Six months ago the Company had approximately 50,000 hectares of optioned mineral licenses, and very little information on the property. We have developed our mineral property portfolio to approximately 180,000 hectares, and discovered three mineral zones, two of which are ready for preliminary drilling.
The Undurshil projects current status:
All three mineral zones, The Arsenic Zone, Magnetite Hill, and the New Copper Zone warrant the next step of exploration. Magnetite Hill and the New Copper Zone are ready for preliminary drilling, and more geophysics. The Arsenic Zone is not quite ready for drilling because of additional surface exploration and geophysics that is currently being done. This can be carried out simultaneously as the three zones are situated quite close together. Plans are underway to start exploration in late February to early March 2004.
The geologists are presently reviewing the newly acquired Khol Morit property, and plans are also underway to conduct preliminary exploration on the property this year based upon the recommendations of our geologists. Professional geologists carry out all exploration. The Company`s current exploration contractor is Rio Minerals Limited based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
Operating outside Canada with characterization of the political risk of operations:
The political risk in Mongolia is nonexistent because the country operates as a democratic nation. Our entire geological request to the Mongolian Mining and Resources Department are handled promptly and efficiently. They welcome the foreign investment, and partner with foreign investors to build the country`s infrastructure. As a mining company, we are very happy to be outside the continent of America. According to recent reports, there has not been a new mine opened in the US for years, because of US laws and legislation.
Although Magnum is a junior resource exploration company, it recognizes environmental, safety, and social progress issues. The Company is in an extensive consultation period to determine code of conduct guidelines relative to where the Company`s mining operations are based.
On a recent trip to Mongolia, Mr. John Yee, Chairman, personally stated to the Mongolia government that, " Our company will be an outstanding corporate citizen, we will respect all the laws of Mongolia, create as much local employment as possible, and build as much infrastructure as needed." He further stated that, " Our company will be environmentally friendly at all times." Our safety is never in question.

MINERAL RESOURCES AND MINING INDUSTRY
Mongolia is rich in many types of mineral resources which will be of interest to international investors.
Over 6,000 deposits of 80 different minerals have been discovered. Over 160 deposits out of 400 surveys deposits are being exploited. A further 170 deposits of construction materials, such as granite and marble also exist, of which 35 are now being worked and 90 are in the process of development.
In the past Mongolia was not able to develop or exploit discovered mineral resources because of a lack of infrastructure and capital investment. Since 1973, Mongolia, with financial and technical assistance from Eastern European countries, has set up and operated joint ventures to explore and develop major deposits of gold, copper, molybdenum, uranium, coal and fluorspar.
Mongolia is now becoming one of the largest producers of several of these metals and minerals. Mongolia produces nearly 15% of the world`s fluorspar and is a major producer and exporter of copper, molybdenum and uranium.
Gold, silver, tungsten, tin and precious stones mines are typically small-scale operations, but some of these are planned for expansion. Nearly half of the gross industrial output and 60% of the country`s export earning come from the mining sector.
GOLD
Mongolia is blessed with a number of important gold deposits which will be developed in joint ventures with new international partners. Substantial proven reserves of both primary and placer gold exist. Most primary deposits are goldsulfide quartz veins, while secondary gold is found associated with copper molybdenum, copper-pyrite, polymetallic, silver and rare metallic ores.
The Mongolian Government adopted a Gold Industry Development Program aimed at increasing existing gold production by more than ten times over the present level and creating a gold refining capability. Current major mines in development will dominate in the future.
The Boroo deposit measures up to 700 m long at the surface and extends 150-300m down dip. The ore bearing zone is 20-40m thick averaging 3-4 gm/t gold. Initial measurements indicate a resource of 40 tons of gold with some silver. Other gold deposits situated near Boroo include those at Narantolgoi, Sujigtei and Tsagaanchuluut.

MR. RENO J. CALABRIGO, President of Magnum is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a contract with Rio Minerals Ltd. to conduct exploration on the Shandi and Khul Morit mineral properties located in south-central and southeastern Mongolia respectively.
The spring 2004 exploration programs on the Undurshil (Shandi) and Khul Morit properties will progress as follows:
Shandi: The Shandi-Undurshil program will consist of geology, rock sampling and mapping, as well as geophysics consisting of induced polarization and magnetometer surveys to be followed by diamond drilling.
East Zone (Magnetite Hill): Geophysics will consist of approximately 20 kilometers of IP and ground magnetometer surveys. Drilling will consist of approximately 4-6 BTW size holes from 300-800 feet in length.
CU Zone: Geophysics will consist of approximately 20 kilometers of IP and ground magnetometer surveys. Drilling will consist of approx. 4-6 BTW size holes from 300-800 feet in length.
Arsenic Zone: Geology, geochemistry, and geophysics, as warranted by field investigations and results.
Khul Morit:
The Khul Morit program will consist of camp building, geology, geochemistry, IP and magnetometer surveys, and the delineation of drill targets.
The property shows potential for the discovery of copper-gold porphyry based on a previously mapped 1.2 X 1.2 km. iron oxide stockwork zone with pervasive argillic alteration. The alteration and lesser secondary K-spar present at Khul Morit is similar to Oyu Tolgoi (Turquoise Hill), and the full dimensions of this zone are not yet apparent.

gehe davon aus, das nach der Eröffnung in den usa bis zu 50 % möglich sind. ist logischerweise nur was für zocker.
je näher wir an die börseneröffnung in den usa kommen, umso höher wir der kurs steigen. schätze den kurs bis 14 uhr bei 16 euro-cent.

bin auf die eröffnung in usa gespannt. bin optimistisch.

Mit seinen PUSH Versuchen kann er sich gerne anderen Werten witmen, denn dieser ist ein Selbstläufer

in berlin wird zur Zeit kein best bid und kein best ask eingestellt. Wartet der auf was besonderes?
