Hong Kong Signing Ceremony Formalizes Relationship to BringMobile/ Wearable Computing Technologies to China

Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Ltd. (" SoftbankStrategic" , stock code: 0648 HK, www.softbank.com.hk) and XybernautCorporation (" Xybernaut" , stock code: Nasdaq:XYBR, www.xybernaut.com)announced that the Companies have finalized their agreement to form ajoint venture (JV) company to take Xybernaut intellectual property(IP), products and solutions to the People´s Republic of China (PRC).
