Also dieses Papier und der kommende Dienstag sind mir schon einen eigenen Thread wert.

Die letzten Zahlen ( möchte nicht alles wiederholen + 232 % und so ) liessen das Papier schon einmal heftig ansteigen. Sollten am Dienstag nur annähernd solche Zahlen kommen wird es wieder einen drastischen Anstieg geben.

Ich mag die Betreffs nicht, welche mit dausend und blauen, rollenden Kulleraugen auf irgendetwas hinweisen wollen. Seht es als Push oder nicht, aber auch der Anstieg von 0,025 auf 0,05 Cent sind 100 % !!!

Der Boden ist längst gefunden, wo ist also das Risiko ?

Ich habe tüchtig aufgestockt und warte auf Dienstag.

Sagt nicht ihr hättet von nichts gewußt !

Dann erklär mir doch diesen Satz aus dem letzten Quartalsbericht:
"In 2003, the orders made by the relevant PRC government departments increased significantly as compared to the previous year. Due to the Company’s technological and both service and product quality improvement in 2003, the delivery of our radio trunking systems integration to the government departments will have been completed as planned by the end of 2003."

Bedeutet das, dass erst mal Schluss ist mit den Aufträgen? Oder wollen sie nur sagen, dass sie ordentlich liefern konnten?

Du hast ja einen relativ guten Übersetzer!

Aber da ist doch auch eine Nuance von beendeter Auslieferung - nicht nur von Lieferung wie geplant, oder? Ich bin mir natürlich nicht sicher, aber es hat mich stutzig gemacht. Und die verstärkten Lieferungen an den Staat passen ja zu den besseren Umsätzen. Staatliche Stellen sind wohl die Hauptkunden von Neolink.

Spätestens im 1. Quartalsbericht 2004 - also Anfang Mai - wird man mehr wissen. Vielleicht ist es ja auch ganz anders.

Was ihr mitteilt, ist aber sachlich schief:

1. Neolink ist eine EMI-Empfehlung. Vorher hat sich niemand in Deutschland für diese Aktie interessiert.

2. EMI empfahl 31.Oktober/Anfang November. Das ist an den Frankfurter Umsätzen exquisit zu sehen: Von 0 Stück am 30. Oktober auf 62 Mio Stück am 3. November. Interessant ist, dass vorher schon der Kurs in Hongkong angehoben wurde.

3. Die Ergebnisse haben mit dem Kursanstieg wenig zu tun. Wie sahen sie denn aus?
Die im November veröffentlichten Ergebnisse:
10,7 Mio Umsatz bei 2,76 Mio Gewinn.
Börsenreaktion: Am 13.11., bei Bekanntgabe der Ergebnisse, war Neolink schon wieder auf dem absteigenden Ast.

Und wie sahen die Ergebnisse des Quartals vorher aus? 10,7 Mio Umsatz bei 2,66 Mio Gewinn. Also sehr ähnlich wie die Ergebnisse des nächsten Quartals, die hier jetzt so gelobt werden.

Bereits im 2. Quartal fand also die Ergebnisverbesserung statt. Das hat niemanden in Hongkong interessiert. Diese ersten besseren Ergebnisse kamen am 13.8.2003. In der Ergebnisveröffentlichung ist der Gewinnanstieg angegeben: 1315%. Und was sagte die Börse dazu? Normale Umsätze und konstante Kurse von 0,1 HKD.

Fazit: Sowohl für den letzten Quartalsbericht wie den Quartalbericht zuvor gilt: bessere Kurse macht nur der EMI.

das ist vollkommen korrekt. Diesen Montag ist Investnet angesagt bei EMI. Die Zahlen von Neolink wurden zwar schon erwähnt, es gab jedoch keine große Kaufempfehlung wie damals. Wir müssen also allein auf noch bessere Zahlen hoffen.

Das sich in Berlin nichts tut läßt mich erstmal kalt, da der Kurs in HK gemacht wird. Und die wissen noch nichts von den Zahlen, da die nach Börsenschluß erschienen sind.

