Ecat Development eine seinerzeitige Beteiligungsgesellschaft hatte auch Anteile an Clinical Cell Culture. Dann entschloß man sich alle Beteiligungen aufzugeben und man witmete sich allein CCE!

SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - OVERSUBSCRIBED
Clinical Cell Culture Limited (C3) is pleased to announce that its Share Purchase Plan (the
"Plan") has closed oversubscribed, thus ensuring that the maximum of $1 million is raised by the
Plan.
Applications were received for approximately 25.7 million more shares than the maximum
number available under the Plan of approximately 9.5 million shares. In accordance with the
terms of the Plan, the shares applied for in each application will be scaled back on a pro-rata
basis.
The issue of shares under the Plan is conditional upon shareholder approval being granted with
respect to the equity placement of approximately $6 million to BioTech Capital Limited and other
professional and sophisticated investors, as described in the Notice of the General Meeting to be
held on Friday 8 August 2003.
Subject to the outcome of the General Meeting, shares to be issued under the Plan are expected to
be allotted by 18 August 2003 and shareholders will be notified by mail of the number of shares
that they have been allotted. Shareholder refund cheques in relation to the oversubscribed Plan
will be mailed with the share statements on 18 August 2003.

Im Gegensatz: CCE hat beinahe täglich mehrere Mio AUD Umsatz und die besten Zukunftsaussichten! Ein Fond ist bereits in CCE eingestiegen. Von dem können andere nur träumen!
Die finden kaum Beachtung!

Wieviel Aktien seinerzeit (als Clinical Cell Culture noch Ecat Development hießen) in Germany umgingen kann man anhand der Charts auf Wallstreetonline nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Ich denke aber das es sehr viele waren. Ein großer Teil davon wird noch in deutschen Depots schlummern. unbeachtet!

Der Drive den CCE zur Zeit vorweisen kann ist gewaltig! Seit Mitte April hat sich der Kurs von CCE verfünffacht und die Umsätze lassen nicht nach!
Täglicher Cashflow im Millionen AUD Bereich!

76,5 Mio Aktien sind derzeit ausgegegeben.

Ein Großaktionär ist: BIOTECH CAPITAL LIMITED (ASX:BTC) Deren Kursverkauf ist fast ident mit dem von Clinical Cell Culture. Wer ist hier an wen gekoppelt. Dieser Großaktionär will seinen Aktienanteil auf 19% erhöhen. Bei der letzten Hauptversammlung wurde dem stattgegeben!

Bin zwar kein Biotech Experte (wer ist das wirklich) aber wenn die auf der Webseite (http://www.clinicalcellculture.com) vorgestellten Produkte das halten was sie versprechen, so wird der in CCE investierte noch viel Freude an der Aktie haben!

1981 - The first clinical use of Cultured Epithelial Autograft (CEA) sheets took place. This process involves taking a skin biopsy from the patient, harvesting the cells from the biopsy and then stimulating these cells so that they grow into a confluent cell sheet for application to a wound. Since 1982, CEA has been used in many forms, for varying clinical indications with varying degrees of success. (Reference Rheinwald JG & Green H, Cell 1975.)

1990 -In Western Australia, the first treatment of a patient with CEA sheets took place.

1993 - The initial success of CEA sheets led to the development of the Skin Culture Unit at Princess Margaret Hospital in Western Australia. Since this time, the clinical protocols have developed from the use of confluent sheets of CEA, to a single cell suspension delivered as an aerosol.

1995 - A 3 year old little girl with a hot water burn injury received the first aerosol application of CellSpray®. This single cell suspension of CEA was successfully `sprayed` onto the child`s severely scalded legs.

1996 - A young infant suffering a severe respiratory tract `burn` from swallowing caustic soda became the first patient worldwide to be treated with cells grown specifically for the respiratory tract. She was successfully treated with SiteCell™.

1997 - New technology, enabling the rapid harvesting of cells from a skin biopsy, was successfully used for the first time. This technology became the basis for the ReCell® Autologous Cell Harvesting Kit.

1999 - In January, The McComb Foundation was founded in Perth to advance the research and development of innovative skin culture technologies.

1999 - Clinical Cell Culture Pty Ltd (C3) was founded - with the aim to commercialise the technologies researched by the McComb Foundation.

