FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/14/2004 -- Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: PRVH); (Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: PR7, WKN 935160); (www.phiglobal.com) today announced that it is in the process of finalizing agreements with several domestic and overseas companies to accelerate the execution of its strategy for growth and value creation.
Henry Fahman, Chairman and CEO of Providential Holdings, commented, "We are very happy to report that our strategy for growth is ready to show its results. Our team has been working very hard, and rather quietly, in the background on some very good business opportunities that will significantly enhance the Company`s revenues and profitability in the current quarter and Q1 & Q2 of the new fiscal year.
