Matthew E. Stasior and Brownell Combs II to the board of directors.
The two are established leaders in the Internet and horse racing
industries.

$14.4 million. Mr. Combs was also one of the five founders of the
Breeders Cup, the Super Bowl of horse racing, and was a past president
of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners, now known
as Racing Commissioners International (RCI), a thoroughbred racing
regulatory body. Mr. Combs has for years been actively involved in
numerous charitable and philanthropic organizations. An expert and
innovator in the horse racing industry, Mr. Combs` skills and