2000 - C3 established its business headquarters in Technology Park, Bentley in Western Australia and commenced construction of a dedicated skin culture laboratory.

2001 - The Skin Culture Unit at Princess Margaret Hospital relocated to C3`s new laboratory, CellSpray(R) became commercially available and ECAT Development Capital became a core investor.

2002 - In June, ReCell® became available in Australia on a compassionate use basis under the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA) Special Access Scheme pending a submission for marketing approval in 2003.

Dieser etwas ältere Bericht gibt Aufschluß in welche Richtung es bei clinical Cell Culture gehen soll!

Shares in Clinical Cell Cultures (CCE) rallied over 15% on Thursday after announcing it had contracted US-based Ventrex to begin producing its skin cell harvesting device. The device, known as ReCell, is designed to treat burn victims as well as those suffering from pigment loss disorders.

“With ReCell, C3 will enter some of the fastest growing surgical specialities and will reduce C3’s exposure to the seasonal variations in the occurrence of burns,” commented chief executive officer Mr Troels Jordansen.

“ReCell® represents a significantly larger market opportunity for C3 than the burn market.”

Today’s news marks the first of 5 steps towards the global commercial launch of ReCell, added the chief executive. He expects his company will meet with the US Food & Drug Administration in late 2003 to lock in requirements for obtaining US marketing approvals.


Clinical Cell is also hoping to sell ReCell to Australian and European plastic and cosmetic surgeons by 2004 and said it was in talks with potential distributors.

ReCell is the first medical device of its kind which will be globally available and is targeted at the fast growing plastic and cosmetic surgery markets. Surgeons will be able to treat an area of skin equivalent to the size of one A-4 sheet within approximately 30 minutes of taking a biopsy from the patient.

At 1447 AEST Clinical Cell Cultures shares were trading 2.5c higher at 24.5c on volume of over 12.5 million shares. ComSec was the most active in the stock, buying 3.0 million and selling 1.5 million followed by Burrell which bought 1.3 million and sold 1.0 million. HSBC was third most active, buying 480,000 and selling 1.3 million.

Seinerzeit habe ich verbilligt.
Nach den Jahren kann ich auch ruhig noch eine Weile warten und darauf hoffen, ein Plus zu erwirtschaften.

Zur Zeit sitze ich noch mit 31 % in den Miesen.
Von Natur aus bin aber ein positiv denkender Mensch und deshalb freue ich mich tatsächlich, dass die Depotleiche auferstanden ist und ich Hoffnung haben kann.

..cce ist ein heißes eisen. ich habe vor 3 jahren ecat im depot getradet und gutes geld verdient. damals war ecat noch ein gemischtwarenladen. cce ist nunmehr ein reinrassiges biotechunternehmen mit einem produkt welches in den usa vor der marktzulassung steht. der markt für regenerative hautzellprodukte ist gigantisch. der kurs der aktie sollte weiterhin hiervon stark profitieren.

die musik wird aber in australien gespielt. die kursanstiege in australien sind vom volumen her untermauert. wir können gewiss sein, dass mit dieser aktie nicht gezockt wird, dafür ist die anzahl der getradeten aktien zu hoch. seid doch zufrieden, dass der anstieg auf fundamentaler basis erfolgt und nicht aufgrund eines hype in europa oder gar deutschland. jede woche 10% anstieg, was wollen wir mehr. der run auf die aktie wird auch in deutschland kommen, spätestens dann wenn ein herr förtsch (der aktionär)cce als spekulatives biotechnolieunternhemen mit solider produktpalette empfiehlt

dann sitzen wir gemütlich im boot und können abkassieren. also ruhiges blut. in den letzten jahren verliefen aussichtsreiche pennystocks immmer nach dem gleichen muster. solider anstieg in übersee und anschließender hype in europa. dann und spätestens dann ist es zeit an den ausstieg zu denken.

Clinical Cell Culture hat heute nacht stark eröffnet. Danach sah es nach selloff aus und die Aktie ging Intraday runter bis auf 0,425!

Unglaubliche 4 Mio Aktien wurden bis jetzt schon wieder gehandelt!

Fazit: obwohl mehere große Stücke ins bid gingen bringt das CCE nicht wesentlich zum nachgeben!

