      - e-Business Solutions (Multimedia Design, Webseitenkonstruktion usw.)
      - e-Marketing (Media Planung und Durchführung, Online PR)
      - EAI- und EII- (Enterprise Application/Information Intergration) Lösungen
d.h. Infrastruktur-Software und jede Art von Informationsintegration
      - individuelle Softwareberatung und Entwicklung

an.

Shelron Delivers eSecurities system to a top 5 US Bank
Our mission was to develop a Web application that facilitates secure, scalable and easy access to securities information for the bank`s 40,000 brokers. There was a great challenge to seamlessly integrate the existing system to our modern Windows DNA based Web solution, since the securities data of the bank was previously reliant on Main Frame legacy systems. The application had to be flexible in its search capabilities, have a minimal latency of no more than 60 seconds, be capable of handling an enormous number of index items and be highly secure.
We developed a Windows DNA Web solution that seamlessly integrates the bank`s legacy system resulting in broker services that are enhanced dramatically. We fit the application with a tightly secured login mechanism, powerful securities retrieval and management functions, and various 3rd party systems including fax servers and Main Frame legacy databases. The solution was a superior application that met the bank`s strict policies on security, auditing, performance, availability and scalability.
Shelron`s application became an integral part of the bank`s initiative to centralize its document and output management. Brokers nation-wide are now able to take full advantage of the system`s flexible search capabilities and data retrieval mechanism with great response time, while the bank is equipped with access to brokers` securities information without compromise on security. The solution allows the bank to maintain its position as one of the 5 leading US banks.

Shelron Group Announces the Release of ChainReaction, a Revolutionary Software Solution for Internet Marketing

NEW YORK, Jan 22, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Shelron Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:SHRN) announced the launch of its revolutionary new communication software-"Chainreaction". Shelron now offers all the tools to maximize a client`s economic return from their database, Web site, or their entire advertising network including real-time tracking, automated downloads and historical performance stats. Chainreaction is a new communication software tool that is based on the latest dynamic email technology. It lets you spread your advertising messages across the Web. It enables an unlimited number of participants to communicate, collaborate, carry on multi-thread discussions, brainstorm, manage a document, make decisions, send invitations and build web based communities. This is accomplished all within a single Chainreaction inside your Inbox. The website for Chainreaction can be found at: http://www.chainreactionads.com
"This strategy move is a result of a two-year process where we have been specializing in developing solutions for both data base integration and management and Internet advertising," notes Shelron`s CEO, Eliron Yaron. "With the experience and success that we have garnered for our clients, it was a natural move to focus on-line marketing and advertising companies."
Initially, Shelron will release "ChainReaction" in the US and in Europe, both as a software solution and as a per-campaign service.
Recent industrial research conducted by Forrester Research of 95 US marketers reveals that Internet advertising is on the rise. Overall growth of this industry in Europe is expected to be 12% CAGR over the next five years, with a 1.4 Billion Euro budget in 2005. Specifically, 30% of advertising budgets are expected to go towards e-mail advertising in 2004. Another 34% and 17% will go towards search engine advertising and on-line promotions, respectively.

This Revolutionary Software Will Change the Way Consumers Shop on the Internet
The Shelron Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SHRN - News), announced that it has acquired and is developing a revolutionary e-commerce engine, called "ActivShopper" and is releasing the free beta version.
ActivShopper is a free software download that automatically scans, locates and compares prices for an item that a consumer selects at an e-commerce site. Once the item is selected, ActivShopper finds the lowest price for that item. In other words, if it is less expensive elsewhere, ActivShopper will find it. The ActivShopper browser sits under the toolbar, letting the consumer search the Internet, without interfering.

ActivShopper eliminates browsing comparative shopping sites and trying to understand complex comparison tables. No more jumping from site to site in order to find the best prices. You get the best prices on your browser... instantly!

"Our development and marketing teams are excited about this monumental technological development," stated Shelron`s CEO, Eliron Yaron. "It represents a great opportunity to offer significant value to our customers, increase revenues for vendors, revolutionize on-line shopping, and significantly benefits our shareholders."

"The value of this technology is huge and will be a catalyst for further Shelron innovations and long-term growth. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, total e-commerce sales for 2003 were estimated at $54.9 billion, an increase of 26.3 percent from 2002. With cost savings on the mind of most consumers, we know we are bringing the right technology to market at a very appropriate time," Yaron concluded.

