Intasys to Sell Billing Technology Subsidiaries-Focus Exclusively on Profitable Mamma.Com
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE--Intasys Corporation, (the "Company", (NASDAQ:INTA - News), announces that it has received an offer for the sale of its wireless billing subsidiaries, Intasys Billing Technologies, ("IBT". The Company has agreed to this sale in order to concentrate exclusively on its profitable and growing meta-search engine and on-line marketing business, Mamma.com Inc. Due diligence is presently under way, and Management expects this transaction to close before the end of the current year.
Intasys` Chairman and CEO David Goldman stated that: "As the Company recently reported, `management is actively exploring ways of dealing with IBT to maximize its value for our shareholders`. This contemplated sale is seen as the best way of realizing the maximum value of IBT for our shareholders, while allowing the Company to concentrate its resources on the continued growth of our highly successful leading meta-search engine and one-stop-shop on-line marketing business, Mamma.com Inc.
"As previously reported, Mamma.com`s revenues and earnings before taxes grew significantly in the first half of 2003, and Mamma.com has now been profitable for five consecutive quarters. Our current cash and cash equivalents, combined with the contemplated proceeds from the sale of IBT should enable us to more aggressively pursue our policy of achieving accelerated growth through M & A opportunities complimentary to Mamma.com" concluded Goldman.

Da steht eine völlige Neubewertung an! Der Verlustbringer ist weg. Die werden heute in den USA durch die Decke gehen. Vergleichbare Suchmaschinen sind das Dreifache wert! Jetzt noch günstig eindecken, bevor die Amis alles aufsaugen!

*lol* Wenn eine Aktie in Deutschland mit fast 10% Aufgeld gehandelt wird, verkaufe ich eher, als dass ich kaufe. Die Aktie ist schon gut gelaufen, alle Fakten schon ein paar Tage bekannt. Ich rechne mit einer unveränderten Eröffnung.
Intasys wird an der Nasdaq heute kräftig zulegen. Silicon Investor bringt aktuell einen Bericht herausgegeben, indem Intasys mit strong buy bewertet wird.
*brüll* Vorbörslich noch nicht ein Kurs. Wenn die Amis in einen Wert wollen, dann stürzen die sich vorbörslich bereits darauf und warten nicht auf die Hauptbörse. Wer bei den blutroten Futures noch immer an eine positive Eröffnung glaubt, ist ein Träumer. Der Schlusskurs entspricht 3,73 und ich denke, dass die eher im Minus eröffnen. Also Vorsicht, da wurde mal wieder abgezockt!
