. ``As we announced on July 10, the Commercial Court in Mons, Belgium has entered a default judgment against Mr. Levy, Gambling Magazine and Starnet News, ordering them to cease using the name Starnet or any other name resembling Starnet, and to cease making defamatory accusations against Starnet on the Internet. While we understand that an application could be made to set aside the default judgment and proceed to a hearing on the merits, the Company concluded that it would focus its efforts on the Belgian action in light of the progress achieved to date. As a result, the Company voluntarily discontinued the defamation action in Vancouver, British Columbia. However, we will continue to pursue vigorously legal action against Mr. Levy in the appropriate jurisdictions going forward and trust that they will deal with him appropriately. With respect to the credibility of Mr. Levy`s claims and allegations against Starnet, we urge all our stakeholders to review the judgment against Mr. Levy issued by the Honorable Justice Williamson of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on October 15, 1999, which refers to Mr. Levy`s claims against Starnet as `fanciful.```

      Als Starnet-Aktionär muss ich sagen:
Levy nervt ...

      Hallo zusammen!

Gambling Magazine received a record number of extremely serious complaints about these big crooks. The complaints are from licensees, sub licensees, affiliates and players. The story is always the same, they got badly cheated by the thieves.

We were not surprised when we received this e-mail. Ron Tarter is one of the biggest Starnet’s licensee. The big rats are leaving the sinking and stinking ship full of crooks and thieves.

It’s not the RCMP case, it’s potentially much worse!

      hoch.

Was erwarten die Leute denn?

      Gamblingmagazine:

      Starnet - World Gaming

      LEGAL UPDATES

The crooks are not doing very well in court, and this is only the start!

Two years ago in Vancouver, Starnet started a defamation lawsuit against Gambling Magazine and other parties, to try to stop them from publishing the truth. A year later, and just one week before the hearing, they dropped the case, knowing they would lose in court.

The crooks then started a new lawsuit in Belgium against GamblingMagazine.com, StarnetNews.com, TheStarnetIsland.com and other parties, to try to stop them from publishing the truth, but also to try to stop them from using domain names with the word “STARNET” in them. About a year later, they lost again in court in Belgium this time, and the case was dismissed.

In the $1 Billion lawsuit in Vancouver, a Supreme court order was issued to force the crooks to supply all the figures they refused to supply earlier to a former licensee. The crooks supplied some of the figures, but not all of them, and they lied in their affidavit about it. A new court order will be requested in the coming days and they are now in more serious troubles because they lied once more.

In the same $1 Billion lawsuit in Vancouver, a new application will be made in the coming days to the Supreme court, to join World Gaming Plc to the Starnet lawsuit, because it’s so obvious that the crooks changed their name and transferred their assets to World Gaming Plc, in an effort to defraud their creditors.

      Stay tuned!
