Target Audience
Q: Who can be an IFEX member?
A: Private investors.

Q: How many members does IFEX expect to get?
A: IFEX aims to attract a few thousand active members. The total population of European private investors is appr. 1.5 million.

Q: How will IFEX find members?
A: IFEX will launch its services on country by country basis. In each country, a local IFEX Business Development Director will address networks of private investors.


Investment opportunities and process
Q: How does IFEX get investment opportunities for its members?
A: The BICs select SMEs that are looking for funding. On average, only 10% of all Business Plans submitted to a BIC is accepted. The SME provides information for the IFEX database.

Q: How are investment opportunities presented?
A: Via the IFEX website, IFEX members get access to a database of structured business plan summaries, presenting all relevant details. Members can specify their investment interest profile, and receive alerts and notifications of relevant business plans.

A demo of the website is available.

Q: What is the average capital requirement?
A: At launch time, IFEX has SME Business Plans in its database presenting investment opportunities with capital requirements in the range of euro 100.000 - euro 5.000.000.

Q: How many investment opportunities can IFEX present?
A: IFEX expects to add 1-5 new Business Plans to its database every day. All Business Plans will be screened and pre-qualified by BICs.

Q: What happens when a member (investor) is interested in an investment opportunity?
A: After the investor has signed a non disclosure agreement (NDA), the investor gets - under certain conditions - access to detailed information. IFEX and the local BIC will also facilitate direct communication between the investor and the entrepreneur/management team of the SME.

Q: Do investors have to work with BICs in their own country?
A: No, IFEX gives investors access to all BICs.

Q: Where are BICs located?
A: There are BICs in over 20 European countries.

Q: What is the role of EBN?
A: EBN is the leading European network gathering 160 Business and Innovation centres (BICs). EBN was created about 20 years ago by the European Commission and European Industry leaders. EBN is a Brussels-based team of 10 people co-ordinating the activities of the BICs and providing services to them, including implementation of international projects/contracts with the EC.

Q: In which countries is IFEX active?
A: IFEX launches its services to private investors on a country by country basis in Europe. Via IFEX, private investors get access to investment opportunities in all countries in which BICs are active. In addition to most European countries, this includes a few non-European countries.

Q: What services does IFEX provide?
A: IFEX provides three types of services.
Innovation Finance: pan-European match making between Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and (private) investors.
Equity Exchange: pan-European (secondary) marketplace for shares in companies (SMEs) that are not publicly listed.
Investment Banking: corporate finance services for SMEs, investors and companies dealing with SMEs.


Membership
Q: How can I become a member?
A: Via the website (www.ifexeurope.com), by contacting the local Business Development Director, or via the IFEX call centre.

Q: What does a membership imply?
A: Private investors can become IFEX member after they have paid the annual membership fee. Members have access to investment opportunities and can use IFEX to communicate with other members and set up co-investment pools. Members will receive a personal password that they can use to access the IFEX database and use services at the IFEX website. One of the services is a personal investment interest profile. Additional information can be found at www.ifexeurope.com.


Finance
Q: Which business does IFEX generate?
A: IFEX has three businesses (Innovation Finance, Equity Exchange and Investment Banking) that will lead to four types of revenues:
membership fees
services fees (related to match making, investment banking and corporate finance)
brokerage fees
publishing fees


Organisation
Q: Is IFEX a virtual organisation?
A: No. IFEX has offices in England, the Netherlands and Denmark and Business Development Directors based in several European countries.

Q: Is IFEX launching a stock exchange, like Euronext or LSE?
A: No. The Innovation Finance division provides publishing and membership services. The Investment Banking division provides corporate finance services.The Equity Exchange, that will be launched later, may develop into a pan-European exchange of unquoted stocks. However, the Equity Exchange will only facilitate 1:1 transactions between members. There are no plans to list stocks at IFEX, or provide clearing and settlement services.

What is the current Management structure at IFEX NV?
At the EGM on 26 May 2003 Mr Niels A. Reijers was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Management Board and Mr Simon Holland was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr John Palmer has since resigned as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.




What is happening with regard to the submission of the new prospectus and the issue of new shares?
It is estimated that the prospectus will be filed with Frankfurt Stock Exchange by mid-September 2003 and the new shares listed on FSE by mid to end October 2003.




What was the rationale behind the IFEX reverse takeover?
LetsBuyIt.com was a very high profile and widely held company with an exceptionally large number of shareholders. Effecting a reverse takeover of the listed shell provided several significant advantages for IFEX including: (1) the saving of considerable time and money that would normally be associated with listing a company; (2) high visibility; (3) substantial future liquidity etc.

IFEX Management hope that the Company will be able to reward loyal shareholders with an increase in real values, continued growth and the novelty of profits.

