Der Kurs von New World Cyberbase bröckelt seit einigen Tagen centweise nach unten und liegt bald bei einem Drittel des ATH.

Hauptsächlich geschadet dürfte dem Unternehmen die fehlgeschlagene Kapitalerhöhung. Auch fehlen Meldungen über neue Beteiligungen der company, was sicherlich zumindest teilweise auf die o. g. fehlgeschlagene Kapitalerhöhung zurückzuführen ist. Eine Kooperation mit AOL scheint inzwischen vom Tisch zu sein.

Da ich selbst nicht so unmittelbar "am Ball" bin, was das Marktgeschehen in Asien und speziell von NWCB angeht, bitte ich hiermit "das Board" um eine neue Einschätzung des Unternehmens:

- Verheißt die jetzige, sehr niedrige Marktkapitalisierung sowohl im Vergleich zu PCCW als auch im Vergleich zum Zeitpunkt des ATH Einstigs- bzw. Nachkaufkurse?

- Was erwartet Ihr für die zukünftige Entwicklung von NWCB?

ja da bewegt sich zur Zeit nicht viel,vor allem nicht in die richtige Richtung.Ich gebe dir Recht,es fehlen einfach die News.
Die Kurse unter 0.3 sind m.M. absolute Einstiegsjurse.
Die Homepage www.nwcyberbase.com sieht vielversprechend aus und CompanyInfos auch.Bin bei 0.31 rein und lasse sie einfach liegen.
Der Aktie fehlen einfach die guten Nachrichten und der Bekanntheitsgrad.Positiv: Nordinvest Fond ist drin,also die Jungs werden sich auch was dabei gedacht haben.
Die Aktie kann bei entsprechenden News explodieren.Also einfach abwarten..................

ich glaube man kann die Kursschwäche noch aussitzen - aber irgendwann sollte man auch die Notbremse ziehen. Die Aktie kann sich auch noch halbieren. Cool bleiben und zuschauen - die Story stimmt. Wir werden uns auch mal wieder freuen können über New World Cyberbase.

Ich habe mir auch gestern eine kleine Position von 3700 St. in mein Depot gelegt. Ich bin nachwievor optimistisch und lasse sie mal liegen bis news kommen; dann sieht man ja. Ich habe mir bei NWCB mal eine längerfristige Investition gedacht, wobei ich diese Aktie seit zwei Wochen beobachte und denke, daß bei 0,24 Schluss ist und dann nach oben, hoffe ich doch bin mir aber ziemlich sicher. News abwarten.

ich denke drinbleiben ist das Richtige. Ich bin bei 0,34 reingegangen und mir wurde ziemlich schlecht, als das Papier nach unten rauschte.

Es gibt aber einfach zwei schlagende Argumente für den NWCB:

1. 1,2 MRD Menschen in China wollen irgendwann ins Internet.
2. Jede Aktie steigt auch mal wieder.

Ein drittes Argument ist natürlich, daß ich persönlich jetzt keine Verluste realisieren möchte, denn solange man nicht verkauft, gewinnt oder verliert man garnichts.

Hallihallo,

gerechnet von den 60 Cent ATH ist NWC zur zeit mit ewta 60% im Minus. Dabei darf man aber nicht vergessen, daß dieses ATH nur in D bestand und 50% über dem damaligenm Kurs in Hongkong lag. Die 60 Cent waren also nur eine Blase deutscher Lemminge. Ich bedaure nur, daß ich das an diesem Tag nicht bemerkt und sofort verkauft habe. Ich habe meine Aktien dann wenig später zum Einstieg wieder verkauft, weil mir der Chart zu schlecht aussah. Wer sie noch hat kann es ja mal mit aussitzen probieren. Mit einem Einstieg warte ich aber noch ab. Bevor ich einsteige will ich erst eine Bodenbildung sehen. Wann und wo die sein wird ist im Moment wohl nicht abzuschätzen. So lange gilt für mich: Never catch a falling knife.