Shelron will be paid through agreements with on-line vendors. Revenue options include: "cost per click" advertising, where an advertiser only pays when a visitor clicks through an ad on a vendor`s site and onto the advertiser`s web site; "cost per acquisition" advertising, where an advertiser gets paid every time a subscriber makes an actual purchase or acquisition; and in special cases, Shelron will make commission agreements with vendors moving large volumes. The final version of ActivShopper will be available later this year. More information will be available via form 8-K with the Securities Exchange Commission

So soll Yahoo angeblich 350 Mio.

      ARTICLE:
The Internet Is Quickly Becoming A Consumers Dream
Price Comparison Sites Savings Shoppers Millions
      by Michael Brodeur 3/28/04

Competition is growing fierce in the search engine arena, as the latest trend is offering price comparison shopping to its surfers in order to maintain and grow its user base. What does this mean for us working joes? Well it means low or no profit margins for eCommerce portals, but a dream come true for consumers, as we get rock bottom prices by taking advantage of these new sites and free software.
The most popular sites at the moment are FROOGLE.com, MySimon.com, PriceGrabber.com, Kelkoo.com, and ActivShopper.com. Google, the leading search engine on the net which will IPO later this year, created FROOGLE.com properly spelled "frugal" (noun...meaning, thrifty, virtuous) is in fact quite witty.
PriceGrabber.com, uses a somewhat general search approach and leads you to a site they feel you can get the best price on the particular category of interest. MySimon may be the best of the sites and offers even customer reviews on the products.
Kelkoo.com, Europe`s largest price comparison site, was just purchased by Internet giant YAHOO! (YHOO) for $575 million in cash. The YAHOO!-Kelkoo transaction this past Friday has set the stage and raised the stakes for Internet search engines and service providers. Yahoo dropped Google`s search technology back in February and replaced it with its own. Yahoo now sees Google as direct competition as its moved away from its original media product line with banner advertising and so on.
Microsoft (MSFT) may be next to make a move as they admit they are already behind. CEO Steve Ballmer said, "Microsoft`s failure to invest more in Internet search technology was a significant misstep for the company, but it is working to catch up."
Shelron Group`s (SHRN) "ActivShopper.com" takes a different yet more consumer friendly approach to price comparison shopping. Unlike Froogle, Yahoo and PriceGrabber, you have to download FREE beta software to your computer which I was happy to see it was quick and spyware/adware free. Once loaded, a small tool bar, located under my browser bar, appeared. I was able to go to sites like Buy.com and Amazon.com (AMZN) as I normally would when window shopping products on the web. Being a design guy, I clicked on the Adobe Photoshop 8.0 Upgrade, which Buy.com listed at $156.94, a savings of $12.06, when to my surprise the activ shopper toolbar came to life and a cash register "CHA-CHING" came over my harmon/kardon PC speakers only to notice that it found a site that had it $142 and showed me a savings of $14.94. My eyebrow raised and said "coooool", and pressed the big "GO" button that lead me to COMP-U-PLUS.com, an eCommerce site I never would have shopped in my wildest dreams. Internet has been a fantastic information tool and is trending to an even better shopping tool. This upcoming holiday season will be very interesting. I am curious to see how some of the online search portals adjust to competition. Analysts forecast even more shopping being done online due to consumer confidence and ease, but the question that intrigues me the most is what will happen to the giants such as Amazon and Buy.com whom are not always the lowest price? Bottom line...the more competition, the better for us consumers.

      Ausstehende Aktien 172,527,664 https://www.otcbb.com/profiles/SHRN.htm

A little internet software company stock like this one really has unlimited upward potential, so the shorts will be jumping out like fleas on a shaggy dog with a new flea collar.

Shelron`s ChainReaction advertising engine for generating e-mail ads uses the power of word-of-mouth marketing and tracking by enabling users to share consumer experiences with their friends. This information is then used to make performance-based on-line advertising.
The Company is selling the engine in the US and in Europe, both as a software solution and as a per-campaign service.