Möglicherweise wird CCE heute leicht im minus schließen. Ich denke das der Shareholder Schichtwechsel voll im Gange ist. Ist dieser vollzogen, wird CCE wieder weiter zulegen können!

Mit ein Grund wird die konstante aber langweilige Seitwärtsbewegung der Aktie sein.

Pos: Nach dem doch rasanten Anstieg kann sich CCE dezeit auf einem relativ hohem Level halten!

Ich hoffe das nun die Konsolidierung wirklich abgeschlossen ist!

Verbindet man gedanklich die 3 letzten extremen Spitzen im Chart und führt die Linie fort, so kann man erahnen wie großt das Potential von CCE bim nächsten Anstieg sein kann! Ich glaube das CCE Potential hat zunächst weit über 0,80 zu laufen, möglicherweise sogar über 1,00 (im Idealfall)

Meines Erachtens ist die Zeit nun reif!

Pre-approval CellSpray® product launch meetings
Thursday 18th December 2003, PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3,
ASX: CCE) announced that it has initiated the establishment of a European sales
network for the launch of ReCell® and CellSpray® products.
The network will promote, sell and distribute ReCell® in Germany, Switzerland and
Austria. Outside these German speaking countries the network will in addition support
the promotion and market penetration of CellSpray® products. C3 staff will manage
CellSpray® products in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
C3 Chief Executive Officer Troels Jordansen said the Company was pleased to see the
foundations for the launch of ReCell® and CellSpray® products are in place.
“On the 9th December 2003 we had network representatives from Germany, UK,

The launch of CellSpray® products in Europe awaits GMP certification, national
approvals and finalisation of technology transfer to Cambrex, Belgium. These projects
are progressing week by week and C3 is confident of meeting the milestone of treating

In order to market ReCell® in Europe, C3 is required to complete the technology transfer
to Ventrex Inc. USA, submit for regulatory approval with relevant authorities and await

Das einsatzgebiet in der plastischen Chirurgie ist ebenfalls ein riesiger Markt.

Ich denke es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit das CCE den markt mit ihren Produkten durchdringen kann!

Friday 9th January 2004, PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX:CCE)
today announced that CellSpray® and CellSpray® XP have been approved for market
launch in Germany and Austria, subject to the Belgium Health Authority issuing a GMP
manufacturing certificate for the products.
Troels Jordansen, CEO said, “We are very pleased to have this first independent
verification of our commercial and regulatory strategy. Targeting Europe prior to the
USA will enable C3 to bring revenues on-line sooner than if we had pursued a USA
regulatory strategy as our initial primary market.”
The German and Austrian markets have a combined population of 90.4 million people
with 36 burn centres; this will provide C3 with the opportunity to achieve a diversified
revenue stream to C3’s current Australasian based markets.
Troels Jordansen, CEO said, “Obtaining national approvals prior to the GMP certification
also provides us with an additional four to eight weeks prior to the launch to boost our
marketing activities and build our customer base.”
On 10th September 2003, the CellSpray® products registration dossier was submitted by
our production partner Cambrex Bio Science Verviers Sprl (“Cambrex” to the Belgium
Health Authority. During December 2003 we received our initial feedback from the
Belgium Health Authorities inclusive of some routine queries. The response to these
queries is being expedited and we are confident of receiving approval in Q1 2004.
As noted in our ASX release on 10 September 2003, Cambrex received GMP approval
from the Belgium Health Authority for their newly constructed tissue-engineering
laboratory in early 2003. The current review by the Belgium Health Authority is an
update on their GMP processes in relation to CellSpray® production.
The approval of commercial selling of these products in Europe will assist in the ongoing
process of seeking regulatory approval within the Asia Pacific region.

