Is there a filing deadline?

I remember reading somewhere regarding a filing that needed to occur sometime before March of 2005. Anyone know if there is a deadlne on all of this, and what, if any, are the consequences if they are not met?

90 days to file a 10 K. Since we aren`t even filing... there is no consequence.

Ok so that would apply if we were in fact filing right now. Not sure why March `05 sticks out as a key month for filing and there being some type of consequence.
