However, we are exceedingly angry at your attempt to institute an "Amazon E-Commerce Tax" on all online commerce by using your patent portfolio to extort payments from all e-commerce participants. We represent 1,672 customers who account for US$602,871 of spending and at least US$8,319,622 of your market capitalization. Many of us are also shareholders and are liquidating our Amazon.com holdings.
