Hallo Sparsamen,

schau Dir doch mal Sport Wheels (SSWH) an. Ist mittlerweile bei 0,0025 angelangt. In dieser Aktie ist etwas mehr Dynamik drin als bei ASRW.

Desweiteren schau mal Conectisys Corp. (CNES). In einem amerikanischen Board ist hier von einem Ziel von 1 Penny die Rede.

Würde mich über eine sachliche Meinung freuen.

Schade, dass der Chart nicht darstellbar ist. Denke aber, dass ARSW den niedrigsten Punkt gesehen hat und langsam wieder steigen wird.

Slow-Stochastik:
Die %K-Kurve schneidet die %D-Kurve in der überverkauften Zone (unterhalb 20).

Desweiteren werden wir bald eine Schneidung des 4-Tages-Durchschnitts mit dem 9-Tages-Durchschnitt von unten her haben.

Habe mich mit "Millionen" eingedeckt, in der Hoffnung dass schnell was passiert !

diese Frage habe ich mir auch schon gestellt. Ich habe vorwiegend in Sport Wheels (SSWH) investiert. Diese Aktie ist seit ca. 3 Wochen von ca. 0.002 auf 0.008 gestiegen. Die Unterstützung liegt derzeit bei ca. 0.0065 und der Widerstand bei 0.01.

Es ist ein klarer Aufwärtstrend erkennbar. Dieser wird derzeit durch einen sehr gut sichbaren Wimpel bestätigt.

Kritische Methoden der Buchführung

Die Vorbereitung von unseren Konzernabschluss in Übereinstimmung mit den Bilanzierungsgrundsätzen, die im Allgemeinen in den Vereinigten Staaten angenommen werden, erfordert uns, Schätzungen und Urteile, die unsere berichteten Werte, Verbindlichkeiten, Einkommen und Unkosten beeinflussen, und die Freigabe von den Eventualfordrungen und von den Verbindlichkeiten zu bilden. Wir gründen unsere Schätzungen und Urteile auf historischer Erfahrung und auf vielen Annahmen glauben wir, um unter den Umständen angemessen zu sein. Zukünftige Fälle können von unseren gegenwärtigen Erwartungen und von Annahmen jedoch deutlich sich unterscheiden. Vorrat-Gegründeter Ausgleich

Im Dezember 2002, gab das FASB Übergang und Freigabe SFAS Nr. 148 - Buchhaltung für Vorrat-Gegründeten Ausgleich - heraus. Diese Aussage ändert SFAS Nr. 123 - die Buchhaltung für Vorrat-Gegründeten Ausgleich und stellt alternative Methoden von freiwillig transitioning zur angemessenen gegründeten Methode des Marktwerts der Buchhaltung für Vorrat gegründete Mitarbeiterabfindung bereit. FAS erfordert 148 auch Freigabe der Methode, die verwendet wird, um Vorrat-gegründete Mitarbeiterabfindung und den Effekt der Methode in den Finanzberichten des Jahrbuches und der Zwischenzeit zu erklären. Die Bestimmungen dieser Aussage, die auf Übergangsmethoden bezogen wird, sind für die steuerlichen Jahre wirkungsvoll, die nach Dezember 15 beenden, 2002, während die Bestimmungen, die auf Freigabenanforderungen bezogen werden, in den finanziellen Reports für die Zwischenperioden wirkungsvoll sind, die nach Dezember 31 anfangen, 2002.

Wir wählten, um fortzufahren, Vorrat-gegründete Ausgleichspläne mit der tatsächlichen Wert-gegründeten Methode der Buchhaltung vorgeschrieben von APB Nr. 25, der Buchhaltung für den Vorrat zu erklären, der zu den Angestellten geherausgeben wurde, und der bezogenen Deutungen. Unter wird den Bestimmungen von APB Nr. 25, Ausgleichsunkosten am Bewilligungsdatum für den Unterschied zwischen dem angemessenen Wert des Vorrates und des Übungspreises gemessen.

Kosten und Änderungen des Jahres 2003 in den finanziellen Bedingungen

Ab dem Datum dieses Reports, haben wir nicht uns in irgendwelchen Geschäftstätigkeiten engagiert, die Bargeldumlauf liefern, und haben notiert keine Einkommen von den Betrieben.

Resultate der Betriebe

Zwölf Monate Beendeten Januar 31, 2004 Verglichen Mit Zwölf Monaten Beendet Januar 31,

Einkommen. Wir hatten Einkommen von $40.000 in den 12 Monaten beendet Januar 31, 2004 gegen $31.500 im Einkommen für die 12 Monate beendet Januar 31, 2003. Diese Einkommen waren von den Lizenzvereinbarungen, die auf Crosslogix bezogen wurden.

GesamtcBetriebskosten. Unsere Gesamtbetriebskosten erhöhten von $949.585 bis $2.980.775 in den 12 Monaten beziehungsweise beendet Januar 31, 2003 und 2004. Die Zunahme der Betriebskosten liegt an der Beeinträchtigung der Wohlwollenaufladung von $1.198.650 genommen im zweiten Viertel des letzten steuerlichen Jahres und der Honorare und in den Vertriebsverträgen, die in zwecks refocus unser Unternehmensplan während dieser Periode eingetragen sind hauptsächlich.