Vorausgesetzt im letzten Quartal wird der gleiche Profit wie im 3. Quartal erzielt, erwirtschaftet Neolink 1,62 HKD
für das laufende GJ.
Dies entspräche auf heutige Sicht einem KGV von > 15!

langsam gewinne ich den Eindruck, daß erst der ganze GEM-Index entdeckt werden muß, bevor sowas wie Neolink überhaupt nennenswert gehandelt wird. Es gibt mehr Firmen, die gute Zahlen haben, da tut sich auch nichts. Außer vielleicht mal ne Kapitalerhöhung (Cash).

Als EMI- Lemming kann ich hiermit dienen (Zitat aus der heutigen Print- Version):

Also aussteigen solltest Du auf keinen Fall.
Diese Klitsche ;-) lieferte gute Zahlen und der Kurs ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Absolut unterbewertet.

Wenn durch gute News wieder jemand darauf aufmerksam wird geht es schnell wieder nach oben.

Ich weiß nicht viel Money Du daran gebunden hast, aber ich würde es liegen lassen.

Sicherlich hatte ich mir auch einen schnelleren Kursanstieg bei den letzten Zahlen versprochen ( mein Chopper muss bezahlt werden ), aber es kam halt anders.
Da NeoLink jedoch Aufträge und wachsenden Umsatz hat wird nur Konfuzius die momentane Bewertung verstehen.

In China ist langfristig die Olympiade.

Ich lasse meine > 100K liegen bis wir wieder deutlich besser werden.

Also Freunde,
lest euch halt den Jahresbericht genau durch,
soweit ich den verstehe hat Neolink einen Auftragsbestand von 19 Mil. HKD.
Um wenigstens das Jahresergebnis 2003 bringen zu können brauchen sie aber ca. 50 Mil. das heißt die müssen erst den Auftragsbestand um fast 200% erhöhen um überhaupt da aktuelle Kursniveau zu rechtfertigen.

Von Kursteigerungen braucht da keiner zu reden.
Also bevor hier da bei Kursen um die 22 HKD versauert, lest euch das durch, wenn ich in diesem Punkt recht habe wartet mindestens bis zur Olypiade in Peking auf eine Kurssteigerung.

Die Daten der AFX News scheinen von vergangenen Jahren zu sein, oder?
der 19.06. lege ja noch in der Zukunft, ebenso der 07.11.

Dementsprechend hätte Neolink im Q1 am 13.05.XX einen satten Gewinn eingefahren, diesen aber am 14.08.XX schon wieder sehr stark schrmpfen lassen!!!???

"Eine ehemalige Empfehlung des EMI (Neolink Cyber Tech - 8116.HK, ISIN: KYG6419M1069)veröffentlichte heute Quartalszahlen:

Umsatz: 4,83 Mio HKD (1. Quartal 2004) ____ 8,89 Mio HKD (1. Quartal 2004)
Gewinn:-2,18 Mio HKD (1. Quartal 2004) ____ 0,98 Mio HKD (1. Quartal 2004)

Es werden also wieder rote Zahlen geschrieben. Allerdings scheint die Geschäftsabrechnung von Neolink so gestaltet zu sein, dass das 1. Quartal besonders schlecht erscheint. Neolink macht hauptsächlich "radio trunking system integration" - und dabei wohl die Softwareseite vom Taxifunk. Hardware soll ab 2005 verkauft werden. "The Group is currently cooperating with a Swedish company to develop relevant hardware products, which is expected to be launched to the market in 2005."

Angesichts der seit einem Monat überdurchschnittlich nachgebenden Kurse von Neolink könnte man auf die Idee kommen, dass über den Geschäftsverlauf Informationen nach außen gelangt sind. Dafür waren die Aktienumsätze allerdings etwas sehr mager.

Neolink redet von Aufträgen im Wert von 17 Mio HKD, die im 1. Quartal gesichert worden seien. Das könnte eine dem letzten Jahr entsprechende Entwicklung ermöglichen.

