Gestern mehr als 37% Kursgewinn. Gerüchte gehen um, dass hier ein Merger mit einem profitablen Öl- & Gasunternehmen erfolgen soll. Die Market Cap ist aktuell sehr gering!

The appointment of Mr. Marshall to the board has been made in an effort to enhance the evaluation of new projects that the company is exploring in the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Marshall has worked in the public and private capital markets for over ten years, in the last five years Mr. Marshall has been a managing director of three natural resource companies.
