      Es handelt sich um:

      IMAGIS ( WKN A0BMQ2 )

      Vorab: Die Comdirect Bank hat nach meiner Anfrage gestern ihre falschen Daten berichtigt.

      Statt 1,5 Mill. Aktien wurden nur 15.000 Stücke gehandelt!
      :(

      Dafür war aber immerhin die Prozentzahl richtig angegeben:
      + 15% auf 0,69 Can$ :)
      Das entspricht ca. 0,45€.

      In Deutschland liegt die Taxe bei aktuell 0,4-0,49€. - sehr fair gepriced.

      Für mich stellt diese Aktie weiterhin eine starke Gewinnspekulation dar:

      - US-Regierung will dieses Jahr verstärkt in den Terrorschutz investieren

      - IMAGIS stellt unbestritten die beste Sicherheitssoftware
      für Flughäfen und zur Sicherung persönlicher Daten her

      - zahlreiche vielversprechende Koorperationen und Verträge abgeschlossen, die sich in 2004 positiv auswirken werden

      - Website www.imagis.com mit ausführlichen Erläuterungen zu allen wesentlichen Firmenfragen

      Nach dem Re-Split ca. 45% im Minus - hier sollte ein Rebound unmittelbar bvorstehen!

      Der Aktionär


      Die Experten des Anlegermagazins "Der Aktionär" bewerten die Aktie von Imagis (WKN 934634; neu: A0BMQ2) als spekulativ.

      Die Attentate in den USA erscheinen nicht zuletzt die Folge einer Reihe von versäumten oder unzureichenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, so die Experten. Neben der geforderten Erhöhung der Sicherheit im Internet bedürfen auch Vorsichtsmaßnahmen einer Verbesserung, die von realen Menschen begangen würden. Aus der Riege der Sicherheitsunternehmen seien vor allem die Spezialisten aus dem Bereich Biometrie gefordert. Dies sei eine Technologie, die die Identität von Personen aufgrund ihrer individuellen persönlichen Merkmale eindeutig feststellen könne.

      Diesen Bereich teile man in zwei Bereiche: der physikalisch-charakteristischen und den der Verhaltensbiometrie. Zur ersten würde der Finger- und Handflächenabdruck, das Scannen des Gesichtes, die Vermessung der Geometrie der Hand, der Scan der Netzhaut und der Iris und die DAN- und Haarprobe gehören. Zur Verhaltensbiometrie würden die Spracherkennung, die Probe der Unterschrift, der Tastenanschlag und eine Identifizierung durch die Gangart gehören.

      Die Marktkapitalisierung des Unternehmens betrage 14 Millionen US-Dollar. Durch die geringe Größe des Unternehmens sei die Aktie als äußerst spekulativ anzusehen. Durch die aktuellen Ereignisse solle man jedoch ein Engagement anhand einer kleinen Position in Erwägung ziehen. Da jederzeit kurzfristige Korrekturen um 20 Prozent drin seien, wollen die Experten des Anlegermagazins von einem Stoppkurs absehen.

      Langfristig sei aufgrund der sich abzeichnenden Entwicklung des gesamten Sektors allerdings einiges an Performance bei der Aktie von Imagis zu erwarten, so die Experten des Anlegermagazins "Der Aktionär", die ein Kursziel von 2,50 Euro sehen. 2001 Empfehlung! :eek:

      Imagis Technologies Inc. (`Imagis`) (OTCBB:IMTIF; TSX-V:WSI; DE:IGYA) announced today the appointments of Mssrs. Clyde Farnsworth and Keith Kretschmer to the Company`s Board of Directors. Mr. Farnsworth, who served as a Director of the US Federal Reserve Sydw
      stem from 1981 to 1999, will be the Head of the Company`s Audit Committee. Mr. Kretschmer, the former Managing Director of Oppenheimer Capital, will be the Head of the Company`s Compensation Committee.
