Maximum Dynamics` Strategic Partner Announces Pilot Project

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Feb 4, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MXDY), a technology solutions company, announced today that its strategic partner, Hiper Systems de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (Hiper Systems), has secured a pilot project with a major Mexican bottling company that owns the license in five states in Mexico to manufacture and distribute some of the most recognized soda brands in the world, food and other beverage products. The bottling company`s distribution accounts for approximately 25% of the Mexican market.

Hiper Systems chose Maximum`s mobile point of sale electronic funds transfer device, M.POS2002, for the pilot project and will test about a dozen units in selected distribution routes for the bottling company. Two of the brands that will be involved in the pilot include Refremex and Cadbury Schweppes.

"Upon successful completion of this pilot project, we believe we can sell a substantial number of M.POS2002 units to the bottling company as well as to our other customers," said Eduardo Martinez, Director of Hiper Systems and Project Director for the pilot project with the bottling company. "We are focused on completing the pilot and securing sales contracts of MPOS units with our customers as quickly as possible. I believe orders from the bottling company alone could be substantial with a majority of the order being fulfilled this year."

Maximum Dynamics Announces Project Management Contract
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Maximum
Dynamics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MXDY), a technology solutions, announced
today that it has been awarded a contract to provide international project
management services to South African based Enigma Switching Systems, (Pty),
Ltd. (Enigma).
Enigma is a technology solutions company that provides software
programming, hardware integration and infrastructure development for
electronic funds transfer, mobile point of sale, smart cards, wireless and
cellular solutions and services. Enigma has asked Maximum to manage three of
its projects currently being launched. One of the projects is a village
banking software and systems development project that will utilize Maximum`s
mobile point of sale unit, MPOS2002. Management from both companies agrees
that the contract value for Maximum is at least $1 million per year with
actual figures to be ascertained within the next two months when Enigma