THE NETHERLANDS AND DENMARK
Friday 13th February 2004, PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX:
CCE) today announced that its CellSpray® and CellSpray® XP spray on skin products can
be used in The Netherlands and Denmark.
CellSpray® and CellSpray® XP have been deemed suitable for a range of applications in
The Netherlands including burns treatment and plastic surgery, and for a very specific use in
Denmark through the National Hospital in Copenhagen.
C3 is currently in discussions with the National Hospital which has expressed an interest in
testing CellSpray® in selected patients with Necrotising Fasciitis, a type of flesh-eating
bacteria (http://www.nnff.org/).
C3 Chief Executive Officer Troels Jordansen said the Company was pleased with the
acceptance of its products into these new markets and the association with the National
Hospital in Copenhagen.
“Biological skin products have not typically been used in burns patients in The Netherlands
or Denmark and our hope is that CellSpray®’s unique features, clinical results and positive
health economical data will meet market needs in The Netherlands and convince surgeons
in Copenhagen to adopt CellSpray®.”
Subject to the outcome of tests in Denmark and demand for the products in The
Netherlands, C3 will supply these markets from its Perth based laboratory and has already
appointed an agent to identify potential business.
GMP certification from the Belgium Health Authorities for the use of CellSpray® and
CellSpray® XP in Germany and Austria is expected in March 2004.

Thursday 19th February 2004, PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3,
ASX: CCE) today released its 2nd half 2003 accounts.
C3 Chief Executive Officer Troels Jordansen referred to the half year results as a 6-month
period in which the foundations for C3’s international expansion were laid.
“We have seen the first milestones for 2004 being achieved with access gained to the
German, Austrian and Dutch markets for the CellSpray® products. We are now waiting for
the GMP certification from the Belgium Health Authorities,” he said.
“With the milestones achieved last year and EU market access already obtained and
expected during 2004, we anticipate significant revenue growth this calendar year.”
Milestone review
The 2nd half of 2003 was a successful period for C3 during which the company focussed
its strategic goals towards its internationalisation strategy. The period was productive with
many of C3’s corporate milestones being successfully implemented.
1. 30th July 2003 Ventrex Inc in California, USA signed as the principal
manufacturer for the global production of ReCell®. C3 is
currently completing the final stages of product validation
and development. C3 expects to launch ReCell® into
Europe and Australia during the 2nd half of 2004.
2. 20th August 2003 C3 successfully completed a $7m capital raising which was
oversubscribed. The funds raised are currently being
invested into C3’s internationalisation strategy for
CellSpray® and ReCell®. The capital raising enabled C3 to
introduce institutional investors as shareholders, including its
largest shareholder – BioTech Capital Limited (19%).
3. 10th September 2003 Cambrex Inc was announced as the preferred partner for the
contract manufacturer of CellSpray® & CellSpray® XP in the
EU market. Cambrex have a GMP approved tissue
engineering facility in Verviers, Belgium. C3 and Cambrex
have jointly submitted (with the Belgium Health Authority) for
GMP approval to manufacture CellSpray® & CellSpray® XP.
GMP approval for CellSpray® & CellSpray® XP in the EU is
expected in March 2004.
4. 24th October 2003 C3 appointed Equipmed as its Australian & New Zealand
distributor for CellSpray®, CellSpray® XP & ReCell®.
Equipmed has over 20 years experience in the Australasian
medical distribution market and has over 30 staff servicing
all major cities in Australia and New Zealand.

5. 18th December 2003 C3 announced that it initiated the establishment of a
European sales network for the launch of ReCell® and
CellSpray® products within Europe. The sales network will
promote, sell and distribute ReCell® in Germany,
Switzerland and Austria. Outside these German speaking
countries the sales network will support the promotion and
market penetration of CellSpray® products. C3 staff will
manage CellSpray® products in Germany, Switzerland and
Austria.
SALES & DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY
1. CellSpray® Products
C3’s CellSpray® products will be sold by experienced tissue engineering sales people. In
Germany, Austria and Switzerland the CellSpray® products will be sold directly into the
major burn centres by C3 employees. For the remaining European markets, the
CellSpray® products will be sold and supported by local agents from C3’s sales agent
network (see table below). In the USA, C3 will directly employ an experienced tissue
engineering sales team to sell and support the CellSpray® products. In all chosen markets
C3 will provide full surgeon and operating theatre support and assistance.
2. ReCell®
The market for ReCell® is significant and as a result C3 will outsource the distribution and
sales process to a global network of independent distributors. These distributors will buy
ReCell® stock direct from C3 and as part of their distribution agreement with C3, will be
required to actively promote and distribute ReCell® to reconstructive plastic and cosmetic
surgeons. C3 will maintain support teams in Asia-Pacific (Perth, Western Australia),
Europe (Stansted, Greater London) and USA (to be determined) to assist with ordering,
product and sales enquiries.

