danke - wunderbar zu lesen! die Kritik bringt es so auf den Punkt, Dylan ist nicht zu fassen. Ich bin seit längerem jedes Jahr mindestens einmal dabei gewesen, wobei das dritt- und das vorletzte Konzert traumhaft schön waren: Sehr viele Lieder mit 4 akustischen Gitarren und Dylan mit seiner "Singstimme" a la "Lay Lady Lay" - da hatte ich nach 10 Minuten das Eintrittsgeld schon raus.

Davon habe ich Freunden erzählt und sie überredet, letztes Jahr mitzukommen, und das war ausgerechnet so mies, dass ich dieses Jahr zum erstenmal nicht hingegangen bin. Dylan hat ALLE Lieder zur selben Melodie "gesungen" - "hingerotzt" passte besser. Diese Melodie bestand aus genau zwei Tönen; jeweils der erste Teil einer Textzeile auf dem tieferen, den Rest auf dem höheren Ton genuschelt... Sollte wohl mal wieder eine seiner Provokationen sein, aber wirklich lustig war`s nicht.

Aber nach dieser Kritik tut`s mir schon wieder leid, ihn verpasst zu haben...

#1061 Hawkie - geiler Text Musikalisch wurde er im Studio allerdings eher passend zum Songinhalt umgesetzt (boring mit starkem Eno-Einschlag). Die Liveversion auf Viva! soll viel besser sein.

#1054 Iguana - Die Tom Robinson Band war auch mal eine meiner Lieblinge Besonders gut fand ich auch den Titelsong von Power in the Darkness, der Text passt hier aber nicht rein.

Im Zusammenhang mit RM und der TRB fiel mir der Song einer schwulen Band ein, bei dem ich immer die Tanzfläche gestürmt habe
