iBIZ`s Virtual Laser Keyboard Is Now Available from the Web
Wednesday January 14, 12:54 pm ET
Innovative Virtual Keyboard Can Now Be Purchased from the iBIZ Website

PHOENIX, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT - News), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, today announced that the Virtual Laser Keyboard is now available for pre-order from their site at http://store.yahoo.com/ibizpda/ .

Ken Schilling, President and Chief Executive Officer of iBIZ Technology Corp stated, " Yesterday afternoon we began taking pre-orders from our web site for our Virtual Keyboard. Even without an announcement that the product was available for pre-order, the first hour sales were impressive and appear to be a solid barometer of this product`s ongoing success. More importantly, the anticipation by consumers for this product has been overwhelming. We are excited to be making delivery on the first units in approximately thirty days and look forward to placing this evolutionary product on retailers` shelves."

For $99.99, users will receive a cutting edge device, which has recently received the media attention of CNBC, CNN, TechTV, and additional top tier media outlets.

iBIZ`s Virtual Laser Keyboard provides a full-size QWERTY keyboard, smaller and more convenient to use than the folding-type keyboards, and similar to them in functionality. It is the perfect portable input device for PDA`s, or can be used as an everyday keyboard for notebook or desktop PC`s. It is similar in responsiveness to regular keyboards, but extremely futuristic looking, with its projected laser image.

The Virtual Laser Keyboard requires no special training. The keyboard employs a USB/serial cable connection to communicate with the PDA or PC. Future models will incorporate Bluetooth and/or IR Wireless Connections to a variety of devices. The lightweight device weighs two ounces and is similar in size to a disposable cigarette lighter. The Virtual Laser Keyboard includes a self-contained, rechargeable lithium ion battery. It provides the Virtual Laser Keyboard with its own internal power supply, so it doesn`t drain any battery power from the PDA or PC. The battery lasts three to four hours, more than enough time to do some instant messaging and SMS messaging from the handheld device or to update calendar and phone book entries. The device can also be plugged directly into an A/C outlet for continuous typing requirements.

The Virtual Laser Keyboard is ideal for well-lit offices. It`s also an excellent choice for any workplace that has clean rooms and medical facilities, and any industry that requires a dirt-free environment. In the education industry keyboards are the highest single point of failure due to the constant abuse they receive on a daily basis. The classroom keyboard also harbors an incredible amount of debris and germs. Our Virtual Keyboard will eliminate not only the cost of maintaining mechanical keyboards in volatile locations, but will help to maintain a healthy environment as well.

The Virtual Laser Keyboard is compatible with Palm, Pocket PCs, laptops and desktop PCs. An upcoming version for cell phones will be available in 4th quarter 2004. The Virtual Laser Keyboard will be available this quarter for $99.99 from major retailers and other e-commerce sites.

Wollte eigentlich nur, daß sich einige die Aktie mal genau ansehen, weil ich denke, daß mit dem neuen Produkt große Umsätze generiert werden könnten:eek:

iBIZ Corp. Reports Results From CES 2004
Friday January 16, 1:27 pm ET

PHOENIX, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT - News), a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDA) and hand-held devices, reports CES 2004 as the best showcase ever for iBIZ products.
"CES 2004 was the highlight of our twenty four year history as iBIZ had more visibility than ever before at any show we have attended in the past," said Ken Schilling, President & CEO of iBIZ Technology Corp. "Certainly, the introduction of our Virtual Keyboard drew a great deal of attention to our company and our products. Being nominated for Tech TV`s Best of CES certainly was an early milestone and a barometer for how successful the Virtual keyboard will become in the coming months."

Schilling further commented, "Even before CES, we began accumulating a back log of orders for the Virtual Keyboard. Today we have accumulated a substantial backlog from various retailers around the country and as a result of our exposure at CES, that number grows daily. Additionally, the Virtual Keyboard has allowed us to leverage our other products together with a product offering for retailers that is unmatched in our four years of providing PDA accessories. Our own web sales for the Virtual keyboard continue to grow. To that end, we received more pre-orders for the Virtual Keyboard in the first twenty-four hours on our site than any other product we have introduced sold in an entire month. It is truly exciting to watch the enthusiasm surrounding this product. We look forward to the other opportunities this technology will bring as we continue to embrace its dynamics."

"I didn`t arrive at CES until Saturday morning," commented Mark Perkins, Executive Vice President of iBIZ Technology, "which, historically, is a much slower day than Thursday and Friday, and couldn`t believe the traffic in our booth. The response to the Virtual Keyboard, and to the line of iBIZ products as a whole, was absolutely incredible. Even on Sunday, when most vendors were asleep in their booths, we were swamped."

Commenting on the incredible increase in investor and customer calls coming into iBIZ headquarters since CES, Perkins noted, "Many of the calls we receive, whether they are for investment reasons or simply a potential customer looking for a retail location to purchase the new Virtual Keyboard, are asking for information regarding retailers. They basically want to know `Who,` `When` and `How Many.` Unfortunately, we cannot release any information until these various retailers have approved the respective press releases through their legal departments. But I would like to assure all those interested, we will release this information as quickly as possible."