Merkwürdig ist, dass Neolink trotz Einstellung von vielen neuen Mitarbeitern kaum erhöhte Lohnkosten ausweist. Im Moment scheint dies Unternehmen nicht mehr zu wachsen. Das 1. Quartal deutet Rückschlagsgefahren an. Kapitaldecke und Barmittel von Neolink sind m.E. nicht berauschend.

Das Management von Neolink ist optimistisch und sieht das schlechte Ergebnis des 1. Quartals als rein saisonal."

Von dieser Aktie kann man nur noch abraten, die Zahlen hauen einen nicht vom Hocker und die Kursentwicklung ist ein Witz. Ich hatte noch nie eine Aktie so stückchenweise verkauft wie Neolink. Völlig illiquide der Titel. Andere Hongkong- Aktien haben gute Zahlen vorgelegt, auch deren Kurse geben nach. Warum dann ausgerechnet Neolink halten?

z.B. Cash Financial Services, ein KGV unter 3, allerdings ist der Kurs durch die laufende Kapitalerhöhung unter Druck gekommen. Ansonsten legt das Unternehmen Quartal für Quartal bessere Zahlen vor. Auch Pine Technologies hat ganz passable Ergebnisse.

Trotzdem halte ich noch ca 40000 Stück Neolink als Restposition, damit der Ärger nicht so groß ist, falls der Kurs doch noch in die Höhe schießt...

Neolink (8116) key shrhlder Infonet stake changes hands

(Infocast News) Neolink Cyber Technology (8116) announced that Qing Jiang (Hong Kong) Holdings Ltd has transferred its entire shareholding of 26% in Infonet Group Co Ltd (a substantial shareholder of Neolink), to Harbour Smart Development Ltd last Friday. Since Infonet holds a 66.77% stake in Neolink, the transfer means a transfer of 17.36% stake in Neolink to Harbour Smart.

The ultimate beneficial owner of both Qing Jiang and Harbour Smart is Hubei Qingjiang Hydro-electric Development Co Ltd. The reasons for the change in nominee shareholder is due to management needs. The board of directors of Neolink will keep the shareholders and investors duly informed as and when appropriate should there be any new development on the aforesaid change in the deemed shareholder.

Neolink also announced that Wang Dingguo has resigned as Chairman and Executive Director and Liu Taikang has resigned as Executive Director with effect from August 6, and Cai Zuping has been appointed as Chairman and Li Chaobin and Su Hongjin have been appointed as Executive Directors with effect from the same day.

Cai Zuping is one of the founders of Neolink. Cai has over 26 years of experience in the communications industry. The term of service of Cai is three years. The amount of director`s emolument of Cai is $420,000 per annum. Cai holds his deemed interest in Neolink through his shareholding of 23.82% in Infonet.

Li Chaobin joined Neolink in 2001. Li is the Director and Deputy General Manager of Hubei Qingjiang, the Director and General Manager of Shenzhen Qing Jiang Investment & Development Co Ltd, and the President of Yi Chang Qing Jiang Industry Co Ltd. He is also the Director of Infonet and Harbour Smart.

Su Hongjin has over 10 years working experience in investment banking industry. He is the director of Shenzhen Hubei Building Limited, Sanya Landscape Beach Hotel and Guangzhou Tiandi Real Estate Limited. He is also an Assistant General Manager of Shenzhen Qingjiang Investment & Development Co Ltd.

The terms of services of Li and Su are three years. They will not receive directors` emolument or other fees from any member of Neolink Group. Li and Su have no return for being the senior management of Neolink as they are nominated by Harbour Smart to act as the directors of Neolink.

Die Direktoren wollen uns damit NICHTS sagen. Die Börsenaufsicht fragte die Direktoren und die antworten immer: wir wissen zumindest nichts, was wir euch sagen müßten.