Bin zwar in dem Wert noch nicht investiert, sehe aber grosses Potenzial (gerade wegen der Kursschwaeche!!!)
Was ich nicht verstehe ist, das ihr als investoren nicht mal ein bisschen mehr auf die Aktie aufmerkam macht! Die paar Postings!
Habe zur Zeit COL und sehe in NWCB noch viel mehr Potential, da dort nicht mehr alles in den "Kinderschuhen" steckt.
Sicherlich ist es angesichts der Kursschwaeche ein gewisses Problem mehr Anhaenger zu finde, doch denke ich, dass es jetzt schon mal Zeit waere mehr Recherchen zu betreibe. Allein auf deren Homepage http://www.nwcyberbase.com/
ist so viel information die hier gepostet und besprochen werden koennte. Wie gesagt bin ich in dem Wert noch nicht, werde es naechste Woche aber sein. Dann werde ich in den NWCB-boards auch aktiver mitarbeiten. Doch frage ich mich, wieso ihr als Investoren so wenig bisher dazu beigetragen habt! Habe mir die anderen Postings mal angesehn und do die "Bombeninfo" ist das nicht.
ihr muesst bedenken, dass nicht jeder (so wie ich z.b.)extra grosse Recherchen macht wenn in einem Posting nicht viel Info steckt!
Ihr koennte euch an einigen anderen Threads ein beispiel nehmen....

Ich würde es auch begrüßen, wenn über die Aktie von NWCB in diesem Board mehr diskutiert wird.
Ich habe bereits eine kleine Position dieser Aktie aufgebaut.
Einkauf bei 0,25 Euro.
Ich denke charttechnisch dürfte eine Bodenbildung abgeschlossen sein.
Auch der Asia-Tech-Report hat diese Aktien in sein Musterdepot inne.
Ich denke die werden dann doch wissen was sie machen.
Der Wert von NWCB stand ja schon bedeutend höher.
Ich hab mal gelesen, das Beteiligungen geplatzt sind, bzw. nicht über die Bühne gebracht werden konnten.
Weil nicht genügend Kapital aufgetrieben worden konnte.

1.) News? Hätte ich auch gerne.
2.) Sind wir alle investiert? Das sind wir (ich mit 4000 St.)
3.) Wieso passiert nichts? keine News geringer Umsatz
4.) Wieso? Is vielleicht noch nicht zu jedem durchgedrungen
5.) Weshalb? Weil hier nur alle Schaltjahre jmd. reinschaut und nicht wegklickt.
6.) Zum pushen müssen andere Threadüberschriften dastehen, die geldgeil machen wie: schnelle 100% (nie übertreiben) Hammerrakete, EXPLOSION!!

Man muß einfach mit diesen hochgefährlichen Wörtern spielen, dann kommen sie schon. Innerhalb von 3 Monaten haben sich hier an einem tag mehr als eine 1/" Million Leute mehr eingeloggt, die von WO lange nichts wussten erst jetzt und Börse und Limit und so.

Naja bleibt abzuwarten was geschieht. Ehrlich gesagt geschieht echt noch nichts, sonst würde sich ja der Kurs verändern. Har har.

Es gibt 2 aktuelle Meldungen (unter anderem 20 % Beteiligung an Satelitten Network) die ihr in der Homepage nachlesen koennt.
Klingt alles nicht schlecht, aber der Wert ist immer noch im freien Fall.

Wir können uns nicht nur auf blinkende Seiten freuen.

Wie sieht es mit den Umsätzen und den ganzen Kram aus !!!
Ich jeden falls bin bei 0.19 € eingestiegen.

Aber wie ich schon gelesen habe sind leute mit über 0.30 € noch voll überzeugt, das die Aktie ein knaller ist.

Nur wann hat sich der Boden gebildet.

Und wann können wir uns über Steigende Kurse freuen .

Abend!
Gibt ja tatsächlich noch welche die NWCB haben. Habe damals auch gekauft aber wieder verkauft, der steile Anstieg damals beruhte auf die Fantasie, NWCB würde eine ähnliche Entwicklung einschlagen können wie PCCW - was nicht der Fall ist und auch nie der Fall sein wird, da die Bräute schon vergeben sind. Von einer gut aufgemachten Homepage sollte man sich nicht irren lassen, hinter dem spektakulärem power phone steht m.W. das verlustreiche Münzgeschäft.
NWCB hat vor Jahren schonmal eine Kapitalerhöhung in den Sand gesetzt, jetzt wars wieder der Fall und der Kurs stürzt wieder.
Mein Ratschlag: Seid froh wenn ihr nicht zuviel in den wert reingesteckt habt, und trefft künftige Investitionsentscheidungen gewissenhafter. Aus Fehlern lernt man.

SHARE TRANSACTION

The Directors wish to announce that the Purchaser and the Vendor
have entered into the Agreement on 13th March, 2000 pursuant to which
the Purchaser has agreed to acquire 20% of the issued share capital
of AVL from the Vendor upon Completion.

Under the Agreement, the Purchaser has also agreed to purchase the
AVL Loan, if any, from the Vendor upon Completion.

AVL is an investment holding company and the subsidiaries of AVL are
principally engaged in the development and provision of satellite
telecommunication related services in the PRC. The Vendor is an
independent third party not connected with the directors, chief
executive or substantial shareholders of the Company or its
subsidiaries or their respective associates (as defined under the
Listing Rules).

