Ich habe keine Ahnung warum die Aktie so gefallen ist und nun wieder Ihren Frühling erlebt ( über 200% in kurzer Zeit).


Wer weiß was Konkretes ??

Da die News aber immer nur in englisch erscheinen, weis ich auch nichts konkretes, aber vielleicht wird die Aktie auch mal an deutschen Börsen gehandelt und dadurch bekannter.

bin auch investiert. Habe mir nur 6500 St zugelegt bei 0,12 USD. Dachte das war äußerst günstig, nachdem Gwin letztes Jahr bei 0,25 empfohlen wurde. Hat sich auch bestätigt. Nun bin ich am überlegen wie weiter. Hbe aber fast keine Infos. Wenn Du was hast, auch in englisch, kein Problem. Stelle es ins Board, ich denke ich sollte das lesen können.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 2003--GWIN Inc. (OTCBB: GWNI)announced today its first quarter results with revenues increasing 48percent over the comparable 2002 period. For the three-month periodending Oct. 31, 2003, revenues increased 48 percent to $2,306,987compared to $1,549,478 for the same period in 2002, and operating lossimproved 75 percent with a three-month operating loss of ($394,053) in2003 compared to ($1,604,301) for the same period in 2002. Even moreimpressive is that the net loss for the period declined by 80 percentto ($590,458) compared to ($2,973,873) or ($0.01) per diluted sharecompared to ($0.14) for the comparable period in 2002.
These improved results were achieved by a strong 25 percentcontinued growth in services revenue and a 494 percent growth inadvertising revenues, combined with a 14 percent reduction inoperating expenses.

Gwin hat im Ersten Quartal (bis 31. Okt. 2003) +48% Umstz gegenüber dem Vorjahreaquartal gemacht. 2,306 mio zu 1,549 mio.

Der Operative Verlust verringerte sich von 1,604 mio (1, Quartal 2002) zu 394.053 im 1. Q. 2003 (= -75%).

Der Netto Verlust verringerte sich von 2,973 mio (1, Quartal 2002) zu 590.458 im 1. Q. 2003 (= -80%). oder von -14 ct auf - 1 ct je Aktie.

Das Ergebnis resultiert aus einer steigerung von 25% im Service, 495% in Werbung in Verbindung mit 14% Einsparung in Verwaltungsausgaben.

ich sehe das genauso.

Ich habe nochmals die Zahlen (gesch. Umsatz von 2003 verglichen, die ich bei einer Analyse vom Sept. ?? 2003 gelesen habe. Die waren wohl schlechter als es wohl nun sein wird.
Und da wurde Gwin bei etwa 0,34 USD zum Kauf empfohlen, mit einem Ziel von 1,20 innerhalb von 24 Monaten.

Q1 mit 2,3 mio.
Q2 wird wohl ähnlich
Q3 und Q44 erfahrungsgemß wesentlich schwächer.
sollten aber trotzdem wohl über 7 mio Umsatz werden. Und die effektivität wird besser.
Der Break-even dürfte wohl bevor stehen.

Ich bin bei 0,12 rein und werde drin bleiben.

Was mich zur Zeit auch bestätigt ist, daß nach der Steigerung von 0,09 auf Intraday high 0,33 zur Zeit kaum was abfegeben wird.
Gut mal nichts, mal einen ct. aber ich bin mir sicher, bald sehen wir die 0,38 USD und evtl mehr.

Habe ein Mail an die Leite geschickt, mit der Bitte News mitzuteilen, mich auf einen E.Mailverteiler zu nehmen, ge3fragt, wann die nächsten Zahlen kommen.....

Q2 glaube ich ist am Ende März beendet. das sollte Auftrieb geben.

Das sollte doch unser Baby sein.

Gehe davon aus, daß bald ein paar Investorbriefe Gwin aufgreifen, und dann könnte es abgehen.

Das mit Berlin finde ich gut, schade allerding, dass momentan alles so einbricht, man weis einfach nicht wie man sich verhalten soll. Zum verkaufen ist es zu spät. Aber was soll es, ich habe GWIN sowie so als langfristige Investition gesehen.

hatte mich auch geärgert bei 0,30 USD nicht raus zu sein.
Denke aber daß letzten Donnerstag mit 0,17 das Tief da war.
Sollte jetzt wieder hoch gehen.

Berlin ist zwar gut, aber kein Handel. Ich warte noch auf die Pusher. Die kommen auch noch irgendwann, dann geht es wieder richtig bergauf.
