CirTran Signs Multi-Million Dollar Exclusive Manufacturing Agreement With Broadata Communications, Inc.

(OTC BB:CIRT.OB - News), a full-service contract electronics manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies, cables and harnesses, today announced it has signed an exclusive manufacturing agreement with Broadata Communications Inc. (BCI), a leading manufacturer in the Digital Fiber Optic Cable Communications firm based in Southern California. Under the terms of the agreement, CirTran will perform exclusive "Turn-Key" Manufacturing Services managing most manufacturing operations from Material Procurement to complete finished Box-Build of all of BCI`s products for an initial term of three years. Based on BCI`s current backlog of approximately $4,000,000 and their projected 2004 annual revenues of $10,000,000, CirTran is projecting its 2004 revenues from this new relationship to be in the multi-million dollar range. In addition, BCI is projecting 2005 and 2006 revenues of approximately $20,200,000 and $36,500,000 respectively.

(BCI), a leading manufacturer in the Digital Fiber Optic Cable Communications Equipment firm based in Southern California for 995 complete Turn-Key printed circuit board assemblies for which the end user is AMC Entertainment (AMC), the second largest movie theater chain in the United States with approximately 3,500 screens.