The Consideration for the Loan Acquisition and Share Acquisition
amounts to HK$160 million, of which HK$80 million is to be satisfied
in cash. A Deposit of HK$40 million has been paid by the Purchaser on
the date of the Agreement and HK$40 million will be paid upon
Completion to the Vendor or its nominee(s). The remaining HK$80
million will be satisfied by the Purchaser procuring the Company to
allot and issue the Consideration Shares at the Issue Price of
HK$1.546 per Consideration Share to the Vendor or its nominee(s) upon
Completion.

The Consideration Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing Shares, which represents approximately
2.472% of the existing issued share capital of the Company and 2.412%
of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the
allotment and issue of the Consideration Shares.

Completion is subject to the fulfilment or waiver of the conditions
set out in the section headed `Conditions` below.

The Acquisitions constitute a share transaction for the Company
under the Listing Rules.

THE AGREEMENT DATED 13th MARCH, 2000

PARTIES

Purchaser Viewnet Assets Limited, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of
the Company
Vendor Gentwin Investment Ltd., a
company which owns the entire
issued share capital of AVL
Warrantor Mr. Ng Chun Ping, Brendan,
the warrantor for the
observance and performance of
the obligations of the Vendor
under the Agreement, who
holds 52.5% of the entire
issued capital of the Vendor
Guarantor the Company, the guarantor
for the observance and
performance of the
obligations of the Purchaser
under the Agreement

Each of the Vendor and Mr. Ng Chun Ping, Brendan is an independent
third party not connected with the directors, chief executive or
substantial shareholders of the Company or its subsidiaries or their
respective associates (as defined under the Listing Rules). The
Vendor is beneficially owned by Mr. Ng Chun Ping, Brendan as to 52.5%
of the issued share capital of the Vendor. The remaining interests in
the Vendor are owned by independent third parties not connected with
the directors, chief executive or substantial shareholders of the
Company or their subsidiaries or their respective associates (as
defined under the Listing Rules). One of the remaining shareholders,
who owns 22.5% of the issued share capital of the Vendor, is a PRC
resident who is engaged in the daily operation of the AVL Group while
the other shareholder, who owns the remaining 25% of the issued share
capital of the Vendor, is a Hong Kong resident.

ASSETS TO BE ACQUIRED
1,170,000 Sales Shares which represent 20% of the entire issued
share capital of AVL and the AVL Loan which represents 20% of the
amounts owing by the AVL Group to the Vendor at Completion, if any.
As as 31st December, 1999, the unaudited consolidated shareholder`s
loan balance was nil. It is expected that there will be no material
change to the balance of the amounts owing by the AVL Group to the
Vendor at Completion. The amounts owing by the AVL Group to the
Vendor are interest free, unsecured and have no fixed term of
repayment.

INFORMATION OF AVL
AVL is an investment holding company incorporated in 1995. Through
the provision of the utilisation right of the satellite boardband
network by a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVL, AVL Group are
principally engaged in the following businesses in the PRC:

(1)
development and provision of satellite broadband network services to
facilitate the delivery of business-to-consumer (B2C) and
business-to-business (B2B) services;

(2)
provision of Internet service provider (ISP) equipment and technical
supporting for the development of satellite broadband network
services and call centre platform;

(3)
provision of information to users, via satellite broadband network,
through cooperation with telecommunication network owned by PRC
companies; and

(4)
provision of call centre services and hosting service.
AVL Group will focus on the provision of technical support and
equipment to enterprises in the PRC which provide ISP services,
telecommunication and paging services. For the year ended 31st
December, 1998, AVL Group has an unaudited consolidated loss. For the
year ended 31st December, 1999, AVL Group has an unaudited
consolidated profit. The unaudited consolidated net asset value of
the AVL Group was approximately HK$48,200,000 as at 31st December,
1999.

CONSIDERATION
The Consideration for the Loan Acquisition and Share Acquisition
amounts to HK$160 million.

HK$80 million is to be settled in cash and funded by internal
resources of the Group. The Purchaser has paid HK$40 million as
Deposit to the Vendor on the date of the Agreement. The Deposit shall
be returned by the Vendor, with interest at 5% per annum, to the
Purchaser if the conditions to Completion are not fulfilled or waived
by the Purchaser on or before 12th May, 2000 (or such other date as
the parties may agree) or if the Agreement is otherwise terminated.
The other HK$40 million shall be paid upon Completion to the Vendor
or its nominee(s). If the Purchaser fails to make payment of the
second HK$40 million on or before Completion, HK$10 million of the
Deposit shall be forfeited to the Vendor or its nominee(s).

