LetsBuyIt.com NV has acquired 100% of the shares in IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity Exchange B.V.


LetsBuyIt.com N.V. has acquired the remaining (approximately 77%) shares of IFEX Innovation Finance and Equity Exchange B.V. against the issuance of 2.371.500.000 new shares of LetsBuyIt.com N.V., (details of the issuance to be published in the prospectus in due course). The newly issued shares will be admitted for trading on the regular market/Geregelter Markt, after filing of a prospectus.

LetsBuyIt.com N.V. will change name to IFEX Innovation Finance and Equity Exchange N.V.

Mr. Niels A. Reijers has been appointed as the new CEO, replacing Mr. J. Palmer, who was acting as interim CEO. Formerly, Mr Reijers was a fiscal lawyer with KPMG, Amsterdam. He has wide experience in investment banking and fiscal law.

Mr Niels Reijers commented, "The deal has saved us considerable time and money that would normally be associated with listing a company".

Mr. Simon Holland has been proposed as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr Holland heads UK corporate finance firm Hellfire Capital. Mr Holland has wide experience in financing and floatation of public companies. Previously he worked with Merrill Lynch and Midland Montague.

Mr Simon Holland commented, "LetsBuyIt.com was a very high profile and widely held company with an exceptional number of shareholders. Reversing into the shell provides two great advantages for IFEX: high visibility and substantial future liquidity. We very much hope to be able to reward loyal shareholders with an increase in real values, continued growth and the novelty of profits."
