Ob Zahlen oder Charttechnik...FISERV überzeugt voll und ganz!
Bei einem KGV von 22 noch fair bewertet...

KZ 45$ !!

Heut hätte man wieder billig zugreifen können...


3 Monatschart ist auch super !!!
Aber im Vergleich zu vielen Werten im Nasdaq 100 sind 30% Gewinn sehr wenig !!!


Und auch langfristig einer der solidesten Werte, wenn man zu Nasdaq Werten "solide" sagen kann!




Habt ihr eine Meinung zu diesem Wert ?
Leider gibt es in Dtl. kaum Handelsvolumen, obwohl FISERV nicht gerade klein ist !!!Wer besitzt noch Fiserv ?

Fiserve "outperform," target price raised - update

NEW YORK, June 17 (New Ratings) - Analysts at Robert W Baird issue an "outperform" rating on Fiserv (FISV). The target price has been raised from $40 to $43.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that negotiations are underway to acquire EDS’ credit union industry group. Fiserv is already the market leader in this specific area of business and the acquisition is likely to enhance its position, say the analysts. According to the report, details of the proposed transaction, including the purchase price, are not available at this time. The main consideration for Fiserv, the analysts feel, would be the opportunity to add to its market share at a reasonable price.

Fiserv says in talks to buy EDS credit-union group

SAN FRANCISCO, June 16 (Reuters) - Data processing provider Fiserv Inc. said on Monday that it in talks with Electronic Data Systems Corp. to acquire the No. 2 computer-services supplier`s credit-union industry group.

The company said in a statement that no further details would be made available.

If a transaction is consummated, Fiserv, which is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, said it would provide core processing services for about 34 percent of the credit union segment within the financial services data processing market.

Fiserv said that acquiring the EDS group would meet the trend of credit unions competing for customers from banks, thrifts, mortgage banks and other institutions as traditional, bank-oriented processing providers increasingly serve credit unions as well.

Fiserv provides information management systems and services to the financial industry. It has more than 13,000 clients worldwide and had $2.3 billion in processing and services revenues for 2002.