The remaining HK$80 million shall be satisfied by the Purchaser
procuring the Company to allot and issue the Consideration Shares at
the Issue Price to the Vendor or its nominee(s). The Issue Price
represents (i) a premium of approximately 3.067% to the closing price
of HK$1.500 per Share as at the date of the Agreement as quoted on
the Stock Exchange; and (ii) a discount of approximately 7.976% to
the average closing price of HK$1.680 per Share for the last ten
consecutive trading days up to but excluding the date of the
Agreement as quoted on the Stock Exchange.

The Consideration was arrived at after arm`s length negotiations
between the Purchaser and the Vendor based on normal commercial terms
with reference to a combination of factors including the present
performance and future prospects of the AVL Group and the potential
of revenue generation by the AVL Group. External valuation is not
expected to be made in relation to the Acquisitions.

CONSIDERATION SHARES
The Consideration Shares represent approximately 2.472% of the
existing issued share capital of the Company as at the date of the
announcement and will represent approximately 2.412% of the issued
share capital of the Company as enlarged by the allotment and issue
of the Consideration Shares.

The Consideration Shares will be issued, credited as fully paid, to
the Vendor or its nominee(s) upon Completion pursuant to the general
mandate granted to the Directors at a special general meeting of the
Company held on 29th February, 2000. The Consideration Shares shall
be subject to a lock-up period of 90 days commencing from the date on
which they are issued and allotted, during which period none of the
Consideration Shares may be disposed of or agreed to be disposed of
or charged or be subject to any encumbrance.

The Consideration Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing Shares.

COMPLETION
Completion, which is conditional upon all the conditions set out in
the section headed `Conditions` below have been fulfilled or waived
by the Purchaser, shall take place on the tenth Business Day after
the Agreement becoming unconditional or such later date as the
parties may agree.

CONDITIONS
Completion is conditional upon the fulfillment or waiver of the
following conditions:

(1)
the Purchaser being satisfied with the result of the due diligence
review of the AVL Group; and

(2)
the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange granting the listing of
and permission to deal in the Consideration Shares.

If the above condition (1) is not fulfilled or waived by the
Purchaser on or before 12th May, 2000 or such later date as the
Company and the Purchaser may agree, the obligations of the parties
shall cease and determine.

BOARD REPRESENTATION
Upon Completion, AVL shall appoint one new director as nominated by
the Purchaser to the board of directors of AVL. As at the date of
this announcement the board of directors of AVL comprises two
directors. Neither the Purchaser nor the director nominated by it
will involve in the daily operation of the AVL Group.

REASONS FOR THE ACQUISITIONS
The Group is principally engaged in the operation of Power Phone
network in Hong Kong, and the development of information technology
and Internet access platform for Internet based services and
application as well as property investment and development.

The Directors consider that the investment in AVL is in line with
the Company`s business strategy to operate, research and develop new
information technology businesses in areas of connectivity services,
e-commerce, software development and system integration.

GENERAL
The Acquisitions constitute a share transaction for the Company
under the Listing Rules. Application will be made to the Stock
Exchange for the listing of and permission to deal in the
Consideration Shares.

Goal of Effort is to Make The Web’s Currency™ Ubiquitous in the Region

HONG KONG, MARCH 14, 2000 - beenz.com, creator of beenz™, the web’s currency™, today announced a joint venture with New World CyberBase Limited (NWCB, stock code: 276), the technology flagship of the New World Group. The joint venture agreement specifies that beenz.com and New World CyberBase will operate at a strategic level to tap into the huge Internet growth in the region. Data from sources including IDC, Goldman Sachs and AC Nielsen indicate that the entire Greater China region had more than five million users by the end of 1999, with increasing numbers participating in online shopping.

Leute, egal was ihr sagt über den Kurs, aber die HP von NWCB beeindruckt mich echt stark.

Sind die eigentlich pleite? Oder erst bei 0,01?

Durch einen nachgezogenen Stopp bin ich bei 0.32 raus, einen
kleinen Rest halte ich noch.
Nachdem vom Unternehmen nichts mehr kam, habe ich überlegt den
Rest auch glattzustellen.
Jetzt gibt es zumindest wieder ein Lebenszeichen mit der Meldung
eine "Bildungseinrichtung" ins Netz zu stellen.

Ich überlege ernsthaft bei diesen ausgebombten Kursen nachzufassen.

Allerdings stört mich die 2te gescheiterte Kapitalerhöhung und
das Fehlen strategischer Allianzen.
Mal sehen.