CELLSPRAY® XP RECEIVES SWISS APPROVAL

Tuesday 30th March 2004, PERTH, AUSTRALIA: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX: CCE)
today announced that the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health has authorised the supply of
CellSpray® XP into Switzerland.
Clinical Cell Culture Chief Executive Officer Troels Jordansen said the authorisation was an
important step for C3 and a key milestone in the Company’s plan for product commercialisation
in Europe.
“The Swiss market is an advanced biological tissue market and our products are expected to be
readily accepted by the Swiss Hospitals,” Mr Jordansen said.
“The authorisation also represents the first European country outside the EU to authorise the
use of CellSpray® XP.”
The Swiss authorisation follows C3’s earlier CellSpray® and CellSpray® XP European
approvals announced on 9 January 2004 in Germany and Austria and on 13 February 2004 in
The Netherlands and Denmark*. For more information on our CellSpray® products please refer
to www.cellspray.info
C3 will sell its products into the above markets once the Belgium Health Authority issues a
GMP certificate on behalf of C3 to Cambrex for the production of CellSpray® & CellSpray® XP.
In early March 2004 C3 submitted a supplemental CellSpray® dossier. C3 has since been in
contact with the Belgium Health Authority and it is expected that the Belgium Health Authority
will provide C3 with an outcome of their review by late April 2004.
* For use in the Danish National Hospital in Copenhagen under trial in selected patients with
Necrotising Fasciitis, a type of flesh-eating bacteria.

Auch heute wurde die Aktie in Australien nicht gehandelt. Kennt jemand die Gründe für die Kursaussetung bzw. die ausschlaggebende Nachricht?

CCE hat 23,4 Mio.Aktien zu 0,42 AU$/Stk.(letzter Kurs 0,47) an Investoren plaziert (AU$ 9,842 Mio.) und bietet an bestehende Aktionäre in Australien und Neu Zealand die Möglichkeit auch AU$ 1,5 Mio. zu 0,42 zu zeichnen. Damit will man AU$ 11,34 Mio. an Kapital auftreiben.

Eigentlich bedeutet dies dass der Kurs sich bei 0,42 zurückbilden müßte.

ReCell® C3 is pleased to report that validation work, clinical and stability data obtained for ReCell® continues to meet the company’s expectations. Data collection, including clinical data from a prospective clinical trial in Perth, will continue in the coming months and submission for CE mark is on schedule for the last quarter of 2004. A recent meeting of C3’s distributors in Europe confirmed significant market interest. The FDA 510k submission date for ReCell® for the US market approval has been brought forward, however C3 maintains its plans for market launch in the US in the 2nd half of 2005. A recent pre-launch meeting in Japan also provided positive feedback of significant market interest. Submission for Japanese market approval is expected before the end of 2004, with potential market launch during the1st half 2005. 2. CellSpray® XP The technology transfer of CellSpray® XP will experience short term delays with its introduction into the European market. Prior to the completion of the technology transfer the company needs to finalise revised validation activities. 3. CellSpray® Issues concerning the quality of some of the raw materials of CellSpray® have influenced the validation and training of laboratory technicians, which has delayed the European market introduction. TRADING HALT Thursday 25th November 2004, Perth, Australia : Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX: CCE) yesterday the company requested a trading halt in its shares pending clarification of some issues that have arisen in relation to the financial year end of the company and its subsidiaries. In May 2003, C3 shareholders voted in favour of a resolution to bring the financial year end of the holding company into alignment with a number of subsidiaries, all of which now operate with a 30 June financial year end. This week, ASIC has written to the Company raising concerns about the manner in which the financial year end dates were brought into alignment. C3 has sought legal advice on the matters raised in the letter and has started working through the issues with ASIC. As a matter of good corporate governance, C3 requested a trading halt for its shares until more definitive information is available. - ENDS -