Neolink ist eine der vielen GEM-Aktien, von denen die meisten ihrer Besitzer nie reich machen. Aber vom jetzigen Kurs aus gesehen hat man immerhin die CHANCE, innerhalb des nächsten Zeitjahres Plus zu machen. Neolink versucht zu expandieren. Mal sehn, ob sie es schaffen.

Ich war in Posting #7 und #11 negativ. Aber jetzt würde ich kaufen. Jetzt sind die Kurschancen m.E. angemessen - damals waren sie es nicht. Aber es gibt keine Sicherheit und das sind alles Spielchen, die ein solider Investor eher nicht macht.

4Payment termsThe payment of HK$23 million will be settled by cash. HK$3 million has already been placed under thecustody of the Company’s legal adviser. The allocation of theservice fees between Neolink Intercity and Haoyuan Yingte was arrived at after arm’s length negotiationbetween the two parties and was determined with reference to Neolink Intercity’s provision of value-addedtelematic information services to the subscribers and Haoyuan Yingte’s expected cost of providing the telemediaplatform.Neolink Intercity has the right to demand an increase in the relevant percentage if Haoyuan Yingte’s cost ofproviding the telemedia platform services is less than 2.5% of the services fees collected from the telephonenetwork providers. In addition, Neolink Intercity shall be responsible for costs such as phone line cost andadvertising cost. China Gocom as an investment holding company of China CarBase andNeolink Intercity is intended to be the investment vehicle of the CarBase project between the Company andPem-America. China CarBase, incorporated in Hong Kong on 11 August 1999 with limited liabilities, is awholly-owned subsidiary of China Gocom and is the immediate holding company of Neolink Intercity. NeolinkIntercity is established in the PRC on 8 November 1999 with limited liabilities and is intended to be theoperating vehicle of the CarBase project. Apart from the development of the CarBase project, China Gocom,China Carbase and Neolink Intercity have not commenced other business activities. For the two years ended 31December 2003, China Gocom and its subsidiaries have recorded no turnover since the CarBase project wasstill under the stage of research and development. During the said period of time, the unaudited consolidatedloss of China Gocom before tax amounted to be approximately HK$645,000 and HK$874,000 respectivelywhile its unaudited consolidated loss after tax amounted to approximately HK$645,000 and HK$874,000respectively. As at 31 December 2002, the unaudited consolidated total assets and net liabilities of ChinaGocom amounted to approximately HK$0.6 million and HK$3.1 million respectively. As at 31 December 2003,the unaudited consolidated total assets and net liabilities of China Gocom amounted to approximately HK$0.6million and HK$3.9 million respectively. For the year ended 31 December 2004, the China Gocom group didnot generate any turnover and after the waiving of approximately HK$9.3 million due to various Groupcompanies as required under the Subscription Agreement, the unaudited consolidated profit before and after taxamounted to HK$7.6 million and HK$7.5 million respectively. As at 31 December 2004, the unauditedconsolidated total assets and net assets of the China Gocom group amounted to approximately HK$3.6 millionand HK$3.4 million respectively.Commercialisation of the CarBase project is expected to begin in the first half year of 2005. Pursuant to theSubscription Agreement, it has been agreed that each of the boards of China Gocom, China CarBase andNeolink Intercity will have five directors. 8REASONS FOR ENTERING INTO THE TRANSACTIONSThe Subscription Agreement will raise fund, through the subscription of shares in China Gocom by Pem-America, for the development and commercialisation of the CarBase project without exerting a pressure on theGroup for the provision for such fund. The Licence Agreement enables Neolink Intercity to produce and sellsuitable terminals to be installed in vehicles so that value-added services under the CarBase project can beprovided to drivers and passengers. The Exclusive Services Agreement engages Haoyuan Yingte, a licensedoperator permitted to provide telephone information services through the public telephone networks in the PRC,for the provision of a telemedia platform to enable subscribers of the CarBase project to obtain the variousvalue-added services under the CarBase project. Im Juni ist eine Hauptversammlung. Es geht nochmal um grundsätzliche Dinge, wie z.B. das Recht des Aktienrückkaufs.