EBN was created in 1984 on the initiative of the European Commission and European industry leaders. 18 years later , EBN has become a kaleidoscope of transnational innovative clusters and it became obvious that there was a common interest both for the European Commission and these industrial investors interested in innovation to seed the roots of strategic partnerships with recognised business support organisations such as the BICs, which in turn provide a link with entrepreneurs throughout Europe.

EBN is recognised by the European Commission as the organisation representing the BICs. As such, EBN has been granted by the European Commission the exclusive licence management of the BIC trademark (for further information on this item, please consult the chapter on Quality).

Besides, EBN is regularly consulted by the European Commission in specific fields such as entrepreneurship, business creation and clustering for the design of studies and reports.

EBN is also one of the service providers of the European Commission in different contracts directly related to European programmes.



The European Space Agency (ESA)

The ESA has developed a partnership with EBN through the European Space Incubators Network (ESINET). Through this partnership, both the ESA and EBN will facilitate a better access and understanding of space technologies in non-space markets, generate added value to national, regional and European authorities through the rapid diffusion of space technologies and the creation of innovative SMEs, and produce long-term economic benefits for space industry. At the EBN Business.Connect convention in Madeira February 2002, EBN announced a strategic partnership with BT one of the world`s leading providers of telecommunication services. This partnership is based on the complementary nature of their objectives and interests in regional development, and the pivotal role which both organisations could play in e-enabling the SME sector across Europe.

In 2002 BT supported EBN in developing the final version of the EBN Business.Connect portal which forms one of the cornerstones of EBN`s communication strategy with its members in the coming years. BT has also supported the re-structuring of the EBN web-site and will continue to support further project-related development in the future.

After an investigation study on the interest of the BIC network in participating in an e-Ten proposal (this programme is designed to help the deployment of telecommunication networks based services with a trans-European dimension) to upgrade their ICT infrastructure, 76% expressed their interest identifying high bandwidth services as the area of most interest.

EBN, in association with BT is now preparing a call for the next e-TEN (Trans-European Telecommunication Networks) call which will be issued in Spring 2003.

An instrument to assist regional development and businesses
The BICs provide support for innovative businessmen and developing SMEs. Their task is to help create new generations of innovative SMEs and to develop and modernise those which already exist, as part of the process of industrial spatial planning. Through their "risk-adviser" approach based on a professional approach to business, the BICs have an important role to play in the disadvantaged regions. The results of their work led the European Commission to recommend, in its Guidelines for the Structural Funds 2000-2006 that the regional programmes should encourage the establishment of such structures in all assisted areas and more intensive use of the existing BICs in implementing regional development measures.

Naja ich habe nicht dirket nach IFEX und den Zahlen gefragt, weil dann hätten die darauf sowieso nicht geantwortet. Also habe ich gefragt, warum man sich auf ifexgroup.com mit einem Passwort im Aktionärsclub (cooles Wort)anmelden muss, aber sich danach nirgends damit einloggen kann um seine daten zu ändern.

Naja die Anwort wußte ich selbst, aber mir war mal nach nachfragen. Das Tool ist noch nicht online, wird wohl kommen, bis dahin muss man sich ans irportal wenden, wenn man seine Daten ändern will.

Würde ja gern mal wissen wieviel Leute sich im Aktionärsclub angemeldet haben.

Hab mir mal heute die Bedingungen für den Generalstandard
angesehen, auf der Seite von der Deutschen Boerse.
Da wurde für ich auf die Seite www.bafin.de verwiesen und
habe was im Börsengesetz gefunden.

Unsere Ifex will noch neue Aktien ausgeben und ihr Prospekt Mitte September bei der Zulassungsstelle einreichen. Diese muß innerhalb von 15Tagen über dieses Prospekt entscheiden, danach darf das Unternehmen seine Zahlen vorlegen.
Nach meiner Berechnung ist nicht vor Oktober mit was neuem zu rechnen.
Korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege.

stelle da mal eine Theorie auf:

Es war doch vor einigen Monaten da wurde die 938006 vom Handel ausgesetzt, d.h.: die ganzen Limits wurden gestrichen. So nun wusste das natürlich jemand und hat sich mit einigen Millionen auf bid und ask 0.002/0.003 positioniert dann haben wir genau die Situation wie heute
ausser einer von Euch erzählt mir das die 100Mio ihm gehören was ich wahrscheinlich nicht glaube, das Spielchen geht ja auf Xetra, so und damals der unlimierte Kauf war nur ein Probegalopp, der sich eventuell wiederholen könnte oder auch nicht, wie seht ihr das ???????????

man bekommt für 100 Letsbuyit.com´s eine IFEX, nur dass dann eine IFEX nur 0,10 Euro wert ist, welches einen jetzigen Wert von 0,001 Euro entspricht, der jetzige Kurs liegt aber bei 0,002 Euro, also doppelt so hoch...

viel Spass beim Verkaufen..., denn danach dürfte sie noch weiter fallen, also unter 0,10 Euro...