Shelron Group Signs Contract for its New Software and Data Integration Services; Company Signs $100,000.00 Contract to Start 2004

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, Jan 29, 2004 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- The Shelron Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SHRN) announces a $100,000.00 deal with Lion Inc, a Colorado based financial consulting company. Shelron will provide Lion Inc. with a suite of software and services that will assist Lion Inc in managing their databases so they can deliver better customer service.
"This contract provides Shelron with an opportunity to enter a new market and launch a software platform that can integrate our suite of new products like "Xtrack". "We are starting to generate revenue in our first week since launching this new product". "We believe that this is a turn around year for the company, and it is showing already" stated Eliron Yaron, Shelron`s President.
Shelron Xtrack(TM) is affiliate tracking software for managing an affiliate marketing program. Affiliate programs are one of the most effective ways to drive traffic to your site while rewarding your affiliates for their participation. You provide your affiliates with a special link to your site, whether it is a text link or image or even a picture of your product. The affiliate displays your link on their site and then you sit back and watch visitors start traveling to your site. You then reward your affiliates for sending traffic your way.
Affiliate tracking software will help increase your web sites traffic volume raising sales. You can reward your affiliates on a per sale, per click, or per lead basis. You can even customize the commission

      Fazit:

      March 26, 2004

      By: Brian Morrissey

E-commerce search engine Shopping.com filed for an initial public offering that could net the company $75 million. Shopping.com did not report the number of shares it would offer or the price.
The Brisbane, CA, company revealed this week in its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it turned its first profit last year, making $6.9 million on $67.2 million in sales.

Shopping.com is a comparison-shopping search engine. It lets users search for an item, compare prices, read reviews and click to the store`s Web site to make a purchase. Shopping.com`s 6,000 merchants pay from 5 cents to 30 cents each time a user clicks on one of their listings.

Though the lion`s share of revenue came from cost-per-click fees paid by its merchants, Shopping.com took in $25.5 million thanks to paid listings by Google that appear on the bottom of Shopping.com search results. The company and Google struck a distribution deal for the listings in August 2002. The agreement expires in April 2006, according to the filing.

Shopping.com generated 219 million leads in 2003, up from 77 million the previous year, according to the filing. The company attributed much of the increase to its Google agreement. Price per lead, however, fell to 28 cents from 34 cents. That drop was attributed to Shopping.com branching into new categories, like home and gardening, beyond traditional comparison-shopping areas such as computers.

The IPO would add to the company`s $25.7 million in cash as it tries to fend off increased competition from search giants like Yahoo and Google. Yahoo recast Yahoo Shopping as a comparison-shopping search engine in September, taking aim at sites like Shopping.com, BizRate and PriceGrabber. Google also has a shopping search engine, Froogle, which is in test mode.

According to Nielsen//NetRatings, Shopping.com is the No. 2 most-visited comparison-shopping site. It attracted 14.3 million visitors in February to Yahoo Shopping`s 18.5 million. BizRate ranked No. 3 with 8.7 million.

Founded in 1997 in Israel as DealTime, the company rose and fell with the dot-com bubble. It withdrew a $50 million IPO in October 2001 and racked up $72.9 million in losses that year, according to its filing. In 2002, it cut its losses to $5.1 million by more than doubling its revenue and reducing operating expenses.

In April 2003, DealTime acquired Epinions, a shopping service centered on consumer reviews. In September, the company changed its name to attract a broader audience than niche comparison sites like PriceGrabber, which focuses on computers and electronics. Shopping.com bolstered its marketing two months later with a $3.8 million TV advertising campaign in three cities. It reported that 76 million shoppers visited the site over the holiday season, generating $237 million in sales for Shopping.com merchants.

Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank and Piper Jaffray are the IPO`s underwriters. Shares would trade on the Nasdaq exchange under the proposed ticker "SHOP."

      March 30th, 2004:

We are profiling The Shelron Group Inc. (SHRN) at $0.039 as a long-term strong buy.

SHRN creates business intelligence (BI) software and E-business marketing solutions. SHRN provides online advertising technologies and services for marketing professionals , interactive agencies, ecommerce shops, dating and gaming industry.

SHRN supplies enterprises with advanced, yet cost-effective, high tech tools that are necessary to increase productivity, improve sales and response to customers, and efficiently manage their information and operations. With YHOO recently acquiring Kelkoo SA, an online comparison-shopping service for consumers in Europe, for 475 euros, or about $575 million, we believe SHRN is worth much more than what it is currently trading at and could easily see $0.10+ in the near-future.