Reinverlust. Wir hatten einen Reinverlust von $2.942.383, oder $0,05 pro Anteil, an den 12 Monaten beendet Januar 31, 2004 verglichen mit einem Reinverlust von $1.256.394 oder $2,09 pro Anteil, an der vergleichbaren Periode im vorherigen Jahr. Die Zunahme des Reinverlustes liegt an der Zunahme der Gesamtbetriebskosten, wie oben gemerkt.

Liquidität und Kapitalausstattungen

Wie von unseren Buchhaltern in den revidierten Finanzberichten besprochen, die in Einzelteil 7 dieses jährlichen Berichts über Form 10-ksb umfaßt werden, ist unser Einkommen z.Z. unzulänglich, unsere Kosten und Unkosten zu umfassen.



Wir nehmen vorweg, daß unsere gegenwärtige Finanzierungsstrategie der Opfer der privaten Schuld und der Billigkeit seine vorweggenommenen Zielsetzungen und Geschäftsoperationen für die folgenden 12 Monate trifft. Wir fahren fort, Gelegenheiten für korporative Entwicklung auszuwerten. Abhängig von unserer Fähigkeit, ausreichende Finanzierung zur anwendbaren Zeit zu erreichen, können wir endgültige Verträge über eine oder mehr jener Gelegenheiten schließen.

Bericht unseres unabhängigen Revisors über unseren Januar 31, 2004 Finanzberichte, die in diesem jährlichen Bericht umfaßt werden, gibt an, daß unser Mangel an Quellen des Einkommenserhöhungwesentlichen über unsere Fähigkeit, als gehendes Interesse fortzufahren zweifelt.

Ab Januar 31, 2004, hatten wir ein Arbeitskapitaldefizit von $ 660.072. Resultierend aus unseren Betriebsverlusten für das Jahr beendet Januar 31, 2004 erzeugten wir einen negativen Cash-Flow von funktionierenden Tätigkeiten von $641.388, die wir unsere Baranforderungen während dieser Periode durch den Verkauf unserer Stammaktien trafen.

Während wir Kapital angehoben haben, um unser Arbeitskapital zu treffen und Finanzierung im letzten benötigt, wird zusätzliche Finanzierung angefordert, um unseren Strom und projiziertes Bargeldumlaufdefizit von den Betrieben und von der Entwicklung zu treffen. Wir suchen Finanzierung in Form von Billigkeit, um das notwendige Arbeitskapital zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir haben z.Z. keine Verpflichtungen für Finanzierung. Es gibt keine Garantie, daß wir erfolgreich sind, wenn wir das angeforderte Kapital aufbringen.

Bei einer Sitzung der Aktionäre an März 23, 2004, genehmigten die Aktionäre zwei Änderungen zu unserem Kapitalaufbau, um das autorisierte allgemeine Aktienkapital auf zwei Milliarde Anteile von 500 Million Anteilen zu erhöhen und die Direktion auch zu autorisieren, zusätzliche Anteilkategorien mit den Bezeichnungen hinzuzufügen, die vom Brett genehmigt wurden. Wir glauben, daß diese Änderungen zu uns die zusätzlichen Wahlen zum Bereitstellen von Finanzierungsanforderungen sich leisten.

Indem es unsere Betriebe und Entwicklung auf das Niveau der Großschreibung justiert, glaubt unser Management, daß es die genügenden Kapitalausstattungen zum Treffen des projizierten Bargeldumlaufdefizits durch die folgenden zwölf Monate hat. Jedoch wenn danach, wir nicht erfolgreich sind, wenn wir genügende Liquidität von den Betrieben erzeugen oder wenn wir genügende Kapitalausstattungen, auf den Bezeichnungen anheben, die für uns annehmbar sind, könnte dieses eine materielle schädliche Wirkung auf unserem Geschäft, Resultaten der Betriebsliquidität und finanziellem Zustand haben.

Neue BuchhaltungcÄußerungen

Im Juni 2002, verband das herausgegebene FASB Aussage Nr. 146, Buchhaltung für Kosten mit Ausgangs- oder Beseitigungstätigkeiten. Diese Aussage adressiert Finanzbuchhaltung und den Bericht für die Kosten, die mit Ausgangs- oder Beseitigungstätigkeiten dazugehörig sind und annulliert auftauchende Ausgabe Nr. 94-3, Verbindlichkeitsanerkennung für bestimmten Angestelltendpunktnutzen und andere Kosten der Ausgabentask Force (EITF), um eine Tätigkeit herauszunehmen (einschließlich bestimmte Kosten genommen in einem Umstrukturieren). Die Bestimmungen dieser Aussage sind für Ausgangs- oder Beseitigungstätigkeiten, die nach Dezember 31 eingeleitet werden, 2002 wirkungsvoll, wenn die frühe Anwendung angeregt ist. Die Annahme dieser Aussage hatte nicht eine materielle Auswirkung auf der oder die Finanzlage Firma Resultate der Betriebe.