Spätestens dann sollte es nach oben gehen.
In HongKong sind auch wieder Umsätze zu sehen, wenn dies auch dem Kurs noch nichts nutzt.

Vor einigen Wochen gabe es Ausbrüche zwischen 0,005 und 0,014. 100-200 Prozent sind da spontan immer drin.

Was meinst Du also mit "großem Anstieg" ?

Einen Zock ist dieser Wert immer wert. Mit Blick auf die Olympiade in China kann man sogar längerfristig was im Depot schlummern lassen.

(Infocast News) Neolink Cyber Technology (8116) has on February 14 entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding with the independent third party, Hong Kong Chang Kang (Holdings) Limited (HKCK), to acquire HKCK's entire issued share capital. HKCK is in the process of establishing a joint venture to develop and manufacture automobile stamping and/or welding products in the PRC. Detailed terms (including the joint venture structure and consideration) of the proposed joint venture are still subject to negotiation.

@ Strait1,

bin schon eine lange Zeit in Neolink investiert und verfolge sehr interessiert den Thread. Zum Einen Danke für Deine Informationen, welche sehr fundiert und hilfreich sind. Bin immer auf der Suche nach Zusatzinfo´s - sind jedoch nicht einfach zu finden.
Ich hoffe Neo geht ihren Weg, so wie die Chinesen, die ja bekannt sind für Beharrlichkeit und Siegeswillen.

Kann das jemand erläutern bzw. ins Deutsche kurz fassen?

Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe sind die Zahlen ziemlich gut, oder?

Heute in Honkong mit -10% geschlossen!

Was meint ihr, welche Auswirkungen werden die Zahlen auf den Kurs nächste Woche haben?
Gehts dann, nach einer korzen korrektur, weiter steil nach oben oder hat der Anstieg erstmal ein Ende?

Hi MP82,

habe leider keine Zeit fürs Übersetzen und die Online Übersetzer sind da eher müllig.

Die 10% Minus würde ich eher als Unsicherheit vor den Zahlen werten wollen. Auch ich hatte mir heute einen "Stop Loss" gesetzt ;-)

Ja, die Zahlen sind ok. Obwohl sie ja noch nicht die neuen Geschäftsbereiche wiederspiegeln können.

Also, am Ball bleiben.

Mehr Diskussion würde ich mir hier auch wünschen, bin ja kein Alleinunterhalter.

Ich werde mich am Wochenende mal um die geplante Beteiligung an der PKW Fa. kümmern. Habe schon ein paar Infos gefunden. Die bauen Autos, welche aussehen wie AUDI und Co.

Diese Schlitzaugen sind geniale Kopierer.

was heisst das denn genau?

Neolink hatte 2006 einen Verlust von 4,8 Millionen, aber einen Gewinn von 10,1 Millionen im vergangenen jahr! Wie soll ich dass verstehen?

Der Kurs heute gleicht dem Gestrigen, schwnkt aber etwas nach unten! - 0,54 HKD aktuell!

Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden: Halten, oder Raus!!!

Es scheint nur einen Weg zu geben , nämlich nach oben.
Manchmal lohnt es doch zu warten.
Nähere Gründe für den Anstieg weiß ich aber leider auch nicht .

ich glaube niemand kann was gegen steigende Kurse haben. Ich schon gar nicht, weil selbst investiert
..gehöre aber noch der altmodischen abteilung an, dass ich gerne verstehen will warum und weshalb...
und das irritiert mich ein wenig.

Die eingetragene Hauptstadt der JV Gesellschaft soll betreffs der RMB49 Million (Entsprechung zu ungefähr HK$49 Million) durch Chang Kang und betreffs der RMB51 Million (Entsprechung zu ungefähr HK$51 Million) von Chongqing Changan Jinling im Verhältnis zu ihren jeweiligen Billigkeitsinteressen an der JV Gesellschaft beigetragen werden.