C3 TO LAUNCH CELLSPRAY® XP CELLSPRAY® MARKET UPDATE Thursday 9 June 2005: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX: CCE) today announced that CellSpray® XP will launch commercially in Europe next week. CellSpray® XP is intended for use in patients with injuries of 10% to 30% of the body surface. The product can be made available within 48 hours of taking the biopsy. The launch event will take place in Lübeck, Germany at a Burns Specialist Conference. It is expected the first patients will be treated with CellSpray® XP by the end of June or early July 2005. Future sales of CellSpray® XP will deliver to C3 a third commercial revenue stream, on top of existing sales of ReCell® in Japan and confirmed stocking orders for ReCell® in Europe. Following the Lübeck launch at the German Speaking Paediatric Burn Meeting on 10th and 11th June, CellSpray® XP will be available for sale in those European countries where it has regulatory approval – Austria, Denmark, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland and UK. Technology transfer issues had previously delayed the market launch and CellSpray® XP has now successfully completed the additional product development and validation work needed to launch the product. CellSpray® - the sister product to CellSpray® XP – is now scheduled for launch in September 2005, having also been delayed by technology transfer issues. CellSpray® is intended for use in patients with between 30% and 90% injuries to the body. As with CellSpray® XP all the technology transfer issues have been resolved with final validation and testing currently being performed. Due to the more complex structure of CellSpray®, the commercial launch is expected to take a further three months. C3’s Managing Director Troels Jordansen said the impending launch of CellSpray® products in Europe means burn surgeons would get access to one of the most unique and applied autologous cell therapy products to treat burns and other injuries. “C3 is in a unique situation, where very few organisations have more experience with treating burns patients”, said Mr Jordansen. “At the same time, no other autologous tissue engineering company has a larger product portfolio, addressing the surgeons’ needs for new skin.” Mr Jordansen said C3 expected to become the market leader in this market within the next two to three years. www.clinicalcellculture.com

UPDATE ON RECELL® TGA APPROVAL IN AUSTRALIA
Wednesday 21 December 2005: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX: CCE) today said
that the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) had notified C3 of their intention to reject
ReCell® for approval in Australia. The notification letter received also indicates that this
position must be confirmed at the next TGA meeting in late March 2006.
This decision was very unexpected and C3 is working closely with the TGA to provide any
additional information to ensure approval is received during the first half of 2006.
C3 will be hosting an Investor Conference call Wednesday 21 December 2005, 9.45am
Sydney time. Available to answer questions will be Troels Jordansen, CEO and Andrew

Neues Eigenhaut-Verfahren schließt Hautwunden schöner

Baierbrunn/München (pts/23.02.2006/10:00) - Eine auf frische Wunden
gesprühte Lösung mit eigenen Haut-Keimzellen (Basalzellen) lässt
oberflächliche Hautwunden schöner heilen, als dies bisher mit
Hauttransplantationen gelang. Bei der in Australien entwickelten Methode
werden laut einem Bericht des Gesundheitsmagazins Apotheken Umschau aus
einem frisch entnommenen, millimeterdünnem Hautstück Basalzellen gewonnen
und unmittelbar zur Sprühlösung verarbeitet. Auf der Wunde entwickeln sie
sich zu Zellen mit unterschiedlicher Funktion, zum Beispiel Oberhaut-,
Immun- und Pigmentzellen. Die neue Haut heilt glatt, narbenarm und ohne
Farbveränderungen.
Aber auch die Selbstheilungskräfte werden angeregt, sagt Privatdozent Dr.
Ernst Magnus Noah, Rotes-Kreuz-Krankenhaus in Kassel, der mit der neuen
Methode bereits Erfahrungen sammeln konnte: "Es ist, als würden sie die
Zellen, die eine Verletzung überlebt haben, daran erinnern, sich zu
vermehren." Die mögliche Behandlungsfläche ist etwa 80-mal größer als das
zur Gewinnung benötigte Hautstückchen.

CCE hat eben ein Markt-Update herausgegeben:

Angestelltenzahl wird von 20 auf 14 Personen gekürzt.

Die Entwicklung von EpiGrow wird erstmal zurückgestellt.

FDA-Entscheidung wird für Q3 2007 erwartet und die Entscheidung zur Zulassung auf dem heimischen Markt wird am Ende des Finanzjahres fallen.

Im allgemeinen geht es um Kosteneinsparungen. Man überlegt auch, ob man im Laufe des Jahres eine erneute Kapitalerhöhung durchführt.