Im Oktober 2002, das FASB herausgegeben Aussage Nr. 147, Erwerb bestimmter finanzieller Anstalts-einänderung der FASB-Aussagen Nr. 72 und 144 und FASB-Deutung Nr. 9, die Erwerb der Geldinstitute vom Bereich von Aussage 72 und von Deutung 9 entfernt und erfordert, daß jene Verhandlungen in Übereinstimmung mit Aussagen Nr. 141, Firmenzusammenschlüsse und Nr. 142, Wohlwollen und andere immaterielle immaterielle Vermögenswerte erklärt werden. Die Übergangsanleitung und jährlichen die Freigabenbestimmungen von Aussage 148 sind für die steuerlichen Jahre wirkungsvoll, die nach Dezember 15, 2002 beenden, wenn die frühere Anwendung unter bestimmten Umständen die Erlaubnis gehabt ist. In January 2003, the FASB issued Interpretation No. 46, Consolidation of Variable Interest Entities. Interpretation 46 changes the criteria by which one company includes another entity in its consolidated financial statements. Previously, the criteria were based on control through voting interest. Interpretation 46 requires a variable interest entity to be consolidated by a company if that company is subject to a majority of the risk of loss from the variable interest entity`s activities or entitled to receive a majority of the entity`s residual returns or both. A company that consolidates a variable interest entity is called the primary beneficiary of that entity. The consolidation requirements of Interpretation 46 apply immediately to variable interest entities created after January 31, 2003. The consolidation requirements apply to older entities in the first fiscal year or interim period beginning after June 15, 2003. Certain of the disclosure requirements apply in all financial statements issued after January 31, 2003, regardless of when the variable interest entity was established. The Company does not expect the adoption to have a material impact to the Company`s financial position or results of operations.

In April 2003, the FASB issued Statement No.149, Amendment of Statement of 133 on Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities , which amends Statement 133, Accounting for Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities. The adoption of this statement did not have a material impact on the Company`s financial position.

In May 2003, the FASB issued Statement No. 150, Accounting for Certain Financial Instruments with Characteristics of both Liabilities and Equity. The adoption of this statement did not have a material impact on the Company`s financial position.

In December 2003, the FASB issued SFAS No. 132 (revised), EMPLOYERS` DISCLOSURES
ABOUT PENSIONS AND OTHER POSTRETIREMENT BENEFITS - AN AMENDMENT OF FASB
STATEMENTS NO. 87, 88, AND 106. This statement retains the disclosure requirements contained in FASB statement no. 132, Employers` Disclosures about Pensions and Other Postretirement Benefits, which it replaces. It requires additional disclosures to those in the original statement 132 about the assets, obligations, cash flows, and net periodic benefit cost of defined benefit pension plans and other defined benefit postretirement plans. The required information should be provided separately for pension plans and for other postretirement benefit plans. The revision applies for the first fiscal or annual interim period ending after December 15, 2003 for domestic pension plans and June 15, 2004 for foreign pension plans and requires certain new disclosures related to such plans. The adoption of this statement did not have a material impact on the Company`s results of operations or financial positions

On March 26, 2004 we filed an amendment to our certificate of incorporation with the Secretary of State of New Hampshire increasing the number of shares of our authorized common stock from 500,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 shares, and granting our board of directors authority to determine, in whole or in part, the preferences, limitations, and relative rights, within the limits set forth in New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated, Section 293-A:6.01, of:

º Any class of shares before the issuance of any shares of that class; or

º One or more series within a class before the issuance of any shares of that series.

diese bude hat noch niemals eine PR veröffentlicht, jedenfalls habe ich keine gefunden. es gibt nur SEC-Filings. Jede spekulation dürfte in die hose gehn in hoffnung daß das mal was werden sollte, zumindest für die nexten monate. für nen zock gehts vielleicht noch, da denk ich daß der threaderöffner genügend pusht um newbies zu locken.
vor 1 jahr Re-split 1 neue für 50 alte, bald wirds neue aktien geben, sind schon gedruckt und getrocknet, Verwässerung, sicherlich noch dieses jahr, 2005 dan wieder R-Split, das alte spiel...

viel glück und spaß beim zocken, aber doch nicht an der berliner börse, da zockt ihr euch gegenseitig ab !!!

Also ich hab mal eine frage bin da mit 100000 stück investiert.

Und nach der neuen reglung müsste das dann doch so aussehen

100000 : 50 = 2000Stück bitte um korrektur wenn ich falsch liege.

Da ich nur in Berlin handeln kann wäre das bei dem Kurs immoment 0,007€

Und wenn ich damals für 0,002 gekauft habe 100000stück (200€)

und jetzt 0,007 * 2000 = 14€

Das ist doch dann totale Abzocke oder sehe ich das falsch???
