CALGARY, ALBERTA--Blue Parrot Energy announces it has applied for its first phase of drilling licenses in their Bonnie Glen Cardium A unit Southwest of Edmonton.
The first phase of its four-phase program consists of 4 wells drilled from a single pad located at 5-19-46-27 W4.

The four wells in the application will be drilled in the following
order;
1) 5-19-46-27 W4
2) 4-19-46-27 W4
3) 1-24-46-28 W4
4) 8-24-46-28 W4

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Blue Parrot Energy Inc (BPA-TSX.V- BPX.BE-Berlin) is pleased to announce that construction is now underway on a new gas pipeline that will connect the Company`s collection battery at 1-35-46-28 W4 to the new well site 5-19-46-27 W5, the location of the Company`s four planned new wells.

The pipeline will collect oil and solution gas from the new wells and deliver it to the Company`s main battery for processing and delivery. Completion of the pipeline is scheduled to coincide with the completion of the drilling of the first new wells.

Blue Parrot Energy Inc. announces Spudding of First Well in their 17 Well Program


Calgary, Alberta - Blue Parrot Energy Inc (BPA-TSX.V- BPX.BE-Berlin) is pleased to announce the spudding of there first well (5-19-46-27W4) in their four well program of 17 wells. The wells are to be drilled from a single pad and will be tied into a new pipeline which is presently under construction. Drilling from a single pad enables the company to reduce equipment and tie in costs and also eliminates three single well battery`s. Each well is at an average depth of 1300 m (4200 ft) and should take four to five days each to rig release. The drilling costs will determine whether all four wells will be drilled and cased prior to rig release.

Blue Parrot Energy Inc. (TSX.V BPA–$0.34 USD- Berlin-BPX:BE)

– The company disclosed that early indications exceed expectations on Wells 4/19 and 5/19, which commenced production at a rate of 0.5 cubic meter per hour of oil each, equating to 12 cubic meters per day, or 70-75 barrels of oil per day, without considering gas production, which is yet to be monitored. The 8/24 Well is expected to commence production by the end of this week and all three will be tied into the company`s new pipeline by the end of this week. At that time, gas production will be conserved, monitored, and reported on. Well 1/24, the last of the four new wells in this phase one program, is scheduled to be traced June 4 and expected to be in production early next week with an immediate tie-in to the pipeline.

Blue Parrot Announces $2,500,000 Financing

Blue Parrot Energy Inc. (BPA-TSX.V) announces it intends to raise up to $2.5 million by issuing, on a private placement basis, up to 5,000,000 flow-through common shares at $0.42 per share and up to 1,000,000 equity units at $0.40 per unit. Each equity unit will consist of one common share and one warrant, each entitling the holder to acquire a common share at $0.60 per share for a period of two years. The Company may conduct the financing with the assistance of an agent. Subject to regulatory approval, closing of the financing is expected to occur by November 15, 2004. It is anticipated that directors and officers of the Company will participate in the financing. The proceeds of the private placement are expected to be used for exploration and development drilling and general corporate purposes.