Hm...trotz leichter Kurserholung wird man irgendwie das mittelfristige Pleitegefühl nicht los. Der Aufschwung der Biotechwerte ist jedenfalls an CCE komplett vorbeigegangen.

Ja, diese Pleiteangst habe ich auch immer im Hinterkopf. Ok, erstes Geld kommt ja schon rein, aber bei den Ausgaben reicht es vorne und hinten net...

Die Zulassung in Australien ist nun wirksam. Dadurch auch der Kursanstieg. Die Zulassung für den US-Markt wird für 2007 erwartet.

heute +80 % in Frankfurt. Steckt da mehr dahinter als die Ankündigung des CEOs weiter Daten zum Erfolg von ReCell zu veröffentlichen?

Die Kapitalerhöhung läuft grad. Mehr wüsste ich jetzt auch nicht.

Die ASX hat gleich bei Celinical Cell nachgefragt, was der Kursanstieg auf sich hat.

Eine genaue Erklärung hätte man wohl nicht.
Wenn ich das richtig lese, vermutet man aber, dass die Investoren Präsentation die Medien erreicht hat und deshalb was läuft.

Wie auch immer. Jetzt könnte es auch mal langsam aufwärts gehen!

ReCell Approval Brazil & Turkey

15 December 2006: Clinical Cell Culture Ltd (C3, ASX: CCE) today announced that its ReCell® tissue harvesting device has been approved for commercial sales in Brazil and
Turkey.ReCell® is a unique medical device that assists plastic, cosmetic, dermatology and burn surgeons in repairing a wide range of skin defects including scar revision, hypopigmentation and vitiligo. The product is also used in a number of cosmetic procedures including laser resurfacing and dermabrasion and is intended for use in patients with injuries of up to 2% of the body surface or 320cm².
C3 Chief Executive Officer Bob Atwill said he was delighted that regulatory approval had been received on schedule in these key markets.

Da ja Weihnachten vorbei ist wünsche ich Dir und allen Anderen,
wenn auch bereits etwas verspätet, ein gutes neues Jahr.

Dein Wunsch für steigende Kurse hat sich heute ja bereits erfüllt.

Um 14:26 sind 12'500 Stück zu 0.073 Euro + 32 % , gehandelt worden.
Allerdings weiss ich nicht weshalb.

Hi Chlorophyll...frohes Neues nochmal.
Warum weis ich leider auch noch nicht.....aber da hat schon einer eingesackt was geht.
Ist mir leider zuvorgekommen....habe auch noch eine Order von 30000 stk in Frankfurt stehen....leider habe ich nichts bekommen...wegen Abstauberlimit 0,055 €.

Ich habe es im Gefühl...das wir hier bald eine grüne Wiese mähen können.

Trotzdem scheint was im Busch zu sein...Der Chart frischt sich langsam und beständig auf.

Es geht weiter nach oben!
In Australien bei 0.155 + 6.9% entsprechend rund 0.09 EUR.
Letzter bezahlter Wert in Berlin lag bei 0.079. Am Freitag nichts gehandelt.
Demnach liegt ein beträchtliches Potential für heute drin.

interessant ist, dass die kurssteigerungen von weiterhin hohem volumen begleitet werden. immerhin 12,5 mio. stücke.

das hoch lag im übrigen heute bereits bei 0,165.

Habe leider gar keinen guten Bericht.
Musst Deine, und auch wir die Unsrigen, leider weiter verstauben lassen!
Die Hoffnung, dass sich dieser Wert endlich weiter entwickelt, ist vorerst begraben.

Zur Zeit in Australien 03.06pm bei 0.090 AU$ -33% (entspricht ca. 0.54 EUR) bei einem grossen Umsatz von 45 Mio.Stück.

Dies vorallem wegen diesem Bericht:

Biotechnology company Clinical Cell Culture Ltd says its full year revenue guidance won't be met due to lower-than-expected sales and approval delays.

The skin burn technology and treatments developer had said in January that it was targeting revenue of $5-$7 million for the year.

But chief executive Bob Atwill said lower-than-expected sales from existing and new markets as well as delays in approvals in major countries, which had only recently become apparent, meant the target won't be achieved.

Mr Atwill said revenue was expected to be similar to last year's $1.1 million
